I am rejecting this response because:
We have been trying to contact this business for months, there has been no response when I tried to request your helpI do not want your help now, I want a refund for all the money that I paid ($1497.00) If I do not receive my refund within the next week by check and mailed to our address, not as a refund to the card because we cancelled that card to avoid being scammed in the future, we will file a complaint with the attorney general as well as the FTC. We have called *** and emailed *** and have heard nothing back

When a customer has paid in full and the company does not receive any notice of cancellation or similar communication within the first 3 FTC mandated business days the company considers the customer to be registered and enrolled in the relevant program. Ok [redacted], I think Mr. [redacted] just needs more information regarding the 2 guarantees that come with the program he purchased. The 6 month guarantee he references simply requires that he shows that he attempted to follow the first elements of the instruction related to submitting offers on...
prospective investment properties. The full details are on the guarantee certificates he was given when he signed up for the course, but the basics are that if he can show that he has made at least 25 good faith offers each accompanied by 3 comparable market analyses without at least profiting triple what he paid for the course, he will be eligible for a full refund of the course cost. As it has been about 11 months since purchase, he is well outside of that window of time, but the company is willing to discuss extending the deadline to provide documentation of the offers.
