The consumer and the business have corresponded several times regarding this concern and the business has offered to have the consumer register and attend an event, but unfortunately he has not accepted the offer and is demanding the winnings to the sweepstakes that he has not entered and is not eligible for.  The business explained the terms and the re-stated the advertisement as well as citing the web page where the full terms can be found.  Please let us know if there is anything else the company can do.

I am rejecting this response because:We did not get to make any offers because we had zero support from the company. They promised to hold our hand and guide us through the process. When we went to the seminar, they even tried to sell us to buy another seminar for about $40,000. These people scammed us for $1500 and then left us without any help. We are two seniors that simply are trying to find ways to make a living and it is not fair that we didnt receive what was promised. They disappeared after they took our money. Until this day no one has answered. Their phone numbers from day one take us directly to answering machine, we have left so many messages and have not received any call backs. The email always comes back as the inbox is too full and cannot receive any more emails. The phone numbers [redacted] and email [redacted]. I want a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint well over a month ago and have only received a phone call due to never having received a call. Supposedly "[redacted]" inside Legal council indicated that he would escalate the problem to the next level. The next time I heard from him, he was soliciting a MLS class and not addressing the issues at hand. I am now moving forward this week with a civil lawsuit. I do things on Principal. If some one had returned my call to develop a new strategy for my investment.....but, none of my calls were returned for 6 weeks.Refund plus late fees and interest now due and severely affecting my credit rating.

The Armando Montelongo Seminars think my case is hopeless because rules are rules, but I feel it isn't right to take the Life Time savings from Seniors like me and my husband who only receives $1629.00 a month in SSA and later exchanged the money of this life savings to our credit cards and put the people in debt for $44,800.00 for a seminar, its too expensive, were they don't feed us and don't give us time for rest and our brain gets so tired to think and reflecting on what is going on, I don't call it Training I call this Abuse and they take advantage of vulnerable people with needs (and sick, I'm going to have my 21st surgery on October) and it really hurts my feelings because on TV Commercial you believe in what you think is true, but its not.Yes, I sent 2 letters to Armando Montelongo because I admire him on TV, the first day of the seminar with [redacted] I asked him to give Armando my letter where I'm begging him to refund my money and I ask him to help me. I asked Armando if we can take his picture, so I can ask him if he got the letter from [redacted].  After the seminar I sent the 2nd letter to his office in [redacted], begging him to please refund my life time savings back to my credit cards. He never answered me. This is why I wrote the Revdex.com, because I don't feel it is correct to loose our entire life savings after we worked very hard all our life to have a little in our Golden Years with no debt in our credit cards. Please help me to recover our money back to our credit cards.  Thank you.

Mr. [redacted] had previously issued a complaint and refund request with the company in November 2013 and per our refund policy, the request was denied.  He spoke with an agent at the company that negotiated with him potential terms of some sort of settlement regarding a refund or partial refund....

 After those negotiations, more than a year went by before the company received any communication from Mr. [redacted].  As documented, Mr. [redacted] had flipped a property and made some sort of profit.  The company sincerely stands ready to reopen the offer to Mr. [redacted] for additional training, be it in the form of a full Bus Tour, or personalized coaching, but the company is not willing to re-extend any offer for a refund at this time.  If Mr. [redacted] would like assistance in continuing or advancing his real estate investment career, the company is fully prepared to discuss the way it could go to all reasonable lengths to train and mentor Mr. [redacted] to that end.  Best regards,[redacted]

The company's system shows that the refund was sent and should have been received by the consumer.  Please let us know at [redacted] if that has not occurred.

I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint about the business in July 5th, 2016. I heard from the companies corporate attorney [redacted] on July 15th. After my initial reply, [redacted] did not respond to the email I sent until I told him I would file another complaint with the Revdex.com. [redacted] then responded on July 23rd saying that he would send the release agreement form to facilitate the refund process. Upon receiving the release agreement on July 25th, [redacted] stated the following about the release agreement when asked what we were signing: "The release states that the company will provide a refund with an agreement that the refund will fully resolve the situation. Basically, after the refund, no party will continue to owe anything to the other and there will be no further liability or claim. The company will not disclose any details of our interaction and ask that you guys do the same. Let me know if there is anything in there you would like to discuss. Best regards, [redacted]" My business partner and I signed the release form and scanned and emailed the release agreement back to Mr. [redacted] on July 28th. [redacted] stated that he would then send the form over to the Accounting department, and that it typically takes about a week for the refund and that I would receive my refund on my credit card. More than a week has passed and I have emailed and called [redacted] multiple times to see where we were in the process of the refund, but to no avail. I have left voice messages with information where [redacted] could reach me and still no response. We have been in dialogue through email from the dates July 15th and the last time I had a response from him on July 29th. Since then I have emailed Mr. [redacted] twice and called his phone 3 times. My business partner has also tried to reach out to Mr. [redacted], as well as [redacted], who was the main point of contact when we bought the course. My card has not been refunded and I have had to make the payment on my card which I shouldn't have. We cannot seem to get a hold of anyone from their business.I would like a full refund of $497.00 as Mr. [redacted] agreed to.I was told my refund would be posted in the middle of this week and it haseems not been posted. I asked for contact information to the accounting department and no response.

The company is currently prepared to resolve the dispute per the terms discussed with Ms. [redacted]'s representation.  The company called the representation today to get that done and am waiting on a call.  The company is unaware of local counsel, but would gladly deal with whichever representation is current.

The company has contacted Mr. [redacted] and hopes to provide satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.

Can you help me with the above complaint for [redacted]?  The consumer was refunded and communicated with.  Can the complaint either be closed as resolved, or re-opened?  I reached out to [redacted], but it looks like she doesn't work there any more or has a new email.  Can you pass this on to whoever might be able to assist?  Thank you.Best regards,
