We deeply apologize for the service & issues you did have with communication/InstallationAs we previously discussed we would gladly come out & grind up all the coating that was laid by our companyFix the swirl marks in the garage floor & re coat it with the same layer epoxy system We did have a appointment set to come out & address the garageHowever we did have some scheduling issues due to our recent move to a new buildingWhich when we spoke I advised you and apologized aboutWe even would be happy to lay down the 1/4in chip size instead of the 1/8in chips size which you initially requested, which typically on any warranty issue it would've been putting down the same coatings that was originally done, but because of the issues that did occur we said we would accommodate & do the 1/4in chips size insteadI deeply apologize about the experience you've had with us thus far but the offer does still stand for us to rectify the problem with the work we did.?

We disagree with some of the vendors comments In our experience, it takes several months to get a phone call and/or email returned My husband had to change the first appointment on 10/31/due to business travel, and the vendor was a no show for the rescheduled appointment Since then it took almost a year for them to finally show up on 10/24/after they cancelled some appointmentsThe bottom line is their business lacks customer service In addition, the big sales pitch we were told was how their product was "commercial" grade and far superior and would last far longer than other vendors products They patched a couple of places right after installation and now the water pools in the hill like repair spots We are not disputing the areas where the concrete was cracked prior to installation as they did tell us that there were no guarantees the cracks would not return We understand that But they want to do the same thing with the deteriorated areas which is like putting a bandaid over a wound that will only peel off somewhere down the lineWe don't want more patches to trip overWe are providing a few samples of how the product failed within 6-months after using a hose to spray off the deck periodically in areas where there were no existing cracks Pictures speak a thousand words and these are contrary to the vendors claims Buyer beware

Jerry and Michael came to my home on time and ready to work They were very pleasant to converse with and clearly explained the steps to take while my epoxy garage floor cured I will be contacting Ultimate Concrete Coatings for future jobs!

Do not use this companyShoddy workAlmost impossible to contact once work is done When you do, no further response from anyone Worst company I have ever dealt with

Rude service technician Would not even let him into the house Do not expect professional service from this business

The pictures attached by customer are all movement damage that we state happens on the back of the contractThe crack is the original crack the conctrete had alreadyThe other issues are all in the expansion joints this is normalThese are all repairs we do at no chargeWe are always willing to come out and repair these issues for every customerI understand and feel for the timing issue we do our best to schedule accordingly but sometimes the other jobs have issues that are unseen and it puts the guys behindThe office is not always aware of issues that put the crews behind, Yes I agree the crew leader should have call if they are running late this is an issue we are taking care ofWe do not ask for our customers to have to stay home and wait for us we have been in business for years and we understand most people work which customers will leave the gate unlocked for us to enter and fix all repairs need. I can solve the issue and schedule them first thing in the morning between 8-9am on Jan 16th and 17th

Charged over $for canceling a month in advance We were not told the conditions of the contract We were talking about color and product We could not continue with their product once we visited the showroom We didn't have a clear idea when signing up Smooth salesman BE CAREFUL! Charged $2,giving them a months notice of cancellation Please make sure you like this stuff before signing with this company Go see the product and make sure! Sleep on it They tell you, you won't get the deal unless you sign right now DON'T sign The picture is horrible and the sample is too

I agree with others I feel this company displays extremely poor customer service After speaking with a receptionist, advising exactly what I needed, Isaac arrived to advise this company could and would not provide that service He said because they did not perform the original work, they would not reseal When I spoke with the receptionist she asked that very question of who did the original work and I told her then it was performed by another company that went out of business I wasted an entire day I could have done something else, only to have a two minute conversation with Isaac on my front porch

Ultimate Concrete Coatings did a nice, professional job on our driveway The crew was very professional and completed the job in the promised timeframe The driveway looks great and we are very pleased with the results The crew was pleasant, provided us with information and answered all of our questionsWe feel that their only problem is with aftermarket service We asked that they come back to retrieve a pail containing paint and clean some dust off our garage floor We wound up doing it ourselvesWe know that they are busy with new projects but we wish that they could have been a bit more responsive

Their response time is just terrible! After numerous emails and voice messages someone FINALLY contacted me to give me a quote! Being a prior customer this was quite disappointing and when the sales rep came out he informed me my that my patio (which was installed by Ultimate Concrete) NEEDED to be sealed!!! WTF! I specifically asked at the time of installation what maintenance was required and I was told "Only a 10% vinegar and water and a mop"! REALLY???? Why wasn't it sealed then? The rep had no answer, but quickly dropped his quote from $to $300! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ with this unethical company!!!!! They even blamed their office manager for NOT receiving my emails or calls...what a joke!!! This will be posted ALL over the internet including Facebook and YouTube and the Revdex.com!!!!! They don't even deserve a star....ZERO...and they list Revdex.com which they aren't even with!!! I think the Revdex.com will find that interesting
