UCC was a professional organization from our initial phone call for a quote; to the final handshake after inspecting our newly finished patioEveryone we encountered was in great spirits, honest, and happy to share what their part of the project entailedThere was no hassle from the gentleman who came to give us our quote, and the communication from the office on what days and times the workers would be their was perfectI was referred and will continue to refer others to check out this business!!

I had ultimate concrete coatings redo my pool deck the GM Doug came out and went over all my options he was very knowledgeable and took his time helping me decide what to do I decided to do a stamped overlay with a custom color the crew did an excellent job and my pool deck is absolutely beautiful all my friends and family are just amazed at the transformation of my pool it looks so good I am thinking about having my patio done as well I would definitely recommend this company very professional

I don't know how anyone was able to get any work done by this companyI had Issac Randall come to my house for an estimate, a half-hour lateBut he was pretty much WORTHLESSI tried discussing my needs and he just kept saying it will probably be too expensive and I probably can't afford itAfter trying to continue to discuss what I needed, he didn't even want to take notes or ANYTHINGI just decided he was wasting my time, and I asked him to go since he didn't seem that interested in working with usI typically don't write reviews, but I had to with this company....this guy was absolutely RUDE! I don't know if it was a race thing, woman thing or he just didn't want to work todayBut, no matter what his problem was they will never get a dime of my business

This customer signed our contract that clearly states a day cancellation policy After days there is a $and 20% of project charge for cancelingCustomer was on our busy schedule for some time which caused Ultimate to loose other potential projects We also have already ordered
materials for project along with started making multiple custom sample boards for this customerCustomers reason for wanting to cancel is being un sure of the colors and textures that they will want although they have not even seen the sample boards yetThe owner of Ultimate is meeting with this customer on Friday the 23rd to try to resolve this matter.I have attached copies of the contract this customer has signed that clearly states the cancellation policy.Thanks, Tom K***

Ultimate Concrete Coatings is about poor workmanship, poor customer service, no show appointments and broken promisesWe did our due diligence in checking them out before we spent $to have all of the concrete surfaces in our backyard covered with their product in November with promises that it was equivalent to a commercial application
We were delighted with the outcome after the installation, until we started experiencing chipping and cracking, etcafter a short period of under several monthsWhen using the garden hose to clean the deck pieces were chipping off, cracks have reappeared, and the energy spent making phone calls to get them out here to fix the problems, taking time off work for appointments that became no-shows, and the entire lack of customer service lead us to say "DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER" unless you enjoy being disappointed and frustrated after spending a lot of money and wasting an enormous amount of time and energy to TRY to get it fixed or at l

I don't know about the kind of work they do, but their customer service is sadI had an appointment to have someone give me an estimate on Friday 2-between 2-pmNo one showed, no one calledI am tired of business doing thisFrom now on I will share my experiencesToo bad, they might do great workNow I will never know

The pictures attached by customer are all movement damage that we state happens on the back of the contractThe crack is the original crack the conctrete had alreadyThe other issues are all in the expansion joints this is normalThese are all repairs we do at no chargeWe are always willing to come out and repair these issues for every customerI understand and feel for the timing issue we do our best to schedule accordingly but sometimes the other jobs have issues that are unseen and it puts the guys behindThe office is not always aware of issues that put the crews behind, Yes I agree the crew leader should have call if they are running late this is an issue we are taking care ofWe do not ask for our customers to have to stay home and wait for us we have been in business for years and we understand most people work which customers will leave the gate unlocked for us to enter and fix all repairs need. I can solve the issue and schedule them first thing in the morning between 8-9am on Jan 16th and 17th

It's been a little over a year since Ultimate Concrete Coatings did the epoxy on my garage floor and stamp overlay on my patio and walkwaysEverything still looks like brand newI really wish I had done it years ago when I originally moved itWe struggled at first to find a color scheme I liked, but they were really good about working with me to come up with the perfect color, as a designer myself, I'm very particular when it comes to these detailsI was very very pleasedMany of my friends also used Ultimate based on my recommendation and have experienced great results as well! Job well done!

We disagree with some of the vendors comments In our experience, it takes several months to get a phone call and/or email returned My husband had to change the first appointment on 10/31/due to business travel, and the vendor was a no show for the rescheduled appointment
Since then it took almost a year for them to finally show up on 10/24/after they cancelled some appointmentsThe bottom line is their business lacks customer service In addition, the big sales pitch we were told was how their product was "commercial" grade and far superior and would last far longer than other vendors products They patched a couple of places right after installation and now the water pools in the hill like repair spots We are not disputing the areas where the concrete was cracked prior to installation as they did tell us that there were no guarantees the cracks would not return We understand that But they want to do the same thing with the deteriorated areas which is like putting a bandaid over a wound that will only peel off somewhere down the lineWe don't want more patches to trip over. We are providing a few samples of how the product failed within 6-months after using a hose to spray off the deck periodically in areas where there were no existing cracks Pictures speak a thousand words and these are contrary to the vendors claims Buyer beware

The project is complete.Our company offers a Limited lH time warranty which consists of two (2) years materials and labor. We have an additional lifetime warranty on materials only. [redacted] is obviously out of her 2 year timeframe.  This issue consists of Ultimate Concrete Coatings LLC covering materials but we will not cover labor.I have personally discussed this with her. Her response  was that she is unwilling to pay a dime towards this issue. She used profanity to me and immediately hung up the phone on me. She is demanding a full refund.l have repeatedly explained to [redacted] that we have the absolute best customer service and per our warranty will cover all material costs but she will have to cover labor cost incurred with her project.As I stated her response was that she will not, swore at me & hung up the phone on me.Thanks for your timet patience and consideration regarding this matter[redacted]OwnerUltimate Concrete Coatings LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Thank you for allowing me to respond to Mr. [redacted] letter dated August 6, 2015.I will fax you a copy of the second document I mailed to Mr. [redacted] on July 22, 2015 supporting my dissatisfaction with the end result of the project he did for me in November, 2011.  My first written complaint was dated December 4, 2011, which is included in the fax. From his response, I am not sure what, if anything, he is offering.  The many times I called with no response from him and the few times we did talk he never mentioned anything about redoing the patio.  Since my complaints began February 8, 2012, I was well within the "full" warranty.  At this point I am not willing to have him do anything as the patio has deteriorated to a point it needs to be completely replaced.   I have had opinions from other patio contractors and they all tell me the same, "he didn't know how to apply the coating."  Therefore, the only thing I want from him is to refund my money, since I will have to completely replace my patio.  If the problem with the patio had not began within a few months of install, I would accept his response, but this is unacceptable.  I sent pictures to Mr. [redacted] from 2012 and again recently to support my complaint.Mr. [redacted] references he has "the best customer service" is certainly a falsehood.  The last time we spoke, he said, "I am done with you" and hung up.  To my knowledge this is not customer service.  Since he states he has the "best" customer service, I would hope he would want to get this issue resolved in a respectable manner without legal action. In my letter dated July 22, I asked Mr. [redacted]  to respond to me within five days, but as usual, he did not respond. If  you need any more information, please advise.Thank you,[redacted]

Their response time is just terrible! After numerous emails and voice messages someone FINALLY contacted me to give me a quote! Being a prior customer this was quite disappointing and when the sales rep came out he informed me my that my patio (which was installed by Ultimate Concrete) NEEDED to be sealed!!! WTF! I specifically asked at the time of installation what maintenance was required and I was told "Only a 10% vinegar and water and a mop"! REALLY???? Why wasn't it sealed then? The rep had no answer, but quickly dropped his quote from $500 to $300! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ with this unethical company!!!!! They even blamed their office manager for NOT receiving my emails or calls...what a joke!!! This will be posted ALL over the internet including Facebook and YouTube and the Revdex.com!!!!! They don't even deserve a star....ZERO...and they list Revdex.com which they aren't even with!!! I think the Revdex.com will find that interesting....
