Review: Company spokesperson contacted me by phone with a trial product and assured me I would receive a confirmation email explaining terms for which I never received. Product arrived with statement of different term spoken of on phone. No response from customer service no. nor sales rep. only leave a message. Promptly sent product back by priority mail and also sent a letter notifying cancellation as in their so called return policy( states you must call or email to cancel, but of course no one answers. I sent an email as well as left message on their phone system. They simply do not acknowledge the contacts since they claim you have to communicate in a specific amount of time or they just don't respond.Desired Settlement: Cancel my order( Product Returned by Priority Mail) Company does not respond to calls or emails. Sent a letter. Would like some communication from company and cancellation of product services.

Review: Get a free trial and pay only shipping but when health supplement comes the fine print in the brochure says if you don't cancel within 9 days they will charge you $90 on the credit card used to make the purchase. When you call the customer service number all you get is a recording so you cannot cancel.Desired Settlement: I don't want them to charge anything else on my credit card, ever. Meanwhile I will keep leaving messages on their voicemail to cancel the "subscription".

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the company in question's explanation in regards to one having to agree to terms and conditions twice during an order is not accurate. they advertise on facebook and when you click to order a "free trial", it says that submitting this order implies that one is 18 years of age and that one agrees to terms and conditions. one can place an order for a "free trial" without seeing terms and conditions.

Review: I looked into a free 14 day trial of a muscle supplement and pay shipping only. I didn't want precede online and didn't. The next day I was called about the free trial for this and another product. He said he'd cut the shipping in half and I'd get both for $4. I was told it was an auto shipping thing and after the trial if I didn't cancel I would get charged and shipped a new bottle. He also said along with cutting the shipping he was gonna make it a 21 day trial. I asked and he said I could cancel this at anytime and wouldn't be charged. So I went ahead and did the trial. I got the two bottles of supplements. First thing is that they are pretty much the exact same thing with different names. But the next day I decided to call to cancel the monthly thing. It was then I was informed that after the 14 day trial that if you want to cancel you have to send back the rest of the bottle because they shipped a full 30 day supply. This took me off guard because I never agreed to this and it's so shady. I agreed to pay shipping for a free 21 day trial of 2 different products. That's all I agreed on. I never agreed to pay for extra pills that they didn't tell me they were sending. Review: The company uses deceptive advertising practices to cheat people out of their money. The company charged my credit card once as Jacked Muscle Extreme and another time as Ultimate Muscle Black Edition without my authorization. They advertise a 14 day free trial and tell you that your credit card will be used for shipping and then they charge your credit card $89.00 and $89.43 if you don't contact them by day 14 and then on top of that put you on a monthly membership without clearly indicating that this will occur. Also, although they are obviously the same company I had to call two different number to cancel all future orders. One number to cancel the Ultimate Muscle Black and another number to cancel the Jacked Muscle Extreme . And then after a long wait on the phones (I assume due to other dissatisfied people) and before cancelling your "subscription" they try to sell you the product at a discounted price. Some creatine and BCAA blend is not worth the supposed suggested retail value of $89.99 but their ingredient matrix is also is not disclosed properly on their web site. This company is a scam and is falsely advertising their 14 day trial to people. Full and obvious disclosure would have alleviated this complaint.Desired Settlement: Since I cancelled my credit card to ensure no repeat charges I want a refund of the charges totalling $178.43 sent via check to my mailing address. This will prevent me from blasting this sham of a company on social media and alerting all my gym buddies to avoid them like the plague. This will also keep me from contacting Muscle and Fitness and ESPN magazines and not only cancelling my subscriptions but alerting their advertising departments of the problems I encountered.

Review: I purchased a free trial of "Ultimate Muscle Black" through their website "ultimatemuscleblackedition.com" on 1 May 2015 when I saw an offer on the internet for a free trial bottle for supplements. All I had to do was pay shipping and handling. No where on the initial landing page did it say anything about a monthly service. I completed the prompts and I remember that there was a terms and conditions tab. I marked it, but do not recall reading anything about a service of additional fees. Apparently, hidden deep inside it was a reference to a subscription. I never received any e-mails confirming that I had signed up for a service of any kind and no where on the website was this spelled out to what benefits I would receive. Today I see a charge for $89.99 for a service fee and apparently I had to cancel within 14 days to negate this charge. I called the company and requested a refund and they told me that they could only give me 25%. He sent me an e-mail that moment and I continued to tell him that the website wasn't clear and I should be refunded completely. He then came back and said the best he could do was 50%, but looking at his e-mail it was already at a 50% rate. I believe this company is intentionally duping folks into their service and hiding the contractual nature of their service within the fine print to catch folks like myself that haven't read the "terms and agreements" in entirety. Further research into this company has found other folks duped into this service as I was and I believe I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the service fee. Review: On Oct 24, 2014 I ordered from Ultimate Muscle a bottle of their supplements, with the stipulation that if I did not like for any eason I could contact them within 14 days and we could stop the program an d supplements. On 11/5/14 I called their office to cancel any further shipments. On 11/6/14 one of their sales reps called and said hat I had missed the 14 day time table. I believe that they are wrong because I have a confirmation order in my possession dated 10/24/14. This is in reference to the order of Ultimate Muscle Black Edition original 30-day product supply on a 14-day trial basis placed by [redacted] on 10/20/14. We provide this trial for consumers to receive the item and try the product to determine if they wish to continue with the item. The stipulation of the trial period, is to make this decision within 14-days if they chose to cancel. If the item is kept outside of the trial period, they are charged for the original product at the retail price of $89.43.

The original trial order was processed on October 20, 2014 at $4.95 for shipping and handling. His original e-mail confirmation will verify this date, we can provide a copy of his account if necessary to verify when the order originally processed. We shipped the item the next business day, and the trial period was started. There was no attempt to cancel within the trial period and he was charged on November 4, 2014 for the 30-day product supply.

The first attempt to cancel was made on November 5, 2014. He left a voice mail with customer service and we attempted three separate times to get in contact with him to verify the cancellation. We received no call back, and the account was cancelled from any further membership.

Due to the receipt of this letter, and as we are fully invested in customer service we have issued the full refund of $89.43 from November 4, 2014. This refund will take three to seven business days. The customer, Mr. [redacted], will receive an e-mail confirmation for the refund credited to his account.

Review: I applied for a 14 day free trial of the ultimate muscle product. I did not know, however that by applying for this I would be allowing the company to withdraw $89.43 every month upon my application. I did not understand what I had to do to cancel my application within the 10 day limit get in receiving my free trial. This happened for two months until I finally caught what was happening. On top of that, I never even received any product for what was charged. Twice I was charged $89.43 and neither time did I receive anything from them in the mail. Nor did I receive a receipt, email, or any conformation of the purchases I had unknowingly made. I was left completely in the the dark about what was going on.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $178.86 for the 2 products I was charged for and never received. Review: I ordered a trial version of a work out suppl;ement on 2 Feb 2015. After receiving it, and using it for a week, I was uncomfortable with it. At that point I called the company to voice my dislike and to terminate the trial . I was charged the full price for the produyct on 17 Feb 2015. and then again on on 19 march. In all I was charged $180 for a product I did not like, and have not recieved the entire supply of. THe company will only give me back $89 and will not charge me in the future. I tried to get the employees name that I spoke with but he would only give me his first name. I asked for a supervisor, he put me on hold and said that he could only tell me that the supervisors name was Chris S. And that are not permitted to give out names or speak to supervisors directly.....Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money back. But I would also like for this to be looked into. So that in the future if a customer decides to try their product again they will not be mistreated, or laughed at over the phone as I was. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Review: I ordered a FREE sample of a product by Ultimate muscle black. The order form stated you had to pay for shipping with your credit card. Three months later I received a charge for $89 on my credit card. I tried 4 times to call the company to discuss the issue, and after some time they returned my call and were incredible rude and disrespectful on the phone when I described the situation. I told them that I was going to try their product, but would never pay $90 for anything because I'm not that much into supplements but wanted to try their product. Review: Ultimate Muscle Black has shipped me a free 14 day trail which arrived on 1/14 and was ordered on 1/8. They are stated the trail starts on the purchase date not the date it was received. That would mean the trail in my case was only 8 days. I called them today to cancel my trail and they will not accept a return since the product was past the trail date.
