Ultra SK - Anti Wrinkle Cream

Total SCAM!! The product I signed up for was samples from Lush Lift. I received samples and then a week later I was charged 109.08 and 98.45 from Wellness Radiance and Alluring Essentials. I luckily caught them in time to report to financial institution. The company will not work with you for reimbursement.

I was scammed. It was supposed to be a free trial, just pay shipping. I was specifically told that they would not be keeping my card information. Later in the conversation I was told that after the trial I would be charged for more product. I then asked how they could charge me if they weren't keeping my card information. They said they would be contacting me about my experience using the products and that would be my opportunity to purchase more if I wish to. The only contact beyond the initial phone conversation was an email telling me that my account had been charged $103. I don't even know if I'll receive more product for the money they stole from my account! Not that I want more anyway. It did absolutely nothing. It's all just bs.

This was an add that was supposed to be free u just pay shipping..last minute I backed out of it..they took a payment of 100 dollars without any permission.

Never received product; agent said I had 14 days to call and tell them that. However there is no mention of that in thier advertising.
Called numerous times to inform them we never received the product and wanted the 110.00 dollars reimbursed.

The product irritated my eye lids & around my mouth areas. I was charged $100 each for the facial cream & eye serum. Their was hidden information.

This is a scam, they use the free trial to charge $102 later to the credit card provided. The results are nothing. if you want to return, they will charge $19 plus $7.95 shipping which is more than what you have to pay if you buy the same product in other place, like amazon or ebay.

I ordered Neu Natural Hemp Oil as a tried offer.
After the trial offer of $4.95 I thought if I wanted to continue I could order it on my own. Well that's not exactly how it went. I was billed on my credit card for $89.97 for another shipment that I didn't order. I tried looking up customer support but got another company name when I researched it. But still no customer support umber. I want to unsubscribe to the monthly charges and shipments. I don't want a refund. I just want it to stop with charges and shipments. Thank you.

It's a scam they say free trial get your card number for shipping now trying to put $200 on the card because they said I should have called them before 14 days but. It'ssuppose to be used for 30 days plus it didn't help at all

I was just called by ultra sk and threatened with them ruining my credit if I didn't pay them over $100.
this happened today. I purchased back in april a trial sample of their mosterizer & eye restoration and it was not made clear at any time that this was anything other than a trial sample. I then get a phone call today, spoke with someone who said they would ruin my credit if I didn't pay the amount due. It was a sample that I paid $7.95 for each bottle. I actually cannot even use the product because I am allergic to it. I asked if I could send it back and was told no. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was nastier than the first rep I spoke with. She also stated they were escalating this and I had to pay or my credit would be ruined. I have excellent credit by the way. I truly thought I was purchasing a trial sample which is what their advertisement said. I am truly upset about this and feel they have deceived many people. I will not stand for this nor will I pay over $100 for something that was not a good product.

I ordered free samples of two products (Revive Ultimè Age Defying Moisturizer and Revive Ultimè Revitalizing Eye Serum) for the cost of shipping ($4.95 each). Two weeks later I was surprised to find two charges on my credit card from the same company (VEMOPURESKINCREAM) for $98.87 and $93.79. I immediately called the support number I found in the email confirmation for the samples. the support person didn't seem surprised and asked if I read the terms and conditions of the "trial" order. I couldn't recall so she informed me that I had signed up for a 14 day trial and was being charged for the products I received. This was a total shock to me, since all I ordered were "free samples" for the cost of shipping (as advertised). I cancelled and asked for a refund, since I didn't agree to pay for the products. The support person allowed me to cancel any future deliveries but said they would not be sending a refund.

I received an email that shows it came from COSTCO to do a survey & get a free gift. After I did the survey a woman called me on the phone, that I will get a free gift of eye cream & anti-aging serum and pay only the shipping cost. She asked for my address and credit card number so she can send me the product. My card was charged for the shipping cost of $10.90 right away. Two weeks later my bank notified me that an unusual authorization activity on my credit card account was detected and was charged $85.95. I called *** and they told me that they automatically send the product unless I stop or I cancel it in 14 days. I was told it was my fault because I did not cancel if on time and that there is nothing they can do except maybe give a discount in the future. This is scam for misrepresentation by the company for claiming that they are affiliated with COSTCO and then getting charged for a supposedly free gift.

My complaint about the seller of the Ultra SK anti aging skin cream is exactly like the other 57 complaints. They should not be allowed to charge for more than the shipping for the free trial. I never saw anything that said the price of $102 would be charged after a trial period of 14 days. Albeit I was using my cell phone to make the purchase and therefore their Terms and Conditions should be readable on such a device since they were selling it on FaceBook. I've purchase other things on FB before without an issue, but I would never have opted for a free trial of something knowing it would cost $102. I never saw that. I never saw how I was "supposed" to contact them to cancel it either. It is a total scam. It looks like I cannot even try to send them a replacement container (that I could buy on Amazon for $25.38) of the exact same item since they won't accept any returns. The company doesn't want to settle anything short of getting all the money they say their product is worth according to their invisible Terms and Conditions.
I wish I had an idea of what the name and contact information was for this company, because I did want to contact them. There was no packing slip and no order confirmation in my email so I just figured it was a true trial where I was given a small sample of product to try without a catch. That was wishful thinking on my part when I got a collections call this morning on my cell threatening me with an attack on my credit score.

FALSE INFORMATION AND PUTTING MONEY ON MY CHARGE CARD.
ON APRIL 9.2019 I CHARGED $7.95 TWICE ON MY MASTERCARD FOR TWO SAMPLES OF THE ULTRASK MOISTURIZER. I THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT IT WAS BUYING THE FREE SAMPLES. ON MAY 30,2019 I RECEIVED ANOTHER JAR IN THE MAIL. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT ORDER IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS STATED ON THE WEB SITE THAT I HAD 14DAYS TO CANCEL. THIS WAS NOT ON THE WEBSITE. ALSO THAT THEY PUT OVER 200.00 ON MY CREDIT CARD. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM FOR SOME LENGTH. THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD SENT THE SECOND JARS BACK WITH ALMOST A 20.00 RESTOCKING FEE. WE ARGUED AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD REFUND 150.67 FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT I RE-CEIVED ON MAY30.2019. I TRIED TO FIND THE WEBSITE COULD NOT FIND IT. WHEN I SAW THE CREAM IT WAS ADVERTISED AS BEING ASSOCIATED WITH SANDRA BULLOCK. THERE WAS NO PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, NO RESTOCKING INFORMATION AND NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING IN WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT THE 7.95 WAS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE. THE INFORMATION THAT I SAW INDICATED 7.95 WAS THE SAMPLE FEE. I AM 78 YEARS OLD AND LIVE ON RETIREMENT INCOME. I CANNOT AFFORD NOR WOULD I BUY ANY CREAM THAT COST THAT MUCH. I CALLED THE CARD COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH THEM. THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE.

I paid shipping and handling on one ultra SK facial moisturizer and one eye wrinkle cream.on 4 24 2019. Today two more charges appeared on my account.
Two unauthorized charges to my account , for 99.95 and 102.95. This was suppose to be two free trial that I paid 7.95 for shipping and handling on.

Ordered a sample. No mention of subscription, or other charges. Both have happened. Company has not responded to emails, refund or cancellation.
on february 3, 2019, I ordered a free sample of face cream off an ad on facebook. it said there was a shipping fee of $7.95. I recd a pkg that had 2 items in it and was billed $15.90. I do not recall reading that there was 2 and a double fee. I also do not recall seeing anything about receiving more at a high fee. On a bank stmt we found a charge of $102.95 and $99.95 on 3/18/19, $110.90 and $107.90 on 4/18/19. I sent a reply to the email I got thanking me for my sample order, telling them I didnt want any more product after we found the charge on our bank on 3/18/19. I also asked for refund for the 3/18/19 charged amount, as I had not recd any product. Today I recd a box from them but I did not open it and I intend to return it unopened.

I received a free trial in January. Today someone called saying I owed over $200.00 because I didn't cancel my subscription within 14 days.
She explained I was in violation and my information was being escalation if I didn't pay. This was a free trial! I have never received an email/bill. I asked her to send me a copy from January when I signed up for the free trial and she couldn't supply anything. She manually produced an email today with the bill attached after many attempts to send it to me. I offered to return the product. She said no.

BUYER BEWARE. I was scammed with a "free sample" + shipping cost offer (which gave them my bank info). It was not a free sample but a free trial. Two weeks later over $200 was withdrawn from my bank account. This company is making a lot of money with clandestine advertising.

Free skin care product pay shipping only 14 days later charge my account &102.95.
This was an advertisement online through Facebook for skin care moisturizer for free just pay shipping of $7.95. I purchased this on 3/4/19. I received product within the week. Then on 3/18/19 had a withdrawal from my bank account from same site Palomino Nature's AZ 878-560-2001 the amount of $102.95. I called the number and they said it was a trial use for the $7.95 for 14 days and if you did not cancel you were automatically charged the $102.95. I did not see anything on the site saying anything about being charged after 14 days. They did cancel the product, but would not give me a refund or distcount at all the agent I spoke with on 3/20/19 # ID 986 cancellation # *** I did get a email confirmation. The packing slip doesn't say anything about it being a trial or even have a address just a phone number for ultra SK facial moisturizer pallet: XXXXXX *** box/PS Qual:JIT ref *** customer#***, order #XXXXXXXX. On the packing slip I noticed it was a different phone number then I had gotten off of my bank statement so I called today 3/21/19 to see if I got another response and she also said it was a trial for 14 days and I told her it was a scam and I had seen it had been reported to Revdex.com already the same thing that happened to me and she said there was nothing they could do because I can't prove that it didn't say any about it being a trial and be charged for it!! So right there she knew that nothing could be done!! She did give me a 45% discount so I am still charged with $56.62. The agent I spoke with today ID at phone number 855-475-0500. I can not find there website anywhere she said the website was www.ultra-SK.com. There is no site there. I just want people to be aware of these scams! I know they happen all the time. I am afraid now I need to cancel my debit card since they have access to it and apparently there is nothing I can do about it if the charge me again. It is scary to know this can happen! I will think twice now before ordering anything online.
