Ultra SK - Anti Wrinkle Cream

First of all, I usually do not purchase on line for this type of product, but for $7.99 trial and supposedly backed by Savanah Guthrie on Today Show, which was a lie, I returned the trial back to Odessa, Fla. It did not come back, but I received another in the mail on 2/24/2019, which inside was the contact number. I called, they tried to make deals with certain percentages off, but I agreed to $19.99 to reshelf product. They also gave me another address to send it back to: Ultra SK, PO Box 23846, St. Petersburg, Fla 33742 with a return # at the bottom of the address label. That package came back 3/19/2019 as "Unable to Forward." I again called the customer service number and I was told my account has been cancelled and 75% of the charge would be charged to me. OK, fine, but I definitely do not want any more of the product. My concern is that when I call, they do not accept returned to Odessa, and St Petersburg Fla comes back as unable to forward to that address.

I ordered a free trial of their wrinkle cream- they ended up sending 3 products and took $40.00 dollars out of my account. Then the next month they took almost $200.00 from my account for 2 months supply and never received any products. It has been almost a year and have never received any products for that $200.00! I want that money back in my account or the products. We had to close out our account and get more cards. This is not the way you carry on a business!! Don't buy anything from this company!!!

I'd give it - stars. But it won't let me do so. What the heck was I putting on my face? I only ordered the face cream. When I got this it was all JAR! That cream soaked right into my skin. I use *** Collagen filler that works wonders for my skin. The receipt inside the box said I received 3 items, when in fact there was only one jar in the box! I looked up numbers to call, because I could not see the small number to call on that paper. I tried calling all of them, only to get a message to please hold, then it hung up every single time. This product was gone in a matter of maybe 10-15 days, because it didn't moisturize my skin at all in the Wisconsin weather especially this bitter cold we are having. I have to use *** Collagen filler in this weather, and a lot of it! But it works and it works great. I'm very concerned as to what I using on my face! It said it had collagen as well and that is why I ordered the face cream only, and even though they pushed to purchase other items I didn't order anything except for the face cream with collagen. They keep on trying to charge my card more and more, when I cancelled using an online number. It seemed to have recognized my phone number, so I cancelled it pretty soon after I got it in the mail. Do NOT purchase this. I found now it has several names. And the number on here for the Revdex.com also hangs up after telling to please wait.

Advertised "free" sample of UltraSK Anti-aging cream for cost of shipping - $7.95. Received cream and then automatically billed over $102.95
I saw an advertisement on Facebook and linked to the Florida company to try the product with a free sample, agreeing to pay shipping of $7.95. - received an email confirmation Feb. 4th and received a sample in the mail around Feb. 11th. My credit card was then charged $102.95 without my authorization. No receipt was sent and I found it by checking my account online. Nothing was said in the ad I saw about conditional trial time -billed from WillowT Heathy Muscle, AZ Ph: 8009839750

This is 100% scam and probably fraud. They advertise free sample and $4.95 shipping. Guess what, you will be billed $80+ dollars for each product. Very sleazy
Also, I received the same offer with a different person endorsing the product. This is a great scam job.

I just ordered this and never do this type of things with out checking out all the reviews first. Not this time. So I ordered - then read the reviews and have now gone and cancelled everything I did. The guy in CS was very nice and cancelled everything right away for me and forwarded my cancellation emails. I'm glad I went and read the reviews as quickly as I did. Thank you for putting your reviews out there. This is a total money making scam with bad products.

Billed 89.98 for a subscription I never ordered. I never received anything in return.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Never get this company?s ?Free Trial? offer. It is not free. On 9/17/18 I paid shipping charges totaling $8.90 ($3.95 for an eye serum and $4.95 for a face cream) which the company advertised but was never told that I was entering a subscription. I received two samples of their products and on 10/1/18, the company charged my account the full amount for these two products ($179.54) which I never ordered or received. I immediately called my bank of these fraudulent charges and instructed them not to pay them. I also called the company on 10/1/18 to let them know of these unauthorized charges for products which I never ordered or received and immediately cancelled the ?free trial subscription? within the 16-day required (copies of emails in my files from the company acknowledging cancellation). I have requested a full refund from the company and up to this day they have refused to credit my account. Let?s stay away from such SCAMS!

This Velaire "free sample" program is an outright SCAM. Once you order the "free samples, you are automatically enrolled in a continuous shipment plan. No paperwork ever tells you that you must contact them in 14 days to cancel out of the program. This company should be ordered to stop this deceptive marketing scam. They prey on the elderly who are not computer savvy and don't and can't read any fine print of the free offer.

The product was ordered on 11/5/2018 it was advertised as Johanna Gains face cream and eye serum for 4.95 and 3.95. I received it in the mail on 11/9. The creams burned my skin. I called the company and talked to Princess. She said to return the merchandise and the order will be cancelled and I would not be billed. I mailed the remaining creams back via usps. I though that was it. On 12/12/2018 my account was charged 89.71 and 89.77. I immediately called the company and explained that this was cancelled on the 12th of November and product was returned. She stated that I should have called by the 1st of December again, which makes no sense the order was cancelled and I was promised I would not be charges. Also when researching the company I found that they fraudulently used Johanna Gains stating that it was her skin care line. She has no affiliation whatsoever with this company. I am a veteran and live on a limited income. I did not expect these charges to come out so now I cannot afford my prescriptions one of which is a bloodthinner. Pleas I need your help.

Total scam, thank goodness my credit card alerted me to their 89 dollar billing 14 days after trial was ordered...I had no idea in fine print you agree to monthly billing if you dont respond...they want to snag you... This is a total scam ...stay away!!!

My wife signed up for the trial on her cell phone which made reading the fine print impossible. In October we received a shipment of face cream and eye serum which resulted in a draft from the bank of $94 and $95 dollars and at the time we were out of town. Needless to say I did not get back around to thinking about it until November when another set of matching drafts hit the bank. On November 14 I canceled the account and received a partial refund for the October shipment and after explaining several times that I wanted a full refund for the November shipment my first refund came in and was $20 short for shipping and the authorization code. Now after doing a bit of research nowhere on there website or in packaging itself is there a specified 30 day return policy as they claimed. As it stands this company will make $120 off of nothing more than my canceling there product.

Somehow when I was ordering from Elyra Derma Cream.com, my order came from them and not from Elyra Derma Cream.com. Total total scam!!!

I was scammed 180.00 dollars by this company by just clicking on a pop-up while researching on my computer. It was 4.95 shipping and handling. They said that I agreed to a 14 day trial period in which I did not or wasn't aware of it. Later they charged me 180.00 out of my checking account. I called them to resolve the problem and they told me that they would refund 100% of my money this time because I was unaware of the 14 day trial then cancel. I thought we had it taken care of. I called them back this morning, and they denied my refund. Please help me. I am a Public School Teacher and I am having a really hard time right now being that my husband is unemployed. Thank you. I appreciate all your help.

Then slamming them with $88 and $89 charges for additional products that were never explained. I guess it is one of those "better read the fine print" deals! Will tell everyone and anyone NEVER do business with Bellaire Skin. So who are they anyway? Bellaire Skin or Avant Garde Skin Care? That's concerning right there!! I have the same experience the other 4 have indicated. I ordered only the skin cream. NO eye serum which was sent and charged for. So billed $4,95 and $5.95 for shipping charges. These people should be ashamed of themselves and attaching Julie Chen's name to this!

This company operates in the grey area of being fraudulent. Never get their "free trial offer". It is not free! This company will charge you about 2 weeks after the "free trial" is sent. If you do not cancel the "free trial" subscription, you will be charged the full amount of the product.

This company is fraudulent! They offer a $5.00 product to try, but it deceptively puts you in a monthly shipment plan. Then it is $89.50, and cannot be returned. They also combine the offer with Trudivine eye cream, with basically the same dishonest scheme. This is a dishonest business that appears to operate on the fringe of the law. Your $5 trial product will cost you close to $200!
