I called and tried to cancel the same day I ordered. Still received product. Tried to cancel again and supervisor Luke would not allow me to discuss my problem with anyone above him.
This is a scam

Don?t buy this product!!!! You will be charged $83.75 per month unless you cancel within 10 days which they say are in their terms of agreement.
I of course didn?t know this until I saw the charge on my credit card and call to dispute it. The rude man on the phone said they would not refund the charge because it was past the 10 day trial period!!!!

I give NeuActive NEGATIVE -5 Star rating! This IS a RIP OFF! As others have said- you pay $5.95 for a 'free' sample- Then they turn around & charge you $89.50 for what they sent you, calling it your subscription! Yes, what started as a trial sample is now your first subscription! RIP OFF . .If you want to return the product, you have to pay another $10 !! TOTAL RIPOFF!

Click bait and I fell for it. Thought I'd try a sample skin care for shipping only Got duped into getting the eye cream as well, which the site did NOT let you opt out of. So I figured, what the heck. I neglected to read the find print that I would be enrolled in a monthly shipment of this expensive and ineffective product for a ridiculous $87.98 per month. So I called the number (my bank gave me the number because the websites are all non-working numbers) and told them to cancel. Did not want this, wanted my $87.98 refunded. They said they couldn't do anything. When I mentioned I"m contacting the Revdex.com, she offered to refund half my money. This is a scam. I got caught in something similar once before and I should have known. I'm sure the celebrities they use have no knowledge they are fronts for this bogus company. Buyer beware!!!

I was duped into responding to an ad that I thought was legitimate which appeared on my electronic feed for my local newspaper. After ordering I quickly did additional research to find that endorsements were falsified. (Yes I should have done research before I ordered) I immediately emailed back to the ordering site to cancel. The follow up conversations I had with their Cusrtomer Care representatives were very frustrating. In all I spoke with 4 individuals three of which were unsatisfactory. I never could get to the actual company and feel sorry for anyone who isn?t persistent enough to pursue some resolution and finds themselves paying for a product that wasn?t as represented. Shame on Bellaire Skin and Avanteguardskin and The 3rd party Customer Care phone service that offers little customer care.

This is a scam. They send you .5 oz an then charge your credit card $89. I called to complain and they offered me a 30% refund. I paid $5.95 for the free sample and that is what it was worth. Very ??! I wish that I could give them 0 stars.

This company and products is a joke. Do not order any products from them. They don?t work!!! I give them a BIG FAT F as a rating!!!!! Beware

Ordered the free sample and paid for shipping. They sent with it an eye cream which I did not order. Later in the month two charges, one for $87.96 and one for $89.98 appeared on my credit card bill. Upon the calling this business I was informed that I had 14 days to respond to the company to cancel the price for the sample. I had only paid for shipping. This was not on the invoice sent with the product or on the initial advertising. I only later was told that it was on their website. AI disputed this charge. And the product was ineffective. Do not buy from this company. They also use use4 celebrity names in their promotions. I doubt these celebs endorsed this product.

I ordered a trial product from this company. The box came with the items and invoice on the box. I was contacted by my credit card company on 05/02/18 with possible fraud charges. This company has charged by card three times and has never shipped anything additional to me. When I contacted customer service I was told that there was a notice in the box that stated if I didn't cancel in 14 days I would be billed full price and placed on renewal. I never received any such notice and feel not only is the quality of the product poor but I did not authorize any additional shipments or to be charged full price on a "free trial".

NeuActive Skin advertised a trial sample of their product at a minimal fee. I ordered it and paid for it with a credit card. On the web site, in small print, it said I had to cancel within 14 days. I did not have my glasses on and the print was so small that I could not see the notice that you had to cancel within 14 days. I received the product ONLY, there was no literature in it that warned you to call and cancel within 14 days. During the ordering process, when you click to finish the order for one product another product was ordered without being able to cancel. I immediately tried to go back and the web site would not allow me to go back to that page. They have now taken over $175 from my charge card. I got the phone number for this company from my credit card company and called and complained to them. They told me that they would either give me a 50% discount OR, that I had to have my credit card company do a three person phone call with the credit card company, the company and me to see if they believe it was a legal transaction. I choose to have my credit card company call. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! After talking to their customer service it was obvious to me that this is an ongoing problem with this company and their customer service representatives were prepared to handle these types of calls. Who does business like this?

I ordered a free 14 day trail of Neuactive facial serum. Unsatisfied with the results I returned the item within the 14 days. On Feb. 20,2018, March 20, 2018, and April 17,2018, this company charged my bank account $89.50 a total of $268.50. Each time I phoned them I was told my account was cancelled and a refund would be credited to my account within 5-7 business days. Today I filed my 3rd dispute with ***. Meanwhile, My bank account is overdrawn with a over draft fee for each of the bills I pay to live. As a result my credit score has decreased and I am behind with my bills and overdraft fees. I am disabled and on a fixed income so I have a limited amount to spend for the daily expenses one has to live. My purpose for this letter is to warn other potential customers of what has occurred with my experience. I am hoping my disputes are found valid and the money they have taken is returned.

I ordered sample..came without usual instructions that there would be more charges if not cancelled. Charged nearly $100.
Product not bad but not worth THAT much. When called to complain spoke with 2 very rude representatives RICARDO and FROY who refused to transfer me to their supervisor .in fact FROY said he was putting me on hold until I was ready to listen to him! I called back and spoke with a representative JACKIE who was reasonable. Seeing as the cancellation insructions were on the initial website and DID NOT COME with the product she gave me a partial refund. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMED LIKE I DID, TRIED THE SAMPLE PRODUCTS AND DID NOT REALIZE THAT I WAS BEING ROPED INTO BUYING ($89.00) MORE PRODUCTS. THERE IS NO REFUND. THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY PRODUCTS BACK. PRODUCTS ARE MEDIOCRE AT BEST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I tried this product and I broke out in hives. I threw it away. I called the company to cancel my subscription and because I cancelled it 20 days too late they refused to remove the charge. I understand that I was late cancelling the service, but I would think that they would stand by their product and would have refunded the billing. Felt like a scam.

Signed up to get a free skin care item and they were only supposed to charge shipping, but they charged me twice the shipping without being notified and then charged another 89.98 after the fact without shipping anything additional and said they charged the full price after 15 days although nothing was disclosed about this.

This is not a review. I have been trying to file a complaint about this product. I have had nothing but a run around with this company and have had to cancel my credit card and spend most of the day re routing my bills to another card before I go to the bank tomorrow. I was in the time limit to cancel the order, but did not realize that this had to be done because I only got a TRIAL OFFER. Now they are charging my credit card 89.50 and will only refund half the amount. I want a full refund. and to let everyone know NOT to sucked in by this product or Trudivine or NeuActive. Bad product. Shouldn't even give it one star because of the experience I have gone thru.

Basically an automated charge on your credit card after "trial" period. But even if you call like it says to cancel your automatic subscription. You are then told to send the trial you paid for back and are charged a restocking fee in order to cancel your order. Oh and by the way you get a table spoon worth of eye cream and one and half teaspoon of face cream . each cream costing over $89.00 each .. Do I think this is a scam YES, a well organized one... The containers are deceptive makes it looks like you are getting more than you really are.

Approximately several months ago on the internet, I saw an offer from NeuActive for a bottle of anti aging skin creme. The offer up front stipulated that to try the creme, I only had to pay for postage for them to send creme to me. There was nothing in the offer explicitly stating that I was enrolling in a subscription . I subsequently found out that unknowing to me they billed my card for two months which totaled approximately $179, I found this out when I was checking on my transactions of my credit card. I called them immediately and they told me that they will only refund the most recent charge (one month) with a deduction for a stocking fee. I never saw the terms and policies when I agreed to try the product. I have called this place several times and they seem to be giving me the runaround. I talk to different people, they give me different explanations for their return polices, they tell me they will credit my credit card but they are unable to do it for some unknown reason. I would like both months payment credited back to may account and no restocking fee. This is a very unethical business that does not state clearly upfront their polices. One person on the phone told me no stocking fee and did not have to return product while the other one said I need to return product and there would be a stocking fee.
