I am rejecting this response because: The business name is *** *** They cashed my check for $on May 12. Like I said, they present themselves as a legitimate looking organization
where you need to renew a Fictitious Business Name. When in actuality it should just be done directly with the County. I just want my money back. They recently sent me another letter letting me know again about an expiration, and wanting another $150. I have attached a copy of this most recent fraudulent letter also. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I called to get confirmation that they would be renewing my fictitious business name and have not yet been able to acquire that confirmation. I called and left a message, which seems to be the only option. When someone returned my call and left a message they told me they needed my county and that I should call the next day due to high call volume the day I called. I called the next morning, and left a message and have still not heard back. I need to know they will renew my fictitious business name now, or I need to do it through the County directly, so that it does not expire. I also need to publish my name in a newspaper in a timely fashion.

A refund in the amount of $150.00 is being mailed to Ms. [redacted] today.

We have received the refund request and that will be processed this week.  We will also remove this company from our database.

I'm sending Mr. [redacted] the full amount he is asking for the $150 refund and the $15. He should be receiving a check in the mail in the next few days. My previous response to him was not bogus and as soon as the county sends us the filed copy I will forward it to him.

I am rejecting this response because: This action of removing my business from the list does not resolve the problem of sending your forms to other business.  Because of the look of the form, they, like I did, believe your form to be an legitimate government agency form.

I am rejecting this response because the County charges $34 for something this company has charged $150.  The County says there is nothing that has been filed with them.  Just refund us our money, $150.  Thank you.

Thank you for following up.  Your paperwork was received and processed on 10/21/2015.  A check in the amount of $125 was issued and mailed on 10/30/2015.

I am rejecting this response because: On September 22, 2017, I went to the Riverside County offices that handle Fictitious business Names renewals, and nothing had been received from the vendor.  I therefore proceeded to renew my Fictitious business Name and paid the requisite $58.00.The reply herein appears to be bogus in that they have NOT performed as they claimed.I want the full $150.00 refunded immediately. An additional $15.00 for my multiple trips to the Temecula office and back to my home in Meniffee would be appropriate..
