Review: A young man came to my door on Aug 9, 2013 selling magazines. Normally I would not entertain such non-solicited offers but his demeanor and earnestness convinced me to help this young man out. I purchased a subscription that also came with a $20 processing fee. The terms of the agreement state that it could take 90 - 120 days to start receiving the magazine. It is now mid February of 2014 and I have not received any magazines. Calls to the company go unanswered.Desired Settlement: A full and complete refund for the magazine subscription and the processing and handling fee. $50.00

Review: I ordered a magazine from a door-to-door youth from this company on October 9 and paid $55.00 by check. Check was cashed on October 15. I still haven't received the magazine I ordered.Desired Settlement: Would like to either receive the magazine or get a refund. At this point, a refund would be preferable, but will accept magazine.

Review: Ordered and paid for magazine subscription through door to door sales person who explained this was part of a work development program. Magazine subscription never arrived and have not been able to reach anyone through Customer Service phone numbers.Desired Settlement: Request for refund of my $35.

Review: this is a follow up complaint. I never received my magazines for which I paid cash to one of their door salespersons. I mailed the company a copy of my "receipt" and I received a response letter from the company stating i'd receive my magazines within several weeks. It has been another year and I never received my magazines. Watch out! These people are fraud. Their website provides contact information and numbers to which no one ever answers their phone. They will steal your money! Order magazines through someone more reputable such as girl scouts or your local grocery store. This company is fake and fraud.Desired settlement: I want either the magazines delivered that I paid for and provided a copy of the receipt or I want a refund. But since this is the third attempt to contact the company , I doubt they will do either again.

Review: I purchased a 3-year magazine subscriptiong for the Heavy Metal magazine from a door-to-door salesman on 9 July 2013. I currently have an existing subscription to this magazine and I was assurred that this new subscription would just add to the length of time my current subscription had and extend it an additional 3 years. The weekend passed and I called the magazine provider (Heavy Metal) and asked about the validity of this new subscription to extend my current subscription and they informed me that they never heard of the company selling their magazine nor would the transaction be able to process to extend my current subscription for another 3 years after the current contract period (extended the subscription too far into the future). I immediately tried several times to contact the Unified Doers Management Group (UDMG) at the phone number they provided on my receipt and it took several attempts over several days to finally talk to someone (phone number doesn't accept voice messages). After several more contacts with the administrative section of the UDMG, I was finally told that a refund check was processing and would be sent out on Friday, 23 August 2013. It is now 3 October 2013 and I have still not received my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund my entire subscription payment of $67.00 since the company (UDMG) can't deliver on their contractual requirement to extend my current magazine subscription.

Review: I never received the purchased product. Order placed on june 8, 2013 for two magazine subscriptions: readers digest 20 issues for $48.00 and ideas & discoveries magazine 6 issues for $20.00. Processing & handling fees of $20.00. It has been 7 months and I still have not received any magazines. The receipt says refund will be given if product not delivered in 120 days from purchase. I have been trying to call the company at ###-###-#### since the beginning of october and have gotten a voicemail every time; the voicemail states to call back and not leave a message and therefore I have not been able to speak with anyone at the company.Desired settlement: I am requesting a full refund of $88.00. I do not want the products since it has been 7 months since placing my order and has been longer than 120 days since the purchase has been made.

Review: I purchased a magazine subscription via a door-to-door salesman from this group 2/27/14 for $70. It has been past the 120 days delivery time. I contacted the company 7/3/14 and was able to speak to customer service. They requested I fax a signed copy of my pink sales receipt and they would refund the money since I had not received my subscription. I still have not received a refund nor the magazines and there is no answer or ability to leave a message at the number listed by the company. They have not provided the service paid or the refund promised.Desired Settlement: I would like my $70 back since I have not received the subscription promised.

Review: 4/17/13 A door to door sales person came to my door selling magazine subscriptions. I ordered two magazines. Reference # [redacted]

4/18/13 The next day, I decided that I did not want to purchase the magazines. I read the cancellation policy that is on the front and back of the order from and followed the instructions. I needed to cancel the order prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.

4/19/13 I sent certified mail to the address given- UD Management Group, LLC [redacted] 6/18/13 The certified letter was returned to my home unopened. The USPS had the letter Return to Sender due to Insufficient Address. I called the phone number given on the receipt- ###-###-####. Called this number three times. Each time there was a recording saying that the customer service agent was on the phone or assisting another customer and to call back. Messages could not be accepted and could not be returned.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my magazine subscription and receive a refund.

Review: I purchased a magazine subscription from a young lady who came to my door. I knew by purchasing this product from the lady, I was putting myself at risk of a scam; however, it was an effort to restore my faith in humanity. I purchased the magazine subscription at an outrageous price, and was told that it would take between 3-4 months for delivery (this was in November 2012). It is now April 2013, and I have yet to receive the product I ordered. I contacted UD Management with a written letter and expressed my concerns, and asked them to provide a response within 7 business days. The response period has passed, and I still have heard nothing from this company.Desired Settlement: The optimal outcome would be a refund for the amount that I paid, which was $45.00.

Review: I purchased subscription to a magazine from a door-to-door salesperson on 29 June 2013. Total cost to me was $40.00. To date I have not received any issues of the requested magazine. I have attempted to call Unified Doers Management Group, LLC at the number listed on my purchase receipt. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone and the recording says not to leave a message. My sales receipt number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $40.00 I paid to Unified Doers Management LLC.

Review: I purchased a magazine subscription from a door to door representative of United Doers Management Group on 8/11/2013 and paid by check #[redacted] $65.00. The check was cashed on 9/4/2013 by [redacted]. No magazines were ever delivered and I contacted [redacted] by phone on 5/12/14 at ###-###-#### and was told they would check into this and return my call. No one ever called back. I called again 6/26/14 and spoke to representative who told me again they would check and return my call. No return call was ever made. I called again on 7/16/14 and the representative asked me to fax the original receipt for a refund. I did this that day and never received a refund although I was told that "checks are cut on Fridays"Desired Settlement: I am entitled to a full refund on $65 for failure to process my magazine subscription within the stated time period on the contract (120 days).

Review: I ordered a magazine from their representative on 10/19/13, order #[redacted] on my receipt. Receipt states that if I don't receive delivery within 120 days I am entitled to delivery or refund. On 2/25/14 I called customer service and spoke with [redacted] who told me that the subscription would start on March 10. Today is March 13, I have not received a magazine, and now no one will answer the customer service line and there is no way to leave a message.

I would like a refund as I'm convinced no magazine is coming, but there is no way to reach customer service. No email, no voicemail, no way other than to keep calling and no one is answering.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund via a cashier's check or certified check.

I am rejecting this response because:

This is the third time I have been told by the company that something was in the process of happening. The first, when I was told my magazine would arrive by March 10, never happened. The second, when I was told that a refund had been submitted (you have a copy of this letter from my first complaint, #[redacted]), never happened. This time the letter says "a refund is being issued", not that a refund has been issued. As of this date, I have not received a refund.

Review: I purchased a magazine subscription on 5-18-2013. I paid cash in the amount of $27.00. Today is 9-13-2013 and I still have not received my magazines. I tried to call the company listed on my receipt but I keep getting a message to call back and not leave a message.Desired Settlement: Refund for the $27.00 on my receipt
