Review: I ordered a magazine subscription through a door-to-door sales person ([redacted]) on May 22, 2013. I paid $40. The receipt says to allow 90-120 days for delivery. Today is the 120th day. No magazine has arrived.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money and I do not want them to come to my house or neighborhood again!
Review: I purchased a subscription of a magazine for $75 in July. In November I still had not received the magazine so I called for a refund. I spoke to a woman she said she would look into it. I called back in a week and she said they would send me the magazine. I told her I did not want the magazine and was eligible for a refund (according to my receipt). She said I need to fax that request in. I did. A few weeks later I received the magazine. I called and told them I did not want the magazine and to stop and and give me my money (that I qualified to get). Two months ago I still did not receive the refund and called. I spoke to a gentleman and told him I wanted my money. He said he would leave a note foe the accountant to cut the check.
Since then I had called several times and no one answers the phones now. Three weeks ago I refaxed and told them to please refund or I will contact the Revdex.com so here I am!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund (interest would be nice) :)

Review: My Reference # [redacted]. I ordered this magazine on 01/16/14 which was to be delivered between 90-120 days. I am now at 124 days. I have been try to reach this company for the last 30 days and have not ever had my call answered. I want to cancel this order and receive a refund for 72.00 cost of 3 years of [redacted] and 20.00 processing and handling.Desired Settlement: Give me a full refund for a subscription they have never delivered.
Review: Someone sold us outrageously priced magazines. The next day we called and mailed a copy of our receipt asking for a refund. They said we have three days to request a refund in writing. The salesperson who came to our door dated the receipt one day later. Even though we mailed the request the next morning, they never refunded our money and never sent us the crappy magazines. Furthermore, they don't ever answer the phone anymore and the answering machine states it cannot accept voicemail. Major Scam!!!Desired Settlement: We sent our $65 refunded now!!!
