We tried to accommodate [redacted] l, by letting her know that we can locate a vehicle to that one of her specificationsOur inventory website takes a certain amount of time to update, as myself, the Internet Sales Manager, wasn’t told that the vehicle had been sold during the dayIf it was , I would’ve e-mailed [redacted] to let her know that it was , and would’ve given her several other optionsWe also tried to solve this matter earlier, but again, the phone number we had for her was disconnectedIf she still is interested in the ***, we will still go out of her way, to locate one for her

I am rejecting this response because:
That response was an insult, I never mentioned to an associate that I would try to receive a 'free' third key And, I am sorry if your notes did not indicate a missing key, and perhaps as a rule Volkswagen typically put keys But, my car came from another dealer, one in NY I believe There was nearly miles on my car when I received it, even though it was sold to me as new I believe that using the system of VOLKSWAGON does this, or VOLKSWAGON does that, is a poor way to excuse a legitimate customer who did not receive everything that I paid for This car was in the hands of two different dealers, and traveled from Germany, I cannot prove that the second key was not in my package, however, I can say I notified the dealer the same day I took the car, and everyone sang the same song, the key is in the bag, the key is in the bag, I reach in the damn bag, and there is only one KEY!!!!!!I have posted the details of this matter all over Facebook, and shared it with over 5,local consumers who are my friend, and everyone who had any experience with VOLKSWAGEN of UNION say the same thing, it is the most vicious, and inconsiderate dealership in NJ How dare you say that I told someone I wanted a free key, that is just downright stupid Its hard to imagine that a business that deals in public trust would lie about a client who was dumb enough to spend 23,with them,I want MY KEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I prey that you change your ways, there is no way that your dealership will grow with abuse like that!!!!!!
