advised that they would

The $was for the down payment of the vehicle , not for a promise or a guarantee It is in the deal

Good Evening , In regards to *** ***'s key, every new vehicle comes with two keys, as did Mr***'sWe pulled the deal, and there were no notes or indication that he was missing a keyOne of the associates also stated that Mr*** also mentioned that he would try to obtain
a free third key If there was a second key needed, we would've had what is called a WE-OWE in the deal; there was no WE-OWE, as every new vehicle comes with two keys

I am rejecting this response because: I would never buy a car from them based on this experienceAs stated in my complaint days after I was told the car sold I had my husband inquire about it and he was told it was available and ready for a test driveAgain this was days after I was told it was soldFor some reason that piece of the complaint never gets addressed.?

We tried to? accommodate? [redacted]l, by letting her know that we can locate a vehicle to that one of her specificationsOur inventory website takes a certain amount of time to update, as myself, the Internet Sales Manager, wasn’t told that the vehicle had been sold during the dayIf it was , I would’ve e-mailed [redacted] to let her know that it was , and would’ve given her several other optionsWe also tried to solve this matter earlier, but again, the phone number we had for her was disconnectedIf she still is interested in the [redacted], we will still go out of her way, to locate one for her

[redacted] signed a credit application that we have here to try to get him a better rate on his credit than he was offered by [redacted]This e-mail is being copied to [redacted]

percent range they were offering me so I knew the finance manager and sales agent were lyingAnd the fact that I came in on the 22nd but most of the other inquires were done on the 23rd (the day I was not there) should be an indicator that something is not right
