unfortunately Mr [redacted] did go through a bad experienceWe at United Auto Movers could not help that the truck broke downOur driver from [redacted] did keep in touch with the customer and our officeThe [redacted] 's were kept abreast of the situation and did receive a discount from *** [redacted] I am not sure exactly how muchWe are not aware of what the [redacted] 's are looking for monetarily but we do not provide rental coverage if a carrier breaks downWe never want a customer to go through any hassle when moving their vehicle and we do our best if something like this does arise to keep in touch with the customer which we did in the [redacted] 's case

As a business owner customers came first in my company, because they pay my bills every month, I treat them with great respect, something you don't doSo please Mrs [redacted] *** with The Revdex.com, please keep a record of what that company is doing, cause I suspect that they are acting that way with more people than just me and if that happens again with someone else, just do your job and make them to pay for all the headache they do to the people being fulled to use their companyI also will try to let [redacted] and whatever else online reviews pages I can find to spread the word about those crooksI got my mom's money back from VISA, but the mistake was on their end and for the best of everyone was to just refund them and doneHave a nice holidays and watch that company closely pleaseThe case is closed nowBest Regards: [redacted]

Don't waste your time or money! Initially I was told it was $to transport my car from WV to NJ and I had a specific day I needed it done They assured me it would be done Joe called me and said he can't move it at that price and would be an extra $ At this point, I just needed my car I paid the extra money To make a long story short, they charged me $instead of $ I called and spoke to Lindsay and she said it would be taken care of weeks go by and I just happened to check to see if it was refunded and NO! I called again and I asked for Joe He was too busy for me and Lindsay said he would take care of it today! Bad business!

Every Carrier we use has Motor Cargo and Liability insurance We make it very clear to all our customers that you have to look over your car with the Driver and agree on everything that is marked on the inspection report before the car is picked up and when the car is delivered before signingAll claims will be denied where there is no proof of damaged marked on the inspection report and signed by the driver and customerDana Williams was not able to produce an inspection report that showed damage upon deliveryHer claim was denied

[redacted] placed an order with us to move her Chevy Silverado on 12/8/for a pick up on 12/we immediately started working on the order due to such short noticeWe booked a carrier [redacted] to pick up on 12/for $cheaper then we originally quoted for the moveWe called the customer informed them of the change and they accepted the contract as indicatedWe did not receive a cancellation until 12/the day the driver was going to pick up the vehicleAt that point we have a carrier who is charging us $for a late cancellation and we have a $cancellation policyThe customer is due a $refund

0in 15.2pt 40pt; background: transparent;">ID#*** We took Mr*** order on March 28,we had all of Mr*** s information and received the signed regarding his moveWe do not charge our fee on the credit card provided to us until the car has been dispatched to a carrierWe do guarantee a pickup or delivery date unless indicated by the customer prior to the vehicle being dispatched to a CarrierA guaranteed date normally comes with and extra feeMr*** never mentioned at anytime throughout the process that he needed the car delivered by the weekend of April 4, We would have dispatched it accordinglyWe would have kept working to get a truck that could accommodate himHe placed the order on Saturday March 28, The vehicle was available for pickup on Monday, March 30,Mr*** had purchased the vehicle at a *** an Auto Auction which are only open on WeekdaysOur first truck/carrier we dispatched to was *** *** ***, which was going to pick up his Non-running Jeep Cherokee on Monday, March 30thDelivering on April 1st or 2nd*** the driver called and cancelled on Tuesday stating that his route was cancelledWe then started working on getting another tuck to pick the vehicle upOn March 31, we got *** Transportation to pick the car upThe pickup date was going to be on Thursday April 2, and delivery was to be on Monday April 6-7, We left a message for Mr*** with the new trucking company and the new pickup and delivery datesIn the meantime our driver *** called and spoke to Mr*** to find out availability for delivery on Monday April 6, When *** called Mr*** again he stated that the pickup and delivery was not going to work and that he needed the vehicle by the weekend*** got me on the phone and I explained what happened with the first truck and that we had another truck dispatchedI mentioned to him that never told us that he needed the vehicle by the weekendHe stated that was not going to work and that he would call me backWhen he called back he said he had another company to move the vehicleAt the same time I was talking to Mr***, our Dispatch phone rang and the driver *** from *** Transportation called and said that another broker had dispatched the same move on *** *** and that he gave the order to him*** asked "who's order is it?" *** was on the phone with *** while I was on the phone with Mr*** and I told *** to ask *** when he would be picking the car up for the other broker- He said the same days I told youI cannot get there until Thursday April 2, and Deliver Monday April 6thI tried to explain this to Mr*** that it is the same driver that the other company dispatched his vehicle tooMr*** proceeded to call me a liar and wanted a refundHe was extremely rude and was yelling and cursing at meHe asked for a refund and I explained that his car was dispatched and accepted by our driverHe was never lied to and kept well informed from the very startWe had his vehicle dispatched and we worked very hard on his moveParagraph in the contract clearly stated $administrative fee will be charged for orders cancelled once a driver has been dispatched I will be attaching a copy of the signed contract and Dispatch Sheet

The company that I chose to pick up and transport an antique car is United Auto Movers in Beaver Falls, PAThey were to pick up my car in Dayton, Ohio in the middle of January while I was in Dayton and deliver it to CaliforniaI called United Auto Movers three days before the dispatch, cancelled the order and was told by Joe and Lindsay that my refund would be made as soon as I arrived back to Oakland when I give them a call upon my return homeA week later, upon my arrival, I attempted to contact United Auto Movers and no one would answer the telephone, or the answering machine or my emails requesting my refund of $Finally, after several days of calling, Joe… the owner answered and said that my refund was on his desk and would be in the mail by the end of that weekI assumed that all was o.kand waited until the following Friday and received no refund either by credit card or in the mailI attempted to call the company many times and left more email and even said that if this matter was not handled properly and efficiently that I would leave a bad feedback reviewSince I received to further communication from United Auto Movers, I called my credit card company who opened a disputeAlmost days passed and United Auto Movers claimed that I did not send in a written communication in spite of the telephone call that I madeThe second paragraph on the contract reads: "THIS CONTRACT CAN BE CANCELED AT ANYTIME WITH NO CANCELLATION FEE AS LONG AS A CARRIER HAS NOT BEEN ASSIGNED TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE." Easy to read - nothing more or lessHowever on paragraph and on the second page… the contract further reads: AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $PER CAR WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL ORDERS CANCELED WHERE A CARRIER HAS ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHEDA COMPANY CREDIT FOR $CAN BE ISSUED AND USED FOR FUTURE TRANSPORT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AFTER ISSUANCECANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT MUST BE DONE IN WRITING AND SENT TO THE OFFICE BY FAX, MAIL OR E-MAILMy bank and United Auto Movers bank agreed with my claim for a refund by telephone and I was issued my $back to my accountEven after I was told three times that my refund would be made and that it was on the desk waiting to be sent, I believe, I'm my opinion, this to be a dishonest way to keep my refundIf you are doing business with this company read each and every line and understand what you are signingI will not be doing business with United Auto Movers again… ***

after I left an online review about this business Joey called me and proceeded to curse me out So he has not only lied in his response to the Revdex.com he is now harassing me for filing a complaint. Everything he has said is a lieThe transport company has no cargo insurance(Per their liability insurance company *** *** * *** *** ***! If they do why will be not produce the company's name? I bought the car and it was in great conditionThe auto sales company where the car was located for pickup provided me with pictures as well as the owner* *** * Auto Sales had taken pictures of any damage they could find when they took the car in on consignmentThere were only scratches on the car and none were located on the front of the car. As for the bill of lading I noted on it at time of pickup the car was damagedOnce again Joey is lyingI will include a picture of the bill of lading. What needs to happen in this investigation is that Joey needs to release the insurance company information (if there is one) so that I can submit a claim myself. I watched the transporters back the car off of their truck and saw the car as it ripped the bottom valanceI know they damaged my carAll I want is to be compensated for the damage caused. I signed a contract with United Auto Movers and I expect the terms to be upheld.

I did not ask for my vehicle to be transported early, that was United Auto Movers ideaThere was no rush for transportationI was not advised of any cancellation fees by United Auto Movers, it was not stated in the contract which I could not read and I advised the company of that on 12/09/2015, it was also not stated when I called for refund Further I cancelled the contract on 12/10/and asked that charges be reversed My entire $should be refunded because the company did not do the job
