This customer contacted our company in a rude and ignorant manner, levying accusations that our company was operating in a fraudulent manner, saying that our advertising contained lies and falsehoods when in fact it does no such thingWe requested an explanation or proof of these baseless
accusations and the customer refusedAfter coming to the realization that they were 100% wrong in their assumptions they finally politely requested a refund for their error and we informed them that their request had been processed and a refund would arrive in the standard processing timeWhen you stick to reality and the facts things get done a lot smoother.IDNS Inc

We have never provided information to anyone concerning anything. This complaint is without specifics or even an attempt to provide proof of their claim, it is absolutely without merit. We request that this complaint be removed immediately as it has no basis in reality. Thank youConsumer

We do not bill anyone, nor are we in anyway pretending to be associated with ***Our advertisements clearly read: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the
web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name ServicesReview our prices and decide for yourselfYou are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offerThis notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." Perhaps this person should have read our letter before making accusations against us. IDNS Inc

This customer received our offer CLEARLY asking if they would like to transfer over to us for their renewal, it would appear through their own carelessness they did not bother to read our advertisement which clearly stated:"When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take
advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name ServicesReview our prices and decide for yourselfYou are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offerThis notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services."This customer contacted our customer service department and was incredibly rude and disrespectful to our representative who simply advised that if they made a mistake all they had to do was send an email requesting a refund and we would happily obligeThe email was received from the customer and a refund promptly issued back to their card yesterdayWe consider the matter closed and in the future advise the customer to beactually pay attention to what they are doin. There was no argument, we simply asked for you to provide some form of proof that we have acted fraudulently in any way shape or form and you could provide not a single shred or evidence or example of illegal or misleading behavior on our partYou did not give up arguing, you had lost the "argument" before it ever began. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Since we did NOT renew our domain name in late October as we don't have any records of this I would ask that they submit, from ***, the records that back up their allegationI find it laughable that they would print these up so far in advance before mailing themI would be happy to admit if I were in error on this but I cannot find any truth regarding our renewal date

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:IDNS has repeatedly contacted customers of our client and misrepresented information regarding IDNS' domain name renewal fees and the price charged for registration of domain names by our customer Our customer's fees for domain servies are as follows: year domain name registration is $ year domain name registration is $ year domain name registration is $ The attached communication (which has the customer information redacted) was sent by IDNS The highlighted information is and misleading because it states that the customer saves money by transferring their domain away from our client ($an d$respectively) As set forth above, our customer's pricing for domain name registration, is significantly less than what IDNS offers In fact, IDNS does not offer a "savings", but rather charges up to 25% more for its domain registration services. Moreover, as a direct result of communications by IDNS to our client's customers, there has been a considerable amount of confusion created In the event this matter remains unresolved, legal action will be taken against IDNS.Regards,

This customer contacted us with a belligerent and accusatory demeanor, she herself now admits in this complaint that she did not read our offer and made a mistakeWhen she contacted us we happily agreed to put a DO NOT PROCESS order on her payment so that when it was received it would merely be
voided and destroyedHowever she persisted with her accusations and negative attitude when all that was required from her was a simple polite requestThis complaint has no validity whatsoever as we have complied with her request and have not and will not charge her for services she does not want. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I sent an email, yet again on 10/7/2016, requesting contact information and a refund Will let Revdex.com know if I hear back from IDNS, and when I receive my refund I am sending email to the following email address that I obtained from the website: [email protected]
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same tactics used in email phishing scamsIn this case their legal team has obviously provided assistance on how to word the letter, but again, my complaint is (after receiving several myself) they mail out a notice that looks official and looks like something the domain owner should fill out and send payment forHow much do you want to bet a lot of them do this without realizing they are transferring registrars and paying a higher fee? That is my complaintYou can sugar coat it all you want -- you are sending out FAKE RENEWAL notices disguised as polite "oh please do business with us" letters that TRICK people.Shame, shame, shamePlease stop

We at IDNS do not send out any information, the offer we sent clearly stated the following: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the
time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name ServicesReview our prices and decide for yourselfYou are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offerThis notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." All our advertisements are prepared and printed months in advance and at the time the letter was printed this individual's name was expiring in May 2017, however since they appear to have renewed their name back in late Oct we do regret that when it arrived it was no longer reflective of the current expiry date of May For this we apologize but it was not done with any ill-intentWe wholly reject any and all accusations of fraud on our partIf this potential customer would like to be removed from the mailing list we would be happy to do so if they contact us. Consumer RelationsIDNS Inc

This customer contacted us with a horrific attitude, and was quite belligerent on the phoneRegardless we still provided him with the utmost customer services and his credit card was refunded the full amount on Feb 2nd 2016, therefore there is no issue and we find this complaint to be spurious at
best. IDNSCustomer Relations***

We have never tricked anyone into transferring to our company, our letters clearly state they offers to transfer to us: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the
web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name ServicesReview our prices and decide for yourselfYou are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offerThis notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." Notice they explicitly state "Review our prices and decide for yourself." This complaint is merely the angry rantings of a competitior trying to slander another businessThey should be ashamed of themselves. IDNS Inc

The advertisement we send out is not misleading in anyway whatsoever, this is exactly what it says: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the
time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name ServicesReview our prices and decide for yourselfYou are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offerThis notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." Furthermore it was this customer who contacted us with an aggressive and belligerent attitude, slinging all sorts of accusations and insults, we did in fact demand an apology from her for her poor attitude, she chose to hang up the phone insteadWhen she is ready to contact us and politely request a refund without all the dramatics we are happy to issue one for her. IDNS INC

Our advertisement makes no such claims whatsoever, the expiry date listed on the letter is accurate and the letter clearly offers the consumer to choice to transfer to our company for their renewal, this is the direct text from our solicitation: "When you switch today to Internet Domain
Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name ServicesReview our prices and decide for yourselfYou are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offerThis notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." Therefore this complaint is entirely invalid. IDNS IncConsumer Relations

Since this complaint contains no specific details we cannot comment on the nature of the transaction. However we offer a full refund policy, this customer simply needs to actually contact us. IDNS Inc

This customer has been refunded, there is nothing else we can offer them. They have a poor attitude and seem to want to harass our company for no reason. Some people are just beyond helping.

Our letters clearly state the following: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name Services. Review our prices and decide for yourself. You are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offer. This notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." We have never misrepresented ourselves at any point. This is merely a competitor who is attempting to use the Revdex.com to smear the reputation of any competition the may encounter. It is a preposterous complaint founded in pure fantasy. We consider this matter closed. IDNS Inc
