We are happy to issue a refund, however we do request that people be polite and not abuse our customer service representatives just as this woman did. Hurling insults and levying baseless accusations. When she is prepared to contact us in a polite and civil manner we will most happily issue a refund...

for her order. IDNS Inc.

The advertisement we sent clearly states it is an offer to transfer to us, it is not misleading in anyway, this is exactly what it says: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive...

rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name Services. Review our prices and decide for yourself. You are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offer. This notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." Furthermore it was this customer who contacted our company with a poor attitude, choosing to make false accusations and refusing to listen to reason of any sort. When they wish to contact us and politely request a refund we are more than happy to do so. IDNS INC

This customer's credit card was refunded on Feb 2nd, there is no disputing this fact. We are unsure about what other issues this customer may be having with perhaps another company, maybe they are confused. Regardless we have returned their fee and our business with them has concluded. Any further false accusations and complaints will be viewed as harassment and dealt with accordingly.

The whois record clearly indicates that this domain in question was clearly updated back in Oct 2016 for 2 years.

At IDNS we offer a full refund policy, this customer called with a belligerent and abusive attitude when first contacting our company, she would not comply with the simple refund procedure of providing her name and confirming the check number. She became argumentative for no reason  and...

ultimately disconnected the call herself. Upon calling back she changed her tone completely when speaking to the new representative and so of course we will happily issue a refund for the payment she made in error. Customer Relations[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  our domain name is not expiring

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
It's too bad that a business with a 100% negativity rating on Revdex.com website gets to defend it's poor customer service with no recourse.  How many complaints does there need to be?  I have never complained to Revdex.com before.  I regret doing it, because now falsehoods have been spread regarding my reputation as a consumer that are untrue and there seems to be no recourse for that either.

This individual was never sent an invoice from our company, they received an offer to transfer to us for their domain renewal, the letter CLEARLY said:"When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain...

This customer contacted us and was entirely rude and inappropriate, insulting our customer service representative who was simply trying to help them rectify THEIR error. We offer full refunds, and as advised on the phone the customer must email us in writing in order to request a refund.  IDNS...

This customer was not scammed in any way, they received our offer to transfer to us which clearly stated:"When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the...

As this complainant fully admits, they received an offer from our company asking if they would like to switch to our company for their domain renewal, they state "they did not pay attention" to what they were doing, so please then explain how they go on to call us a "mail fraud"? Our offer clearly...

Complaint: [redacted]That's not quite the way it went down, but ok. When I refused to argue further, S/He mistook it for acquiescing to his/her belligerence.  I would agree to accept the response when we receive funds as I was told anywhere from 3-5 weeks.

Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] seems terribly confused about what she received from us. Our solicitation is in no way a "scam" of any sort. It is an offer from our company, clearly stating that consumers have the option of renewing their domains with any registrar they'd like and asking if they are...

interested in transferring over to our company for their domain renewal. The letter is quite self explanatory as it reads:"When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name Services. Review our prices and decide for yourself. You are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offer. This notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services."We therefore feel this complaint was filed erroneously and contains blatantly false information. Customer RelationsIDNS Inc [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for the refund. Unfortunately the response about the rudeness and attitude is in correct. When I was questioning the business practices of the company I was confronted with a very rude customer service person who began to become irate. After the phone call I began to research the internet about this business and I see multiple people having the same issues I was confronted with. due to the findings of many victims on line I decided to contact the Revdex.com. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This customer contacted us with a rude and disrespectful attitude, would not let our customer service representative speak, kept cutting him off and being incredibly ignorant. Please try calling our company with a better attitude and a willingness to listen in the future. IDNS Inc

What this person received from our company was an offer clearly asking if they were interested in transferring to us for their domain renewal. This is exactly what the letter stated: "When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage of our best savings" "You must...

renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name Services. Review our prices and decide for yourself. You are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offer. This notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services." This customer called about their order and when the transfer process was explained to them they became belligerent and abusive and began making false accusations that we are somehow fraudulent or a "scam" which is completely without any basis whatsoever. When this individual is ready to have a polite conversation they are welcome to contact us again and respectfully request a refund for their error. IDNS Inc

What we have sent is a solicitation clearly asking domain owners if they are interested in renewing their domain services with our company by transferring over to us for the renewal. The letter clearly states the following:"When you switch today to Internet Domain Name Services you can take advantage...

of our best savings" "You must renew your domain name to obtain exclusive rights to it on the web, and now is the time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar to Internet Domain Name Services." "Domain holders are not obligated to renew their domain with their current registrar or with Internet Domain Name Services. Review our prices and decide for yourself. You are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offer. This notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Internet Domain Name Services."This clustomer made a mistake and we are happy to iseu him a refund, refunds take 3 to 5 weeks to be processed, he called us less than 3 weeks after he requested his refund and we told him that his refund is scheduled to be processed within the time frame stated. No one hung up on him, therefore we find his accusations spurious and fradulent. Customer Relations[redacted]

We are not a scam, we send out offers to transfer to us, if this customer paid us in 2016 and hasn't ye completed the transfer they still have a 5 year credit with us and they can proceed with a renewal with our company at any time.If they would like a refund all they must do is simply contact us as...

we have a full refund policy on any in-transferred domains.Thank you IDNS INC.
