United Debt Holdings, LLC is a passive debt buyer and does not directly collect on any accounts. Your account was sold to *** *** *** in July of and they are no longer in business so we are unable to track the debt beyond that. I would recommend that if you have your

NATURE OF COMPLAINT
I was never contacted by this company about a debtThey sold my information to someone and now I keep getting harassing calls from the company
I was contacted by a company called *** *** and *** saying that I owed $They said I originally owed $but interest made it $They would settle for $I told the lady then that I did not work so I would have to ty to figure out how I could get the funds and I would contact the company they say I owedShe then told me she would send my file to legal and they would see me in court and hung up on meSince then they contacted me a few weeks later saying I owed $I told her my situation had not changed and she told me I gave her stall tactics and she was just gonna send my file up because she doesn't have time to play games with me and hung up on meThey keep calling my family's house leaving messages and harassing them as wellMy problem with United Debt is that they never contacted me yet they sold my information and this company keeps harassing meI need to get this resolved as soon as possible before I file a lawsuit
DESIRED RESOLUTION
I would like to clear this up and know what is really going onWhomever these people are need to stop harassing me and my family and I will try to work something outThe harassment and legal talk needs to end before I file harassment suit against both

I am rejecting this response because:I have talked with *** *** And they told me that to get this resolved I needed to contact United Debt Holding since they were the ones that held the original acctThe biggest issue I have is we stopped going to the gym because they told us we no longer had a membership or account after we paid off the one in So now you guys haven't said anything about a debt until now when we no longer have access to the gym since our membership would be over months nowSo in other words you guys are collecting on a service we never received because we were told we no longer had a membership.
