reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The missed and late papers continue. Late every day.I never received a call or resolution about the credits for missed and late papers.In addition, I paid my bill in full on March 23 and received a bill last week.  I called customer service and was told my account was never credited and they were "looking into it".

Since 2012 subscription accounts remain active so subscribers are able to access digital content even when their print product is placed on temporary hold. As mentioned in the complaint, and shown on the attached document, this is clearly stated prior to submitting...

a temporary hold through the self service portal online. This information is also listed one every renewal invoice or sales piece since 2012. If you wish to permanently stop your account at any time, and then restart it at a later, you must call our customer care department. Any cancellation must be done through a live agent and can not be handled through the self service portal.  I understand this policy change was somehow overlooked and the customer care agent gave a one time credit of 2 weeks. I'll be happy to apply credit of 2 additional weeks. Your previous expiration date was 11/15/2015, your new date is 11/29/2015.Thank you,

Review: United Oil Marlboro Lights Cigarettes have been consistently bad for the last two years I've been going to this location on Mission Ave, Escondido, CA. I first a year ago I got fed up and tried to contact Marlboro directly and found out the packs are not more than a month old and the quality issue is on United Oil's end. I then contacted United Oil directly 6 months ago to complain about the way the cigarettes are being stored inside this little glass booth exposed directly to the bright hot sun every day. The heat is drying out the product and leaching toxic chemicals from the plastic packaging into the cigarettes making them have a strange odor and a taste that is horrible and dry and a consistency of smoke that is displeasing and unlike the Marlboro lights bought at any other store. I have gone back to see if they have fixed this issue many times and every time the cigarettes are terrible but when I purchase cigarettes from any other store, they are great in comparison to these damaged cigarettes from United Oil. I have a friend that gets another brand that they keep way down by the floor that doesn't have this sunlight/heat exposure problem. It's also because United Oil doesn't buy as many packs of this brand at once so they are not sitting in the little greenhouse for too long before they are purchased by consumers. This has been a thorn in my side for too long which is what brought me here to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I can't stand getting this bad product and I want to make sure nobody else is getting ripped off in the future with these toxic and foul cigarettes. You may say cigarettes are bad for you anyways but a smoker knows his brand and knows when there is something wrong with the product and the freshness that they are used to. Despite the fact that I brought this to United Oil's management at the store and the headquarters on the phone, they did not attempt to fix the problem and continue storing the cigarettes the same way and purchasing in bulk so they sit baking in the sun.Desired Settlement: I want United Oil to be forced to store their product in a cool dry shaded place. The people that built these united oil stores in Escondido, built them so that the stores are positioned directly facing the morning/afternoon sun. If you look around at other stores that had better planning, they face their windows to the north or south to avoid sun damage to their products. They also do not place the product directly up against a hot window exposed to the direct sunlight all day like United Oil.

I recently was forwarded a complaint that was submitted to the San Diego Revdex.com on 07/01/13 1:28:31 pm, it was assigned an ID # of [redacted]. I spoke to the station manager and supervisor regarding the customers allegations about our product and they mentioned to me that they haven’t received any complaints. Our station manager orders cigarettes weekly and the Marlboro brand is the best selling, which means they sell out by the time that they receive the new product. Also, the employees always have the air conditioner on inside the booth, where the cigarette cartons are kept, especially during summer time. We don’t believe that this is a valid claim, however, we did install a curtain on the booth window to keep the sun heat out. I called the customer and left a voicemail, I will wait for his response and explain everything aforementioned. United Oil gas stations in Escondido, (there are two, one on Mission Ave and one on Escondido Blvd) sell defective cigarettes. They store all their cigarettes improperly exposed to the sun. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com before about this same issue about a year ago but these stores are still selling bad cigarettes to consumers.

I would like United Oil gas stations to stop storing their cigarettes inside little glass booths exposed to the sun that ruins the quality of the cigarettes. They should not be storing their cigarettes so they are exposed to the sun or inside tiny rooms with windows exposed to the sun. It is ruining their product and harmful to the consumers.
