The company sends out emails to individuals to participate in surveys. I complete several surveys and have not gotten honorarium for two out of 5 surveys. I called multiple time and emailed Pat Staurt without any reply. SCAM. DO NOT PARTICIPATE

Review: I have received excessive calls from this organization from various phone numbers. I have inquired about being placed on a do not call list and the gentleman told me they did not have to legally put me me on the do not call list because they weren't selling anything. He said they were just conducting a survey and they will keep calling me until I participate.

I find this a form of harassment. They are saying they will only stop bothering me if I do as they say. Please help advise me on how to take action to have them stop calling me. I find this extremely inappropriate.Desired Settlement: I would like this organization to stop contacting me and I would also recommend the Revdex.com look into their Do Not Call policies and procedures.

Thanks Revdex.com!

Review: PLEASE NOTIFY THIS CO. TO TAKE US OFF THEIR CALL LIST, PLEASE. WE ARE SENIORS & FEEL THIS IS SENIOR HARASSMENT. WE TRIED DOING THIS ON UNIVERSAL'S WEBSITE BUT THEY HAVE USED A TRICK OF WHEN YOU "ENTER" THE REQUEST BY NOTING TO ENTER YOUR PHONE# ONLY ONCE (TRICK IS YOU DON'T REALIZE YOU HAVE ENTERED IT ALREADY BUT SITE SHOWS ANOTHER "ENTER' LINK THAT WE HIT!) THE AMT. OF COMPLAINTS LISTED ON [redacted] IS UNBELIEVABLE WHILE UNIVERSAL CONTINUES TO DO BUSINESS AS USUAL.

ALSO YOUR Revdex.com SITE SHOULD INCLUDE A DO NOT CALL LINK IN YOUR "PRIMARY NATURE OF YOUR COMPLAINT " LIST.Desired Settlement: REMOVAL OF OUR PHONE # [redacted]

Review: The Company called a Mobile Phone Number. When I returned the call I did not receive any further contact information to lodge a complaint. Even though the company's message indicates it does "not sell" it is listed as a telemarketing service on the New York Revdex.com website. Believe the company calling a cell phone is illegal.Desired Settlement: I believe the company does not have a legal right to call a Mobile Phone Number without reimbursing the end user of the cost of the call.

Review: They keep calling every day and have been for some time! I have requested they stop calling each time. They continue and this evening when I asked to talk with a supervisor. they hung up on me. I just want them to stop calling me.Desired Settlement: I'll file a complaint with the State of NY district attorney office if I have too

Review: I completed a survey recently for Opinionsite for which payment of $75 was promised. I have not been paid. I can't gain access to the website because my password reset emails are not being replied to. None of my emails regarding my payment or my access to the website are being responded to.Desired Settlement: 1. $75 cash payment.

2. Reset password email sent to my email address.

Review: The Universal Survey Center has called my home phone number numerous times over the last two weeks. They always get my answering machine. Several times they the center caller doesn't even realize the machine has come on and say "Hello????", wait several seconds and then finally hang up. About 4 days again, a woman didn't realize the machine had picked up while she was having a conversation with her coworker. She used very inappropriate language while talking to him and the message on my machine went on for over 4 minutes before she finally hung up on her end. I have added my phone number to the do not call list, but today, there were FOUR messages left on my machine in a 7 hour period with each call every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This is getting ridiculous. I try to call the phone numbers back and you can't talk to anyone or leave a message. The company's website only offers to have your number removed, but not way to leave a comment or concern. I actually hope I am home one day when they call so I can tell them how ridiculous this is.Desired Settlement: I just want my number removed and the multiple calls to stop. It's just ridiculous.

Review: I received a call at 11 pm on July [redacted] asking me to answer a few questions. On what planet is it ok to call someone unsolicited at 11 at night to ask random questions?Desired Settlement: Remove my number from your list and never contact me again.

Review: This number started calling me a few days ago and they won't stop. I was instructed that the only way to be removed from their calling list was to fill out their survey. This is a clear cut example of blackmail and don't tell me this is a fair trade of goods because I don't want whatever they are offering. One time, I told the guy that called me that I was 16 years old. He asked if there was an adult around and I said "No." I asked to be removed from the calling list on the ground that he was harassing a minor. His response, "We can't do that until you fill out the survey". At this point, I figured I would just stop ignoring the calls until last night happened. The same guy calls me around 9:30 at night on a holiday. I'm already asleep and wake up to the same annoying voice of [redacted]. asking, "Hi, if we could have just five minutes of your time". Most survey companies just reply, "I'm sorry for wasting your time, we'll take you off the list"... Not Universal Survey. Apparently they have a magic operating machine that does not allow them to remove you without giving up information.Desired Settlement: To have my phone number removed from their system and to know how they got my phone number because my number is rarely used online.

Thank you,

Review: I have been receiving excessive daily phone calls from ###-###-####. I receive a minimum of three phone calls a day. I have answered three times on three separate days. Each time I answered I asked that the "survey" company remove me from their call list (distribution list). The represenative apologized and then hung up. Obviously, I was never removed from their call list and continue to receive at least three, sometimes more, calls a day from that phone number. It has esscalated to harassment. I have received calls after 9pm at least twice and once was on a Sunday.Desired Settlement: To remove me from their calling list and stop calling me.
