Review: These people call several times a day at all hours and will not stop. The DO Not Call list does not help as they are "conducting a survey" and not selling anything. I have asked them to take me off the call list to no avail. They said they would and they are very annoying, I am ill and requested even screamed at them to not call me.Desired Settlement: To take my number off their calling list. and never call me again. that's all I am asking.

Review: Universal Surveys has called my home 6 times in the past 5 days from the number ###-###-####. I have asked them each time to remove me from the list and the first 2 said they would but they continue to call me daily. I even went online May * to their own website and added my number (###-###-####) to their do not call list but they continue to call me. They have called me on April ** at 8:10 pm, April ** at 8:10 pm, April ** at 5:40 pm, May * at 5:40 pm and again at 8:30 pm, and today, May * at 6:13 pm. The male who called me at 5:40 on May * was the worst of them all. He refused to listen to me when I asked him to please remove this number and that I have asked for it to be removed multiple times now. He kept saying that it was just a survey and became very aggressive on the phone. I finally just spoke over him and said, "Thank you so much for respecting my right in being removed from your list and have a nice evening." and then I hung up. I went online, removed my number from their site, then a female called me again at 8:39 that evening and hung up on me when I answered. They keep saying they can call me anytime as they do not have to follow the Do Not Call List as they are just asking survey questions. They are harassing my family and I would like them to finally respect my wishes and remove my phone number.Desired Settlement: I would like an apologetic email from the CEO and owner of the company for their poor business practices as well as being removed for good from their call list.
