Review: I am receiving phone calls from this company daily. I have gone on their website and have entered my phone number to be removed and I am still receiving phone calls at all hours of the day including weekends. I have also asked the person on the the phone to remove my number and quit calling. I do not want to take a survey. I do not give out information over the phone. Quit calling me!Desired Settlement: To never get phone calls from this company

Review: Universal Surveys has called my home 6 times in the past 5 days from the number ###-###-####. I have asked them each time to remove me from the list and the first 2 said they would but they continue to call me daily. I even went online May * to their own website and added my number (###-###-####) to their do not call list but they continue to call me. They have called me on April ** at 8:10 pm, April ** at 8:10 pm, April ** at 5:40 pm, May * at 5:40 pm and again at 8:30 pm, and today, May * at 6:13 pm. The male who called me at 5:40 on May * was the worst of them all. He refused to listen to me when I asked him to please remove this number and that I have asked for it to be removed multiple times now. He kept saying that it was just a survey and became very aggressive on the phone. I finally just spoke over him and said, "Thank you so much for respecting my right in being removed from your list and have a nice evening." and then I hung up. I went online, removed my number from their site, then a female called me again at 8:39 that evening and hung up on me when I answered. They keep saying they can call me anytime as they do not have to follow the Do Not Call List as they are just asking survey questions. They are harassing my family and I would like them to finally respect my wishes and remove my phone number.Desired Settlement: I would like an apologetic email from the CEO and owner of the company for their poor business practices as well as being removed for good from their call list.
