Worst service I have experienced received package from overseas which had custom charges there's no way to find out what the custom charges are how to pay them in the dance or that you have to pay them with a check or money order

I ordered a item online very important and ask for days delivery from sellerI got UPS app on my phone and was saying that my package was supposed be delivery Thursday between 03:-7:PMThey came 11:AM and obviously nobody was homeThursday night I went online to pay $for hours window delivery to make sure I was going to receive my packageWell, they came around same time as day before, between 11:- 1:pmI came home 3:pm and wait until 6:pm, call UPS and they told me that they miss me again because they came 5:pm and nobody was homeTotally not trueI was waiting and no delivery cameI'm totally disappointed with thatUntil today I thought UPS was a serious company

was to review this situation with my Service Provider who initially misdelivered this package.  Also to follow up with my personnel in the office.  I believe it was a new person that is being trained as my normal office supervisor unfortunately went out on disability on the 15th.  So I appreciated the knowledge this has given me so I can use it as a training/coaching opportunity. I finished my call with Heather asking her “how can I make this right?”.   She is very kind, and simply asked for the follow-up that I committed to doing.  She stated she doesn’t want anyone to have to experience what she did.  I gave her my word that I would.  [redacted]

Absolutely horrendous on all front. Drivers are disrespectful. 'Supervisors" are incompetent and talk over you and blame you for their faults. Packages never come on time. Packages come AFTER 8PM at night. Company as a whole refuses to resolve issues. Will hold your packages hostage for days on end and say it was "Mis-sorted". NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Review: I waited all day on the day the shipment was "on truck for delivery" and no truck showed up no note was left and yet an "attempted delivery" was made which isn't possible if the truck never even showed up. UPS has an on-time guarantee and I expect a refund for a service I didn't receive.

Review: I've had several issues and complaints with [redacted] he is a supervisor who's holding my packages with a sub driver who has horrible customer service totally dis reguarding my health issues with my arm that I had surgery on. I want my packages delivered I can't drive because of my arm issue and I'm running a business not to have this drama.Desired Settlement: I want my orders delivered as they are supposed to period.

Review: On a regular basis, packages through this facility are not delivered.I've lived at this apt. complex for 4 years and regularly, UPS deliveries fail to arrive.The bar code on the packages are scanned at delivery site but then not brought into the apt. office. I am missing 5, count them 5 packages of 7 in the last 3 weeks !!!This is theft. Over $400 in product is missing.Even if the company has the products I have ordered, in the end the customers are charged extra to cover this level of theft.I understand there is a neighborhood that believes UPS packages are being stolen off their stoop when I firmly believe, UPS employees are actively stealing packages, by scanning in the box at the delivery location then not removing the boxes from the truck.This has been happening for years at my apt complex. They scan in 25 boxes and only bring in 20. They say they say they've brought in 20 boxes, the office personnel count 20. So all appears fine. The problem is 25 packages were scanned.There are occasions when the product has been sold out and is never stocked again.The inconvenience and problems with the charges with the company and my credit cards is beyond what I can convey.Orders transferred to Sure Post to be delivered through postal service have arrived fine.Desired Settlement: I would like prosecution to occur.I want the thieves fired.I want ALL my future shipments to be delivered successfully.If the companies can and will replace the items, I will accept them, and I want UPS to reimburse these companies.If the companies cannot replace the items, I want to be personally reimbursed.

Review: For the last two days I have sat in my house awaiting a package delivery from UPS. I have left my front door open because I did not want to miss the package. Both days I periodically stepped outside to check, and both days late in the afternoon I found an attempted delivery notice. Both days I was downstairs on the level of this entrance and the door was open. Whoever delivered never bothered to knock or try to contact me. They just left the notice on the FLOOR OF THE PORCH. They didn't even bother to attach it to the OPEN DOOR. This follows other delivery fails for other deliveries including leaving packages by the garage and not on the porch where packages are supposed to be delivered. I called UPS to complain and try to get this package delivered but I didn't get a resolution. I don't know what to do since apparently BEING HOME is not enough and the distribution center is inconvenient for me to get to. UPS apparently doesn't have any formal compliant resolution for delivery problems such as this. All I want is my package delivered, and after wasting two full days in the house waiting for them to deliver, I feel they should make an effort to get me this package AT MY CONVENIENCE.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY PACKAGE DELIVERED AT A SPECIFIC TIME WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR ME AND I WAN THE PERSON DELIVERING TO ACTUALLY MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME WHILE I AM IN THE HOUSE.

Review: One of my client tried to send me keys to her home last week overnight via [redacted], she lives 30 mins away. I received a notice on Thursday on my front door, signed and left it downstairs in the lobby the same day. Following day I got another notice with no attempt to get the package delivered even though I was home with my kids. Called [redacted] to have them redeliver the same day, they promised it will be here Friday by 9 pm. I left additional note for delivery person to leave package in lobby or by front dor. He never came back. Now my biggest issue is that I need these keys on Monday, there is no weekend delivery or even pick up for this location. We live in the Tri-State area with millions of businesses in ** and **, how is it possible that I can not get a package on a weekend? What if I work on the weekdays? They did not provide any solutions or help just the standard third day attempt. If I lose my client and her business over this nonsense there will be bigger consequences. All I needed was a guarantee that this can be here Monday morning to so I can get into her home, she is leaving today. Needless to say I will never, ever use [redacted] for any of my shipping needs and will strongly suggest my friends, family and online community to do the same. I do not live in a rural area where we don't see people for weeks and you have to drive hours to a supermarket. The [redacted] area should be considered a bit more when it comes to improving your business and it's locations and hours. This was truly an [redacted]etting experience!!

Review: The UPS store in [redacted] has refused to deliver packages to my place of residence as of March of this year. Before this, I received my deliveries without incident. When I inquire as to why my packages are being held for pickup and I never requested that service, they keep giving me different reasons. First they say its because I did not specify what floor I live on. I informed them that my place of residence is a single family home. Another time they told me the previous resident requested packages to be held for pickup. When I asked them to change that as I want my packages delivered to my home, they informed me that there is nothing I can do to change that previous home owner's request. Another time when they refuse to deliver my packages and I contacted them, I was informed that my home was red flagged. I asked why and what that means and they could not provide an answer. I asked to speak to a Supervisor or someone in charge and they told me they had to send an email about the issue to the supervisor, and that he would give me call back about the issue. Still haven't received that return call. Another time I was told that my packages are held because of reported thefts and missing packages in my area, and no one in that area is to be receiving any delivery, yet I see them on my street delivering to my neighbors on a regular basis. When I asked about that I was told that those packages being delivered must have slipped through the system. This just tells me they are not running an organized business, how can deliveries that are not to be made slip through the system? I think they are just finding excuses not to do the job they are paid to do. Its an inconvenience for me not to get my packages delivered. I pay for my shipping and handling services and I am NOT getting that service. Then there is gas that I have to use to get to their facility, to pick up a package that I payed to get delivered to my home.This is just ridiculous, unethical and unprofessional on UPS part.Desired Settlement: To have my packages delivered to my home address, and not held at their facility.
