I would like to begin by thanking the BB for their assistance in trying to resolve this matter as previous attempts to resolve the issue with Mrs. [redacted] directly have been unsuccessful. 

During the time when Mrs. [redacted] received services to maintain and repair her existing a/c unit she...

purchased a 5 year maintenance agreement from U.S. Air Solutions. The cost for the services rendered was waived due to the signing of the maintenance plan agreement. 

The maintenance agreement that Mrs. [redacted] purchased includes 24 hour emergency service. Mrs. [redacted] called our office on 7/4/14 at 8:15am. Her call was first returned at 9:15am that same day, during which it was stated that the technician in Prescott was able to go to Mrs. [redacted]'s place of residence in order to perform the required services. However there was no answer to either the first call or the subsequent calls thereafter, and several voice messages were left. Mrs. [redacted] returned our call later that evening, however our technician was no longer available to attend to the call due to the fact that it was a national holiday, however he was able to go to the residence the following morning. The technician called Mrs. [redacted] at 9:15am on 7/5/14 to confirm her availability for a 9:30am service appointment at which time Mrs. [redacted] informed the technician that she had contacted another company and they were on their way to replace her unit.

We understand that not having a fully functional a/c unit on these hot summer days is unbearable which is why we did everything we possibly could to rectify the situation as best and quickly as possible, given the incident occurred on a national holiday. Despite our attempts the client contacted a different company and had her unit replaced limiting our ability to resolve the issue.

U.S. Air Solutions is happy to refund Mrs. [redacted] in full for the maintenance agreement, however the services that were performed at the time of the maintenance agreement agreement will have to be billed to Mrs. [redacted]. These services are listed below:1. Outdoor/Indoor Coil Cleaning - $299.002. Capacitor Replacement - $199.003. Labor (1.5 hours) - $90.004. Full Service Tune-up - $29.99For a total of $617.99

I have previously tried to explain to Mrs. [redacted] that these services were given to her free of charge due to her purchase of the maintenance plan, and if the maintenance plan is cancelled then we will need to charge the services rendered to Mrs. [redacted]'s account. Due to the partial responsibility we feel in this matter, we have offered Mrs. [redacted] a refund of $400.00, and are willing to honor the maintenance plan, and would like to mention again that the only reason we had difficulty communicating with and dispatching a technician immediately is due to the issue occurring on a national holiday. 

We hope that by refunding $400.00, which is the difference between the services rendered and the maintenance agreement, and by honoring the maintenance plan agreement that we can resolve this issue.

These people scam you!!! They sell you a coupon on groupon and they come to your house, and find all these problems and up sell you!!! Then they say they don't want to take the groupon coupon because it wouldn't be worth doing because they are not cleaning there whole system!!! They were not professional. They looked like they ex prison cons with a vacuum! Call a real company that has a long standing reputation. Stay away!!!!!!! Run!!!!!!!

I was very impressed with my experiance with us air soulutions. From the very first phone call all the way to the end result. I would reccomend this company to everyone I know, and will defianately call them next time.

I purchased two vouchers for service from this company both times my technician magically was on medical leave two days prior to my appointment. Apparently no other technicians are available nor will the company flex to rectify their own mistake. One woman called me to reschedule which I did, and got a no show for my appointment. My first voucher then expired. Stupid me I bought another one. Same situation except when they called to reschedule, my appointment was made for two days after the original appointment. No problem there. I receive an identical call next day and said they made a scheduling error and that my appointment wouldn't be for two more weeks. Why a company wouldn't flex to fix their own error I'm not sure. Extremely displeased and cancelled my voucher on amazon. I would highly recommend paying another provider much more than to save money for the run around and absolute lack of customer service. Do not use us air solutions.

I've purchased a Coupon thru Amazonlocal.com ( $39 dollars ) for a"FULL HVAC SYSTEM AIR DUCT CLEANING WITH DRYER VENT CLEANING OR A/C UNIT CHECK UP AND 20-POINT FURNACE INSPECTION". Technician called to confirmed that was 30 minutes late, after confirming our appointment 4 days before. He came in and, pretty much like other cases, he started looking for excuses not to perform the job, but his "Best Excuse" was saying that Amazonlocal.com "Made a BIG MISTAKE advertising the wrong services on the coupons... I've asked how come this company can dictates what services and price/s will be including on the coupon, without the approval and consent of US AIR SOLUTIONS but he did not have any response to my question....

Bottom line, he wanted to offer me a "DISCOUNT" on the $700+ service in order to cover what the coupon was for ... TOTALLY Misleading advertising: bait and switch: This is a scam to get the customer to buy their 4-year service and or other products. Called Customer Service and was told that a Supervisor will call me regarding this experience......

I agreed to have US Air Solutions come to perform an "in home tune-up" on our 2 central A/C Units (3-ton, Trane XL)following a marketing call. We had recently had another company inspect our units and ducts as part of an energy audit that was subsidized by APS (performed by an APS certified provider). The result of the energy audit showed that our aging A/C units were fully functional but our ducts on the unit that cooled the southern portion of the house had a leak (~7% loss vs. ~1% loss for the ducts on the other unit). When a rep from US Air solutions cold-called our house to pitch the $25 tune up special, I informed them we had very recently had the system inspected and the only reported problem was the leaky ducts. But I agreed to have them come out because of the $25 special. At the time, what was covered for the $25 was not entirely clear, and I was lead to believe that the duct sealing was included for the $25. That turned out to not be the case, however.
Overall, the experience was a positive one. The two technicians that arrived, [redacted] and [redacted], were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. They were clad in matching uniforms and their service vehicle looked newer and clearly identified the company name and ROC number. I believe that one of the technicians was new/ in-training ([redacted]) but [redacted] was very knowledgeable and offered thorough explanations for the variety of questions I had. Following inspection of our two units, including interior coils and ducts for both systems, [redacted] confirmed the presence of a leak on the duct servicing the master bed/ bath/ closet. Other issues identified were dirty condenser coils and a failing kick-start unit. [redacted] presented a service agreement that US Air Solutions offers that was good for 5 years (cost $1600) that covered regular maintenance visits and simple repair of system components, as well as discounts on parts in labor for bigger fixes. The $1600 was able to be financed for 25 months at 0% interest.
We declined to purchase the service agreement but were very tempted and the technicians were very patient as we weighed the decision to purchase the service agreement. In the end it came down to the expense of the plan. Had we signed up for the service agreement, all the discovered issues would have been covered and subsequently remedied for no additional out of pocket expense. As it were, the only service we had them perform was sealing of the leaky ducts as I decided I could clean the coils and replace the kickstart unit myself. However, we are very pleased with the service and professionalism exhibited by [redacted] and [redacted].
This experience with US Air Solutions was a positive experience and I will not hesitate to have them come again to inspect, repair, or maintain our HVAC system when needed or when additional inspection/ maintenance is warranted. Additionally, I would recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

Happy Customer. My appt time was from 12-2pm. They got to my home at 12:15pm cleaned my vents. Both gentlemen were pleasant and efficient.

Review: I used a $49.00 Groupon to have our air ducts cleaned on 5/31/14 and they upsold us (to the tune of #1682.72 to have our ducts sealed. We were told that there was mold and this needed to be done. There is nothing in the paperwork that indicates duct sealing. An appointment was set for 6/3/14 to complete the job. As of today, Friday, 6/5/14, they have not shown up.I have tried to phone, and get a message that the [redacted] customer's phone is unavailable or outside of the area. After reading the complaints from other customers, I am led to believe that this is a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $1633.72 for the work that was promised and not performed.

Review: I paid for a duct cleaning service. When the technician arrived at my home, he wanted to up sell me to a much more expensive service. Only my wife was home at the time and we told them we needed time to think it over as it was a substantial bill. The technician then left my house but failed to reattach the air intake panel to my unit which is located in the attic. This caused 110°+ air to be pulled into my air conditioner for about a week. This, in turn, froze the coils. I had to call a different service out to fix my a/c twice, once to troubleshoot the frozen coils then again to replace some components because of the first issue. I have contacted the company many times for them to resolve the issue. I have been delayed by them numerous times by getting excuses including, "I am going to a wedding.", "I will have a supervisor call you." with no replies. The original duct cleaning service was supposed to happen on 6/12/14. It is now 7/23/14 and my patience has worn thin. They tried to write me off by sending me a refund for the original service without discussing it with me, but I am out much more money than that.Desired Settlement: I just want all of my money back. I have already received one refund check for the original duct cleaning service but I want them to pay for the subsequent service calls and the extra $100 higher that my cooling bill cost me that month.

I am still out much more money than just this $60.

my A/C ran for about a week with the issue that their technician introduced.

This caused my electric bill to be extremely high.

had it not been for some nice friends of mine, they would also be paying for a hotel bill.

Purchased a voucher for an air duct cleaning. When the guy got here to clean them he told me that it was only for a basic air duct cleaning which meant that they would vacuum my vents but not brush them. He told me that to properly get the job done it would need to be brushed or else my vents really wouldn't be cleaned. He said it would cost $200 more. If I didn't want to do that he said I would need to sign a paper that said my vents were not cleaned and that I was ok that I paid to get them cleaned and they weren't really clean. What?! Not ok with that, not ok with this company. Go somewhere else. He was also a little rude with me when I told him I was just going to get my money back and call around. I felt like he was just trying to pressure me to do it and I was walking him out my door as he was raising his voice at me.

Great prices for honest work, these guys know their mumbo jumbo! Would refer to anyone I know that is looking for a/c maintenance!.

Review: Our dryer vent was clogged so we had US Air Solutions out to clean our dryer vent and then expanded the service to HVAC and duct cleaning and sanitizing. After they left, the first use of our dryer blew an internal fuse. We had the appliance repair company out and they found that the fuse blew because the vent was still clogged, entirely clogged and overheated the dryer. We then began to inspect the work USAir Solutions had provided, and the more we looked the more we were unsure that they had done anything. We contacted USAir Solutions to give them an opportunity to correct the problem and were told they by the receptionist that [redacted] would call us back the next day. She asked who the service techs were and we gave her the name. She was very surprised that there was only one tech on site because they always send two since it takes two to complete many of the tasks. [redacted] never returned our call.

During the service, USAir Solutions damaged our HVAC blower access door and so we had our a reputable HVAC vendor out to address the problem. During the visit we inspected the duct work and there was a great deal of dust and debris. It was obvious that the work as contracted through USAir Solutions had not been completed properly. After a reasonable period of time, with no contact from USAir Solutions we researched vendors more carefully by utilizing the [redacted] website and had a reputable company, with no complaints out to inspect the work USAir Solutions said they completed. They took pictures and documented every area of concern showing that the dryer vent and much of the duct work had not been touched. We are not sure that USAir Solutions actually did anything but certainly did not perform the work as described.

After confirming that the work had not been completed by USAir Solutions and never hearing from them, we disputed the charge on our credit card. Amazingly enough, very shortly after the credit card dispute was filed, [redacted] from USAir contacted us. We walked through our experience and ended the call with his statement that he would refund our money. I said great, we are on the same page and that was it.

USAir Solutions proceeded by not only not refunding our money, but fighting the credit card dispute.Desired Settlement: Refund 100% of the charge and send us $98.00 for the dryer repair necessitated by their lack of performance.

I was very sorry to hear about mrs galvin experience as the client explained the service happend on 03-17 , I have not received any information about any issue with the service , before I received the dispute from the cc company almost 2 months after I immediately called the client to find out what happened , the client did say he tried to contact us and mentioned my name , but refused to give me any more information , I did tell the client that if my techs did not do the service they where paid to do they will receive a full refund . but to do that we would need to either send a supervisor to inspect the work , or to receive a report from an agreed upon third party. since the client already received a refund from the cc company he did not want to discuss the matter further , if he did I would have explained that as a repeatable company we cannot just ignore a cc dispute with no response. that can cause us to loose our merchant service.so we had to send a copy of the invoice to the merchant services , the invoice has the clients signature in 2 places one that he agrees to the charges for the additional services and the second to approve that he inspected the job and found it satisfactory the client said he gave us a chance to respond , we have 2 full time supervisors , their job is to inspect other techs performance and service quality , and to perform specialty service require a more experience tech if I would have known about there problems with the work that was done I would have sent one of our supervisors immediately , we do not ignore our clients complaints and as u can see from our record we do everything we can to resolve them .the dryer vent cleaning was only a small part of the service the client had , we also cleaned the air handler the air ducts sanitized the system with concrobium and benefect , we would need to see the third party reports and pictures in order to warrant a full refund

Review: I hired this company to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. There was a disagreement which was resolved regarding the air ducts. however, the dryer vent was not an issue and was cleaned by the technician, [redacted], on Monday, February 17, 2014. I was in my backyard on Sunday, February 23, 2014, when I noticed lint on my air conditioning units (which are both under the dryer vent. When I looked into the units, I noticed there was lint all over the inside of the units, piled up to 4 inches between the units and along ground between the wall and units. I immediately called ###-###-#### and spoke with a lady ([redacted]). I explained the situation and received a promise that [redacted] would call me on Monday afternoon. When I failed to receive the promised call by Tuesday afternoon, I called and spoke with [redacted]. When I requested to speak with [redacted] she told me he was on another phone call. I asked to hold. She said it would be 45 minutes or more. I asked for a return call and was assured he would call me back that day. It is now Thursday, February 27, 2014, and I have yet to hear back from [redacted] or anybody concerning my lint issue. It is going to rain this weekend (or tomorrow) and I'm concerned that this lint will damage my units and be more difficult in cleaning up.Desired Settlement: I just want the mess cleaned up. Preferably before the promised rain arrives, which will make it more difficult. I also want assurances that if the lint that is inside my A/C units causes any damage, then US Air Solutions will be held responsible.

Yes, [redacted] came to the house and cleared the lint from between the units (and dumped it unbagged into my trash bin) however the lint that was between the walls and units and inside the condensers was not cleaned up. Due to the recent rains it would be pointless to attempt any clean up since the lint is now "melted" into the lanscape.

You may consider this compliant resolved however, I would not recommend this company to anyone else if they are so understaffed as to take shortcuts and not do a good job the first time out.

Review: I purchased a Maintenance Agreement for 5 years, paid $1,599.20, which included a duct for $390. When the duct was to be installed, it was decided it would be too loud, so the existing duct would be arranged to work properly instead. In doing that duct work, a bare wire was exposed to the fan relay and burned it out. They left, and I have not since last Friday, May 9th, had a working air conditioner!! I have repeatedly called since Monday, the day they were to replace the fan relay, and they say they will be out, and never show! Plus, I have not been refunded the $390 for the unused duct work.Desired Settlement: Should the work not be completed and in working order with 1 week, I want to be able to hire another company and US Air will pay to repair the fan relay. I want an amended bill compiled within this time frame too.

Got a coupon from [redacted]. Called and scheduled a service to clean my heating ducts. My appointment was from 9 - 11 A.M. By 1 P.M. no show / no call. I called the number, asked what was going on. Said that they would have to call the technician or that a manager would call me back. Over an hour and half later, still NO phone call. What a bunch of non-professionals! Got a refund from [redacted]. Don't waste (literally) your time!

I bought a Groupon to have my air ducts and vents cleaned. Bait and switch. Tech came in, proceeded to tell me how much it was going to cost to do the work, said couldn't clean the ducts/vents without the $$ services. Left after cleaning my dryer vent (part of the deal) because I had wasted my time for this appointment. Tech's boss even called while he was there and said, loudly enough for me to hear, "Do you need me to come sell this one?" Scam.

We have an air duct cleaning appointment from 9-11am, now it is 2:10pm, the technician still not show up.

Every time we called the appoitment center, the first two ladies said the technician was on his way, the third lady (which is the honest one) said the technician was still in another job. May not be available for another 1-2 hrs.

There's only one technician in central Mass and he does not listen to the appointment center who sits thousands miles away in Arizona.
