I have deleted all of the emails that US Funding have sent I have no other documentaion, so it looks like they get away with spamming

US Business Funding and their team offer a first class small business loan service and competently deal with all matters associated with the SBAIn addition to this, they work very promptly, secure, very competitive interest rates and are a great bunch of people to deal withHighly recommended

This company is a scam and [redacted] ought to be ashamed of himself for perpetuating the scam They don't come through with the financing yet find a way to hold back/keep your deposit They claim they will be refunding immediately but the refund never happens I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank and was able to recoup my funds in that mannerSo if you have have suffered through a bait & switch by this company go through your bank for resolution as you will not receive one from U S Business .Funding

I worked with Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] in regards to a million dollar construction I was working onThey financed $490,worth of construction equipment and provided me with $300,line of credit as a bridge loan for the projectI would highly recommend working with the tandem of Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] at US Business Funding!

I have attached the finance agreementAs you can see the terms which were offeredThe bank then requested to see tax returns due to a low paynet score, repossessions and charged off commercial accountsOnce this was stated to customer, the customer told us business taxes are not filed and have not been filed for the last yearsThe customer has judgments and tax lien since In the customers defense they were all satisfied but led us to believe those were reasons he had not filed taxes since

Response to complaint: Based of the information we received from the client’s application US
Business Funding was able to approve applicant for 53,for equipment financingUpon
underwriting it was discovered the client sent over information about their
business
regarding ownership specifics which included Mr*** stating he was the sole owner when in
fact there were three ownersIn addition, Mr*** stated he had been in business for four
years and nine months when in fact he was in business for only thirteen monthsOnce we
received the correct documentation, the client requested to finance a lesser amount first and
the balance thereafterWe funded the first draw of 13,on September 11, and
attempted to fund the balance of funds since and have been unsuccessfulAlthough the client
falsified their application we continued to assist them in achieving their financial needs and we
were successful in funding the lease for the full amount requested, however the client decided
not move forward and has since defaulted on the balance of the leaseIf the client request to
change equipment the original terms change as a result, however if we have already have an
existing contact in place we will work with the client accordingly but upon execution of the lease
agreement it becomes non-cancellable when monies are secured for funding
