Hello, and thank you for sending this complaint to our attentionWe take these seriouslyWe apologize to Ms [redacted] for the incorrect information the sales representative gave her I spoke with Courtney and have verified that a full refund has been processed Attached is a refund receipt She spoke with Courtney earlier today so there is no way the refund could show in her account yetIt will be there early next week Again we apologize for the inconvenience and we will make sure that that sales rep no longer is on our project

We are sorry to hear that MsH [redacted] has had trouble with our programOur records indicate that her account was cancelled and the charge voided on August 5th when she contacted usSometimes it can take a day or two for that to reflect on her statementOn our end it was voided so hopefully by now it should be reflecting on her accountIf she has any further troubles she can call our customer service team during the hours of 9am to 5pm Mountain time at [redacted]

This customer registered for our service online and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Web site that clearly state that she would be charged upon registration We have, however, received her email request to cancel and a full refund has been issued and account has been canceled She will be deleted from our membership database and will not be eligible to enroll in our program in the futureThank you

Thank you for forwarding the complaint from Mr*** What he describes of his phone conversation is certainly alarming We provide a valuable service that helps small business owners, college students and many others to find funding opportunities and we train our sales staff to not misrepresent our services.We will certainly remove his account from our database including his credit card information We do not store credit card information of any of our customers so he can rest assured that it will not be used again and certainly not shared with any 3rd party We will also remove the sales rep who spoke to Mr [redacted] immediately from our sales team.We sincerely apologize for this and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention so we can correct it

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The terms described were NOT the terms I agreed toThey clearly stated my card would NOT be charged but it in fact, WASA charge of $was deducted from my checking account immediatelyWhen I signed up for the day trial it clearly stated there would be $ charged to my cardThey stated I was issued a full refund and would receive it within 24-hrsNow going on DAY and STILL NO REFUND! Anyone reading this, DO NOT do business with this sham of a companyThey are SCAMMERSAnd now I have to laugh, as they stated, "She will be deleted from our membership database and will not be eligible to enroll in our program in the future" LOL!!! Thank you for sending this to our attention We are sorry that Ms [redacted] had a negative experience with our company We have issued a refund for the 2nd charge as she has requested She has been removed from our member list.Thank you

As mentioned in our previous response, we did issue a refund of the $charge See the attached refund receipt That is the only charge we made on that account Also, on 9/19/her phone number was placed on our Do Not Call list We have not called her since then If she is still receiving calls it is not from our company

Complaint: [redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] While the resolution is a nice gesture, the calls have not ceased There were calls the day after the company's response and already one today I will continue to file complaints with the FTC on www.donotcall.gov for every call that I receive The caller today stated that I would continue receiving telephone calls from them as I am on multiple lists Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello and thank you for sending this complaint. We strive to take care of all our customers' concernsWe do offer a 10-day trial period and during this time we do not charge the customer, but we do require a valid credit card number. In order to ensure this we do an authorization.
The charge does not go through until either the days pass, or the customer contacts us to cancel within the trial period. Our records indicate that one of our customer service representatives received Ms***'s email and canceled her account today and voided the authorization. So this has all been taken care of exactly as our terms and conditions state it should on our web site.Let us know if there are any questions or further concerns.Thank you, Customer support team
