throughout the application process Many customers successfully qualify for grants for education, new business start ups and many other purposes Our program does not guarantee that all customers will qualify for a grant and if Ms*** was misled to believe that we apologize We have issued a full refund for the charge of $back to her card

Hello, thank you for forwarding this complaint. We have canceled Ms***'s account and have issued a refund of the $as she requested. We will be sure to follow up with the individual who spoke to her to make sure that they are not over promising. Our program assists people in
applying for different funding opportunities, but there is no guarantee. It sounds like the sales person overstated the ease of obtaining funds and we will make sure that they are corrected

year Our records indicate that it was closed in March of If *** is referring to more recent charges she must have us confused with a different company

We apologize for this inconvenience and will be sure to find out which representative has been calling Mr. H*** and make sure that it stops immediately and that his number will not be called again by our company

We are sorry that you are still receiving calls However, we can assure you that whatever calls you are still getting are not coming from our company We have strict policies to adhere to all DNC regulations and it is impossible for anyone from our organization to call a number that is on the DNC

applicant will be successful in obtaining funds.  It sounds like this sales agent did not clearly explain the process.  We apologize for the confusion and will make sure to correct this issue with the sales agent.  We have cancelled Ms. [redacted]'s account and have issued a full refund of the charge to her card.

This customer registered for our service online and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Web site that clearly state that she would be charged upon registration.  We have, however, received her email request to cancel and a full refund has been issued and account has been canceled....

 She will be deleted from our membership database and will not be eligible to enroll in our program in the future. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear that Ms. H[redacted] has had trouble with our program. Our records indicate that her account was cancelled and the charge voided on August 5th when she contacted us. Sometimes it can take a day or two for that to reflect on her statement. On our end it was voided so hopefully by now...

it should be reflecting on her account. If she has any further troubles she can call our customer service team during the hours of 9am to 5pm Mountain time at [redacted].
