Mr*** has a very small job approved by his insurance companyWe went to bat for Mr *** with *** *** and *** *** is refusing to pay for his roof that clearly has hail damageThe scope of Mr***' s job is that it is a very small siding repair that is currently approved by ***
*** at this timeWe cannot afford to send a crew just to do his job by its self and have it done correctlyWe have informed Mr*** that his repairs need to be coordinated with other jobs for it to make sense from a cost perspectiveNot only that, the temperature needs to come up a bit so the siding will not be damaged when we cut itWe look forward to scheduling the repairs in the near future when the weather breaks

We have told the homeowner that this invoice needs to be sent to the insurance company to get reimbursedIt happened because the electrical line was run on the bottom of the roof deck in the houseThis is not a proper installation. However because the insurance paid for the roof, this means
they also have a duty to reimburse this electrical expense

*** *** finally provided us with a copy of all of their insurance paperwork and upon review a refund has been issued It is unfortunate that the insurance company also had not added the additional billed items that they had in their possession or this claim could have been settled Thank you for your help in this matter

The homeowner has a legitimate complaint against her insurance company NOT against usPlease reclassify this as a complaint against her insurance company The insurance had not paid $in additional code enforced performed items on the final billWe completed the repairs with in a
month and a half of the Roof being installed Given the that we had to schedule different company subcontractors to re-stain their deck, replace the roof, install new gutters and do some minor siding repairs this is a very reasonable timeThe work was done from early September to the End of October We were not even paid till March on the balance of this project We were still hashing out the difference when the homeowner was trying to close on her house We have already explained that this additional $that they paid would be reimbursed by the insurance company as well We are completely confused as to why she filed this complaint the day after she paid us in full and we gave her the sign off on the waiver of lien and she closed on her house saleWe also spoke to the homeowner multiple times in the weeks leading up to her house sale, so I am not sure what she is referring to about not being able to get a hold of us Please retract this complaint from our record and reclassify this as a complaint with her insurance company as they will be refunding her the amount she paid us, as the insurance company must indemnify the insured homeowner and pay all their bills

Sometimes working with insurance companies is difficult, especially for homeowners We have submitted the documentation to the homeowners insurance company to pay for the damages properly To this date only partial siding has been approved and minimal roof repairsWe are currently
arguing with the homeowners' insurance carrier trying to get them a full roof and siding that will match on the house We have already put in too much leg work to throw in the towel So we will proceed with arguing the claim properly for the homeownersUpon final approval we will complete the necessary repairsThe homeowner has assigned the claim ownership to our company and we are proceeding with every necessary option to provide proper coverage We are hoping we get this settled with the insurance company before Christmas

We install + jobs a year from insurance loss and have it down to a science The homeowners will get a new roof if they let us deal with what we have started We filed for an appraisal because that is the next step when a carrier is trying to not pay for full roof with a completely discontinued shingle Since the carrier is now trying to deny the appraisal to the right full claim owner, they have committed bad faith, this means we turn it over to the attorneys and we will get the dollar figure we are looking for In this case we will end up at over $30,in damages as opposed to the insurance companies initial offer of $10, The homeowners picked the right company they just need to let us do our job and give us a little time The insurance company(*** ***) called them and said no to the full roof and they wanted to give up on us after one forceful phone call from the carrier

We have been out to the homeowner's home twice to look at the hearth and he has not been homeOur Service man Colton has called him a few times. Currently we have not been paid for the work we have done

It is not faulty workmanship on our part when there is an improper installation of the electric in the house attic.  The code book does not allow for electric wires to be run on the underside of the decking. So due to the roof being replaced this is a consequential loss and USAA insurance should pay for this not us. Please submit your bill to usaa and explain what happened. If they say they wont pay for it you can sue them in small claims court.

The homeowners roof is the right color and has always been the right color. Attached is the contract for Estate Grey Owens Corning Shingles and also attached is the bill showing OC Estate Grey purchased and a picture of the material which you can zoom in where ithe...

material packages say estate grey.  The homeowner has not paid the balance as of yet. As for any marks on siding, we thought this was already addressed, if not it will be immediately but we need full payment on this claim, or it will have to be sent to collections.  We cannot give any warranty till paid in full. We would be happy to arbitrate this if necessary.

Per our contract if an insurance company does not pay for bad plywood, it is usually a wear and tear situation and the homeowner is responsible. We did the roof timely and it looks fantastic.  We have submitted the bill to the insurance company for the plywood and in our opinion they...

should pay for it but many carriers refuse to.  This is in the homeowners court. Once he writes us a check he can turn it in to his agent to try to get it reimbursed. The roof could not be installed on an unnailable surface. Attached is the applicable code documents. This should not be a complaint as we have done our due diligence on this file and restored the property to its rightful condition.

I corresponded with USRR on this issue months ago - I am unclear why USRR still denies their fault in this issue. I have professional assessments that the damage to my roof was caused from a punctured wire, and building permits which should satisfy the wire being initially correctly installed. I have met USRR's demands for proof each time they requested it. All the attachments I provided in this response have already been provided to USRR. I also have my email correspondence with USRR attached, which addressed their claim several months ago.

Its being over 70 days since the work was done. They did not replace the furnance vent nor the rain caps and storm collars. They put the old ones. The new ones where left on the floor at my propperty. When Ms. C[redacted] visited me, she went up to theroof and told me that those ítems where not replaced, and she took the new ones. I should not pay for the extra Wood because Mr. R[redacted] told me that they will put up to 3 boards of Wood for free. I do not understand why They are taking the full General contractor Overhead profit, when they did not perform the all the repairs on the scope of work. They should only get  the overhead profit for the roof job. The 2 ACV checks that they took, are by far more than the cost of the roof. I can not finish the rest of the repairs because they took all my ACV checks. I spoke with a insurance fraud agent and accordinfg to him it sounds like a wrong doing bussiness practice.

I am rejecting this response because: t is not true. I was calling the number on the business card I was given. I showed the card and the number i...

was calling from my cell phone to a company rep who came to my home yesterday (8/3/15). He insured the work would begin today and completed by next week and I accepted that resolution.
Regards,[redacted]

We are working with Mr [redacted]s adjuster who has been delaying the payment of Overhead and Profit for over a year now. They keep asking for more documentation. We have given this to them as of 2 weeks ago and the only response we heard was they want tax id numbers for our subs. We strongly urge the homeowner to file complaints on [redacted] insurance with the PA department of insurance.  He is owed overhead and profit on his claim. We are the ones who still have not been paid.  We are hopefully to be able to go over the minor siding repair with him in the upcoming couple weeks.

We spoke to the homeowners and are making arrangements to do a minor repair to the fascia, as they state part of one gable was overlooked during the installation.  All of their basement screens were installed.  They are now stating that they are missing a screen on a garage window and just noticed it.  We are making an arrangement to wrap up these repairs.

We were assigned the claim by the homeowner and succeeded in getting the siding approved. By the time we realized the insurance had approved a full siding job the homeowner had done it with someone else when we held the contract on it. At this point we are consulting our legal team to decide how to handle this.

We have talked to the homeowner and are meeting he is meeting with Sean this week to try to resolve these minor issues. There will still be funds that need paid to our company that the insurance has not yet released for supplements. We cannot submit for this until the work is all complete. 80 % of the work is done in the largest portion is the roof. It takes some scheduling and coordination for the smaller trades.

The insurance company must approve our total estimate before any more work can be done. Mr [redacted], we explained how pride public adjusting was hired to try to reconcile the difference s. Mr [redacted] please call a few demand that your insurance reconcile with our estimate. You must complain to your...

insurance.
