products), I would like to personally apologize for your
inconvenience of this matter. We would
like to take this time to explain our policy.

Within the first days of purchase we offer a
full refund or replacement of the tablet if you choose you do not like the
product or if it defective

Outside of the first days of purchase, but
still within the first year of purchase we require the customer to pay 50% of
the original cost of the tablet if it
becomes defective

At any time within the first year of purchase if
the tablet screen becomes cracked we require the customer to pay a fee to get a
brand new tablet
It is with our deepest regret that we cannot assist you at
this time with a replacement as you are outside of your first year of
purchase. You first contacted us with
the problem you had with the tablet on February 19, 2016; at which point you
were already outside of our year limited warranty as your original order was
placed on February 10, 2015. If you
would have contacted us within the first year of purchase we would have been
able to assist you with a replacement
Again we apologize and appreciate your kind understanding as
we work to meet our customer's satisfaction while upholding our policy.

I am rejecting this response because:  Dear Revdex.com, I was supposed to place 4 units of order for the mentioned Projector for 100% Off offer. But Now Irulu is telling that they are not responsible for the prices and glitches in their Android App which is completely NOT ACCEPTABLE  and It's Very Unprofessional to Deal with Customers. I did learn that irulu has poor customer service but I did get in contact finally and we are in the process of the shipping as we speak it is still in transit my new tablet but I do want to say thank you so much for coming forth as business owners it cannot be easy to please when u have hundreds of customers.
