shipping and handling. To have the tablet repaired it would be sent back to china and the customer pay the shipping and handling fee of $167.99 and it could take up to 4-6 months to receive the tablet back.  We here at IRulu would like to honor the 10% replacement fee of a newtablet if you can pay to have it shipped back to us (USPS would be cheapest) . You will need to go through Paypal to send the $6.61 to email  [email protected]. once this has been paid please call us with the transaction ID number and the tracking number where you have sent the tablet back. Once we see the tracking  has been accepted, we can send out the new replacement. We look forward to hearing from you. The company has requested that I verify my email address so they can deposit my full refund into the correct PayPal account. ours.  We would like to make this right with you. Since you are out of your 3 month warranty. We asked that you  ship the tablet back to us and pay for the return shipping back to you for $6.00. You can pay this through Paypal and email us or give us a call with your transaction ID #. We will ship you out a new tablet and I will have my customer service reps do a quality check on it before it leaves our warehouse. Since we are checking the tablet before shipment and we are not charging you the replacement fee, there will be no warranty on the new tablet.
