I am rejecting this response because:
I did accept the offer for the claim, but still feel USAA was negligent in setting up the policy with the information that I supplied. I will take the money and cease doing business with USAA. Regardless of the policy amount, the replacement stone that was offered was laughable and clearly inferior. I have no doubt that this is the type of substandard quality that would be offered for anyone unfortunate enough to insure with USAA. If the level of service rendered for a simple property claim is indicative of the standards of USAA, I am happy that I never had a major incident. I will not endorse USAA to any service member and will do my best to steer veterans away from this lackluster organization

I am rejecting this response because: I was promised I will be paying $a month starting November for the next months and after that I will be billed $as I keep the policyCalled a represenattive to make sure if changes were made and still shows I need to pay $by November USAA keeps changing their words everytime I talk to them! When we added the Dodge Journey to your Washington-based automobile policy in May
2011, you purchased Auto Loan Coverage endorsement, which is unique to WashingtonAfter you notified us that you would be moving to North Dakota in December 2011, we adjusted your policy to a base location in North DakotaThe policy was again rebased in January when you relocated to South DakotaUnfortunately, the Auto Loan Coverage endorsement is not available for policies based in North Dakota or South Dakota, and I apologize for any frustration you experienced as a result of this situation

I am rejecting this response because: as the attached screen capture from the USAA websites states, and based on years of experience, I should be receiving notifications for and and all documents posted to my portal. This is not the case, and I continue to get the run around about who to talk to. I also get told I will hear from someone in X number of days and that does not happen. This has been an open issue since Sept and needs to be resolved with less finger pointing and time wasting
