Dear Mme or Sir of the Better Businness Bureau, I have not received reply from this individual yet (Steve who also appears to be the [redacted] of the company) regarding the postage and delivery of the items I orderedHe contacted me directly through email shorly after I had filed the complaint to you and [redacted] and asked of me to cancel this compaint saying he would pay back the the dollar discount that he pledged to me previouslyI replied to him that I would not cancel my compaint unless I saw proof of the items I ordered being delivered with a delivery code through ups or other courier agency and unless I saw the money being refunded through paypalNeither of these actions have taken place and therefore I will escalate my compaint with Paypal to a claim in order to retrieve my money backI am perplexed with the behavior of this person as he has a fair number of positive feedback from previous customers with your buraeuThis is very inappropriate service and I am very glad I have had the opportunity to have you as a mediatorPlease advise me on further actionKind Regards [redacted]

I replied to him that I would not cancel my compaint unless I saw proof of the items I ordered being delivered with a delivery code through ups or other courier agency and unless I saw the money being refunded through paypal. They sent me a check without refunding me $9.25 for shipping.  The original mistake was not mine and I refuse to pay $9.25 for shipping.

The business send me back the same not working as promised battery.I don't understand why my current and previous complains was closed when it not resolved.I want my money back + postage fees + "replacements" fees.
