I mailed the item back to the vendor on February 5.  I then contacted the vendor on February 11 to ask if they have received the return but received no response.  I have also contacted them again today.  As of this date, I have not received a refund.  Because the vendor has not upheld their end of the agreement, I would like to reopen the case.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I ordered two [redacted] batteries and BOTH failed within a month of use (they started swelling Very badly and couldn't keep a charge for more than 20min). I made arrangements to return them for exchange (which the service people were nice enough to arrange), but I never got the replacement batteries. Before they received the bad batteries, they were very quick to respond to emails....BUT, once they had the batteries, all my emails went unanswered and I've never heard from them since. I had to buy new batteries somewhere else. These people sell DEFECTIVE BATTERIES and NEVER EXCHANGE THEM. I've wasted $125 with these people. Please don't make the same mistake! DON'T BUY FROM USB PHONE WORLD!!

 my reason for contacting Revdex.com services is, the product that I paid for, or...

got from the usb phone world company, did not work on many product attempt. they would not give the working laptop battery, in none of the paid for transactions, and also none in the replacing method.  either the result in the bad battery giving was that it cause my computer to over heat and injured a main component and the result of this is the laptop no longer works well to get me online or shows the main page and they have not yet giving the battery that works just very non helpful product.

Dear Arizona Revdex.com.  Thank you for your fast response.  Perhaps I was premature,  [redacted] - who works at USBPhoneworld contacted me and is aware that the batteries are over due. She explained they they order 200 at a time and the shipment is delayed and they expect it on 6/18.

I have no reason not to believe her, since she was decent enough to provide me with the details of what is going on with [redacted] batteries.

I would ask that you please delete my complaint against this company and make sure you do not publish my experience at this time.

We all know things happen in business and making things right and being honest about it is all that we can do some times.  They did respond each time ( except for the last time - which they were investigating an "exact" arrival date so they could give me a correct answer.

Thank you for your prompt attention and I hope that no feelings are hurt or this company has any bad will ( or perhaps they have not been notified yet,  which would be fine. )

I ordered a few batteries. After 3 weeks, nothing showed up yet, but money had been withdrawn from my account. After contact I was told they were backordered and to wait for another week. 2 months later still nothing, so I cancelled my order. Weeks after that, I still have not gotten my money refunded. Finally had to open a dispute with CC company, awaiting answer.
