not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[I still did not receive my check with the refund, even they called me last week and told me that they sent my check to a previous address that I have never confirmed with them and they said they will resend the check to the address I provided them on the phone, but I still did not receive it. They told me many times the same thing, but I still did not get my refund. I will never recommend them to anybody for make business with them, they are not honest.

Ordered an adaptor for a specific Dell computer. Waited 9 business days, nothing. Did the live chat and CS person said adaptor was in stock but never shipped. Ended up going 18 rounds trying to understand if it was the right unit for the computer. The one she had in stock was not the one I originally purchased. Had called the day before to get a resolution and was told the system was down and they would email me with an update later that day… email never came. Back at it the next day only to be told I would have to wait an hour to find out if the one I ordered was in stock because the stock room person would be back in an hour. Finally gave up and asked for refund. Told me it will be processed within 30 days!! What the hell!! Why would a refund take so long!! Do not order from this company, I believe they are a scam!

Hello,My previous complain was closed by Revdex.com, but my problem still not resolved.I did not agreed in previous complain with the business. I have not received reply from this individual yet (Steve who also appears to be the [redacted] of the company) regarding...

the postage and delivery of the items I ordered. He contacted me directly through email shorly after I had filed the complaint to you and [redacted] and asked of me to cancel this compaint saying he would pay back the the 30 dollar discount that he pledged to me previously. I replied to him that I would not cancel my compaint unless I saw proof of the items I ordered being delivered with a delivery code through ups or other courier agency and unless I saw the money being refunded through paypal. Neither of these actions have taken place and therefore I will escalate my compaint with Paypal to a claim in order to retrieve my money back. I am perplexed with the behavior of this person as he has a fair number of positive feedback from previous customers with your buraeu. This is very inappropriate service and I am very glad I have had the opportunity to have you as a mediator. Please advise me on further action.

Ordered a laptop battery and was sent the wrong one. I was told I had to return the incorrect item before they would ship out the correct one. At my expense I had to ship the battery back to the company 2nd day priority. When I do receive the correct battery it only holds a charge for an hour and a half!! Highly disappointed and customer service was less than helpful. Will never shop here again, nor would I recommend this company to anyone.

This company was awful! We ordered some lap top batteries and were never told or alerted that they were on back order. When we tried to call during the advertised business hours no one answered and no one called us back despite the number of phone calls and messages we left. Finally when I did get a hold of someone it was always the same person and he was hard to understand. He would tell me that the batteries were coming and that they would ship the next day...well needless to say they were never shipped. We ordered from somewhere else and got the same batteries in days. I honestly think that this company is a scam and that this is a one man operation from his basement. I would no recommend them to anyone and the fact that they have any stars is a joke to us.

7/28/2014 finally issued refund from [redacted] after USBPhoneworld tried to say the item I ordered was intangible and not eligible for a refund. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with.

Don't trust this company. They ship the wrong product and charge you to return it and then force you to go through the hoops to get your money back.

I purchased a laptop battery on 12/26/15 from USB Phone World (usbphoneworld.com) via their internet site. I received the battery on 1/5/16. The package had another package inside which had another persons name and address. Appeared to be a re-shipment from another customer to me. I opened the battery package and it was the wrong battery. I immediately called USB Phone World. They listened to the issue and agreed that it was the wrong battery and I should return it to them and they would ship me the correct one. I asked for a confirmation number and they said I didn't need one they knew exactly what happened with the wrong shipment. They gave a number to put on the package along with address etc. I went to ship it and found that I had to pay the postal shipping fee. I paid and tracked the package. Upon delivery to USB Phone World I called them. They informed me that they hadn't had time to process any of the returns and wouldn't ship the right battery until they found the return in their Center. I told them to cancel the order since I couldn't wait on them for the correct battery.

They stated that they would issue a check for the purchase and my shipping costs. The check would be in the mail the next business day. I have never received the check.

I then opened a dispute in PayPal which I had used to pay for the battery ($49). After almost 2 weeks of emails back and forth with PayPal the issue was closed in USB's favor. They had indicated that the product was shipped and received by me therefore the case is closed.

I then had PayPal reopen the case and I provided all of the documentation I had including the tracking information on my return. USB never responded and finally PayPal refunded my purchase amount. PayPal couldn't do anything about my return shipping costs since they hadn't shipped the product therefore I had to go after USB on my own.

USB as of this date has not acknowledged the issue nor have they refunded my shipping costs. We don't need to do business with companies like this providing such horrible service.
