As a newcomer to silver and gold, I needed all the help I could find Fortunately, I found Joseph T*** with US Gold Bureau He was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to spend the time needed to explain a lot I ended up buying gold and silver I then went to another sight and found the exact opposite to Joseph However, not knowing he was playing to my stupidity I bought about $100,worth of gold and silver Just for the heck of it I called Joseph and he very politely told me the truth--I had been scammed Checking the authenticity of what the second salesman told me It was truly confirmed I was given erroneous information I finally checked with my knowledgeable relative who confirmed with Joseph told me I was upset and didn't want to go to the trouble of sending the second purchase back I called Joseph and with his help, I got the strength to mail the second purchase back Joseph was never aggressive or pushy in trying to sell me precious medals He told me what percentage of my assets needed to be in precious metals and made some suggestions from which I could choose I made my choice and checked it out with my knowledgeable relative and agreed with the choice I am not one happy year old retired PhD college professor and I know who to call if I want info about precious medals
