I have been dealing with the USGB for over 6 months. I decided to go with them because they have a buy back program, and you can also track your portfolio and see how its going any time you want. I have put in 5 orders and putting in another one soon. The quality of there products can not be beat. They are the best for silver and gold, coins and bars. My first order was a great mix of gold and silver, coins and bars, by getting there $10,000 package. What a great choice to start off with.

In a patient manner, they also have explained to me about the importance of diversification between bullion and Grade Investment Coins. Because of the impressiveness with US Gold Bureau,and other pertinent factors, I have even suggested even to other family members, and friends, they contact this firm to explore possible investment options. On December 16, 2016, I received a call from Nicholas E[redacted] of the US Gold Bureau. He was calling because I showed an interest in purchasing precious metals. After talking for awhile he learned that I was out of work and had limited funds to spend. He gave me a choice of both gold and silver coins and bullion. Nicholas' laid back approach was exactly the way to make me his next happy customer. I have been buying gold and silver from United States Gold Bureau for almost 2 years. Never once have I had a bad experience with them. The packages have always arrived on time, in good condition and they are packed to protect the product. My Sales Representative treats me as if I were his only client. His expertise, experience and knowledge of precious metals is remarkable, always making sure I understand the purchases I make. I trust him to make the best recommendations that will benefit me and he never pushes me into a purchase that I am not comfortable with. I enjoy doing business with USGB. Great customer service, friendly and courteous people and quick to respond to phone messages or emails. That is the reason I do business with USGB and the reason I will only do business with them.
I have been talking to a great respectful guy named Dustin K. He has been giving me great advise and listens to my questions and responds with a sincere answer. On 12/28/2016 placed a order for 3 1oz. silver trade bars.received a email my order was placed. I started watching silver prices rise. I called to track my order
To my surprise my order had been cancelled because they say they couldn't verify my address. I gave them the correct address. They said it would be shipped. Called again today and I got the same answer my order was cancelled they asked for my card number again. So I figured I was not going to get the silver at the price of the original purchase I had made with my credit/ debit card wich has my address attached to it.your decision was this fraud and they didn't want to sell it to me at the price that my original order was placed at????
I have found Callan I[redacted] at the U.S. Gold Bureau very helpful the three times I have done business with him. When he calls he explains the reason and why he feels I would not only benefit from the investment but how well it has already done. Even if I am not sure about buying and I know he wants to make a sale, he does not come on overly aggressive. Also, I have found he doesn't make promises he is not sure about without first checking with someone. Callan is a good asset to the bureau.

USGB did a great job of completing my order after a thief somewhere in the shipping chain stole the shipped coins twice and all I received was a ripped open empty box from FedEx (I suspect that the thief was one of FedEx's employees). Not only did they ship the coins three times at their cost but also did a wonderful job of keeping in contact with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. USGB has a lifelong customer in me and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for the type of products that they offer. Great Company
Having worked through United States Gold Bureau for several months, I find their advice to be "spot on," and Clint, the broker I've worked with mostly, has been very attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. I have also dealt with several other precious metals LLC's, and find nothing even approaches the prompt professionalism always present at USGB. He is very knowledgeable about the precious metals industry. There is much more to it than just buying gold and reselling. I would recommend talking to Joseph or one of the USGB precious metals specialist before buying so that you can make the best decision.
The transaction went smoothly and I received everything that was discussed within the 10 to 14 day waiting period. There were no surprises!
My opinion of any company begins with customer service, my representative Dinah F[redacted] gives the best customer service in the industry. Dinah has always kept me informed with the latest trends and pricing changes. I've dealt with other companies that even are less expensive is some items but their customer service is not adequate. Because of the customer service I receive from the USGB and Dinah F[redacted] I'll continue to use the USGB. My only complaint would be shipping takes a longer than I would expect, but I guess I just get a little anxious.
A great company to do business with absolutely no pressure and they explained everything to you and let you make up your own mind I would definitely recommend them to friends and family thanks again USGB
This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Three weeks after purchase I still did not have my item so now I just want mt money back. After 5 phone calls and 7 days of bhing I got a refund. They are just a brokerage house and have no inventory so SHOP ELSEWHERE.
