We are here to help and assist anyone interested in precious metals - thank you for your business!

I have had the pleasure to work with Joe *** now for several years. During this entire time the professional service that Joe has provided me has been outstanding. The products that I have purchased from the U.S. Gold Bureau are always of an exceptional quality as advertised and delivered on time as promised. My experiences with Joe have always been informative and I trust him with suggestions on purchasing precious metal and coins.
I would not hesitate to recommend Joe *** for his expertise when purchasing precious metals/coins from the U.S. Gold Bureau.
I look forward to continuing my relationship with Joe as I work on expanding my portfolio this year and future years!

Thank you for your kind review and the business you have conducted with our company. We look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent service.

November 21, 2018 I and my husband spoke with Account Executive, Matthew M regarding information on purchasing precious metals, which my husband and I are newbies on. Bob and I found Matthew to be, not only a very, very nice and personable young man, but extremely knowledgeable in precious metals. He explained the purchasing and diversifying of the different metals and what would be the best purchase to meet our needs. I had explained to Matthew, that on November 21, 2017 my father (the last parent) had past away. I and my sister inherited money, but I was not happy where I was putting my parents money, one of which was an annuity and the other in stocks. I had lost money in the market and was afraid my husband and I would lose all of that money if we didn't do something soon. My husband contacted someone who in turn, had Matthew contact us.
My husband and I feel very secure and at ease since we have Matthew overseeing our investment. We believe GOD put him in our lives for a reason and I'm sure my parents would be proud!!!
Sorry my message was so long, but Matthew has been a blessing to us. If we could we would rate him a "ten star".
God Bless You Matthew

Thank you for your kind review of our company and your experience with one of our representatives. We look forward to servicing your precious metal needs in the future.

They promise 2 weeks to get the items that were purchased and when that date arrives they stumble over how long it will take. They got their money the day after the order was placed.

Mr.,

Thank you for your inquiry via the Revdex.com (Revdex.com). We are sorry that we haven't met your expectations in regards to delivery time. While we did process your payment on December 10th as you stated, we did not actually receive your funds that day. It takes several day for our company to receive the funds from the payment processing companies.

For our protection your order was run through our Fraud Prevention Team, which required some additional information from you in order to verify that you are the actual owner of the payment method used to place the order. We appreciate that you provided additional information that allowed us to verify your identity according to the requirements of our Fraud Prevention program. This is done for the safety of all our clients.

Your order was released for shipment on December 16, 2018, but one item was on back order from a supplier. Your order is now ready, but we are closed for the holiday until December 27th. Your order is scheduled to ship on December 27th. I will request that our Shipping Department upgrade your shipping to Standard Overnight, so you receive it the next day.

During the holiday periods we have different shipping protocols due to the value of the orders that we ship. Lloyd's of London Insurance Market does not permit us to ship high value packages over long holiday weekends, so this sometimes impacts shipping and delivery schedules during the holiday periods.

We greatly appreciate your business, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Best regards,

The U.S. Gold Bureau Customer Service Team

On November 24th I ordered gold coins form the United States Gold Bureau and paid for them with my American Express gold card. I then started receiving a series of telephone calls saying my name was incorrect and that they could not process my order. I then received a call asking for my social security number, which I declined and then they asked me to go to a bank and wire the funds [$716.55] to them, which I also declined. I called American Express to, learn that they had already processed my order and had received payment. When I called US Gold they said they would refund my money in several days....this after telling me that they could not process it. There is not much about this company to be trusted, and I have concerns about getting my money back.

USGB Response • Dec 04, 2018

Mr.,

Your original order was flagged for additional security review based on the information we were provided during your initial order submission. This sometimes occurs based on no fault of you as the customer and our business in our attempt to provide service to you - it is sometimes related to third party client verification services due to our anti-money laundering program and anti-fraud measures. We are very sorry this inconvenienced you.

We contacted you for additional information to try to rectify the account verification matters. In our efforts to protect our clients and their financial information, we take extra steps that are above and beyond what is simply required by the credit card processing companies.

Our records indicate that you were refunded on November 30, 2018. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns related to your order, or if we can help you in any other way.

Regards,

The U.S. Gold Bureau Customer Service Team

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The company, despite what they claim, processed my order thru American Express, having no difficulty doing so. Then they called me wanting me to wire, thru a bank, a similar amount, although they had been paid. Something clearly does not add up, as the expression goes.

09/24/2018 , I called usgb about a offer I seen on the wayne *** root show on newsmax channel (349) .The young man Morgan told me there is no offer like that. The offer was 99 morgan silver dollars for $99. plus a free box to store your coins, would hole up to 500 coins.
Morgan throw 3 other offer at me told him not interested in anything else and hungup.
Later that day he called me back and left a message asking me to call him which I did he start with the same 3 offer said thank but no thanks. Sent a message to wayne a root he said he forword my email to the ceo of usgb. So the next night show wayne *** root show he read the same offer 99 coins for $99.00. So last night he read a offer of 99 coins but never said a price, but just call usgb for details. I'm glad I never did get the coins. Wayne Allyne R and usgb are one step above a Carnival ***.

USGB Response • Oct 08, 2018

Thank you for your message about your interaction with our company. We investigated your claim regarding the offer made on the Wayne *** (WAR) TV show, which is a news program where we have a marketing partnership. Unfortunately, you have some of the facts stated incorrectly regarding the offer. The offer stated on the WAR program is six (6) coins for $99.00, not ninety-nine (99) coins for $99.00. It would be impossible to offer real coins at the price you implied. Our company only deals in real, authentic coinage produced by government mints from around the world. We would be more than happy to offer you the special promoted on the WAR show.

I purchased 2 gold coins from this business. They told me it would be 14 days until I received my coins. Had I read the fine print I never would have done business with them however I spoke to a young man by the name of Brian he assured me my coins would be shipped on the August 27th. I called customer service they gave me a song and dance about how busy they are. This is the worst company in the coin business. Is the Attorney General aware of how this company does business. Your website is loaded with complaints about this company. All I WANT IS MY COINS ASAP....

USGB Response • Aug 28, 2018

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your order. We looked into your issue and why your order was delayed. It appears that when you originally paid you made a typo when entering your bank account information for your electronic check payment, this caused a delay in processing your order. Once we received the correct information from you we were able to process your order and ship your items.

Our records indicate that your order was prepared for shipment today, you should receive a tracking number as soon as it departs our facility later today.

Thank you for your business and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.

A few months ago I contacted USGB to enquire about the possibility of investing in gold. After speaking to a person who answered my questions, I told them that I was just gathering information at that time and warned them that I would NOT tolerate unsolicited sales calls. I told them that if I wished to proceed I would be in touch with them. They said they would honor my request. About a month later the sales calls started. After repeated attempts to get them to stop calling, they finally did so. They started again today. I received a call from a gentleman (I believe his name was Ben) asking about my desire to purchase gold. I hung up on him. He called back a few minutes later. I hung up again. A few minutes later, he called a third time. I waned him NOT to call me again. A few minutes later, he called a forth time. In addition to this complaint I will be contacting the Attorney General's office, not to mention my personal attorney. I will do whatever it takes to stop these harassing phone calls.

USGB Response • Aug 01, 2018

Mr. -

I'm very sorry that you received a phone call from us when you were not expecting to receive a call. I see that we called you once in February of 2018 and then again tried to reach you in July of 2018. We only contacted you because you provided us with your phone number when you requested information, and at that time you agreed to the legal agreement contained in our Website User Agreement. Had you not provided us with your phone number and requested information from us, we never would have had your phone number and would not have attempted to contact you. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience our calls may have caused you.

We have updated your information in our system to remove you from any future calls or emails. This may take a few days to fully update within our systems, but it will remove your phone number and information so that you won't receive any more calls.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I was not upset with the initial contact. It was the continued the calls after I specifically requested you not call again. If you check your log for the July contact, you called 4 times in a half hour period, even though I clearly said not to call again. But as long as you stop, I'm happy with that.

I PURCHASED A GOLD AMERICAN EAGLE SET IN 2015, I JUST PUT THEM IN MY SAFE AND LEFT THEM UNTIL A WEEK AGO. I DECIDED TO CHECK ON SELLING THEM BACK TO USGB, THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $ 3,310.00 I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE I PAID $ 5,895.00, NOW I LOOKED AT THEIR WEB SIGHT AND THEY HAVE THE SET FOR SALE AT $ 7210.00, THEY ARE ED MOY CERTIFIED. THROUGH FUTHER CHECKING I FOUND IN THEIR WEB SIGHT UNDER GOLD AMERICAN EAGLE SETS A STATEMENT SAYING ALL GOLDEN EAGLE SETS COME WITH ED MOY CERTIFICATION, MINE DID NOT BUT I WAS CHARGED THE EXUBERANT PRICE FOR THAT ,THE SET LISTED ON MY INVOICE *** CHARGED $ 5,895.00, THE COINS I RECEIVED ARE NOT ED MOY CERTIFIED !!!!!!!!!!!!!

USGB Response • Jul 29, 2018

Mr.

We apologize for any mix-up that occurred with your order - that was not our intention. It appears that you purchased a 2015 Gold American Eagle PF70 four coin set from us in December of 2015, and now you may be interested in selling the coin set. First, we are happy to assist you. Second, it appears that you may have received coins without the Ed Moy labels, which does not affect the value in the way you described - but may have been a mistake on our part as far as when the coins were originally shipped to you.

We would be happy to have those coins re-labeled for you with the Ed Moy labels at no cost to you for the re-labeling. We will simply need to get those coins sent to us so we can re-submit them to the third party grading agency to have them updated and re-recorded with the updated serial numbers. Then, we can either send them back to you or assist you in liquidating the coins if you would like to sell them.

The BID price you received for the coins is our open market BID price, not our Consignment Price, which is available to you after owning the coins for 3 months. You purchased the coins on December 2, 2015, which means you will be eligible to sell them through our Consignment Sales Program after December 2, 2018 (3 years). At that time, we will work with you to sell your coins at our current ASK Price - currently $7,215.00 - and return 82% of the proceeds to you. If you choose to utilize this method of selling our coins on or after December 2, 2018, you are likely to receive a much larger amount for the sale of your coins.

Regardless of what you decide to do in respect to selling or retaining your coins, we would be happy to have them re-labeled with the Ed Moy labels for you. Please contact our Customer Service Team at *** to arrange for this service.

Best regards,

The U.S. Gold Bureau Team

I sold 19 oz of gold coins to US Gold Bureau with a quoted price of $23,951.46 on June 27, 2018. I have delivered my coins to US Gold Bureau on June 28, 2018 and US Gold Bureau acknowledged receipt of my gold coins on June 28, 2018. I have requested payment to be issued to my bank account via ACH.

I have been waiting for my payment for the last 2 weeks. I have called US Gold Bureau's customer service numbers multiple times and they refused to give me an update on my order status. I have also emailed ***@***.com but they do not respond. Now they are not picking up my calls and they have not called me back. I am still short $23,951.46 or 19 oz of gold that I sent them on June 27, 2018.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the sale of some of your precious metal products to us. We investigated your inquiry and found that you were PAID IN FULL for the items you sold to us; however, there was a delay while we waited on ***rmation from you, which was required to complete the transaction and settle payment.

Certain paperwork and/or ***rmation is required when selling items, which is a requirement by federal law - it is not a U.S. Gold Bureau policy that delayed payment to you.

At this time, you have been PAID IN FULL as agreed. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Thank you for your business with the U.S. Gold Bureau.

U.S. Gold Bureau Consultant *** told me about gold. I decided to buy the one ounce gold bullions . I wired $10300.00 to US Gold Bureau
and I planned to sent more, but couldn't decide to. *** knew I wanted gold bullions, but decided to talk me into gold coin sets. I called back the next day and told him I didn't want gold sets - I wanted gold bullions. He said the gold coins sets would appreciate faster. I said, " I don't care I want gold bullions." Well the gold coins were sent anyway to me. I didn't know what to do, finally a few days later, I called *** and told him I wanted to send the gold coins back for the gold bullions. He objected and said I would only get 82% of the value for the returned gold coins and I had to hold them for five years. I said, Oh no, when you were trying to tell me how great they were you never mension any of those rules. I sent the gold coins back to U. S. Gold Bureau. ***'s supervisor told me to sent them back for a full credit on the gold bullions. I returned them on 4-20-2018. The Post Office delivered them on 4-24-2018. I keep calling and leaving messages, but Brain nor supervisor will answer the telephone or call me back. I want them to acknowledge receipt of gold coins and send me the 10 gold bullions I requested. I will pay the different in price.

USGB Response • May 07, 2018

Hi, Ms. -

I spoke with one of our staff members this morning about your inquiry to the Revdex.com, and I understand that we already authorized a refund for the items in question last week (before you submitted your inquiry to the Revdex.com). Our records indicate that we received the two items back at our facility on May 1, 2018, and the credit for the returned items was allocated to your account.

In reviewing your account I can see that you also placed a new order for $13,217.80 on May 2nd. Per your instructions we are using the credit from the items you returned to us and applying it to the new order. This will leave a balance due, which I was informed you will be sending in funds to cover the balance by bank wire in the next day or two. Once your payment is received we will release your new order for shipment to you.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Best regards,

The U.S. Gold Bureau Team

In May of 2017, I sold gold coins to USGB, LLC and I was told by *** that the coins I sent were not worth what I had paid for them which was about $90,000. The value that I was quoted was the worth being $29,000. I was sent coins and diamonds in payment for what USGB bought. The diamonds that were sent to me was a Fancy Intense Pink diamond (0.19 carat) for $8,190.00 and a Very Light Pink diamond (0.44 carat) for $5,022.00. I told *** shortly after receiving the diamonds that I was not interested in diamonds as part of my portfolio and he said that the company would probably give me about $8,000. I thought that I could maybe get more for the diamonds elsewhere although I realize that the price is subject to current market value. I did not pursue the issue to the time.
In April of this year I again asked *** about selling the diamonds to USGB and asked if they would still be willing to pay the $8,000. He told me he would need to check with his managers and would let me know. In the meantime, I checked with an organization to see what the diamonds would be worth. I was quoted $568.00 for both diamonds. I took that information back to *** and he had no idea of the value of the diamonds and again I asked if the diamonds would be bought back buy USGB for $8,000. He again stated that he would need to check with his managers. I stated that it appeared that USGB had misrepresented what the diamonds were actually worth and I had been cheated. *** stated that the worth was based on the market and the company who had evaluated the price was misleading me because they were just trying to make money. My reply was, "Well you are doing the same thing". He had no reply to my comment. He went on to say that he worked on commission and didn't want to lose my business so he would do everything to make it right.
I checked with another jeweler about the value of the diamonds and he stated that they likely were not worth very much. He went on to say that they were too small to be mounted as they were. When I next spoke with ***, I relayed this information.
Again, I called back last week and *** told me that there requests for quotes on the diamonds had been sent out to other organizations to see what the true value was at this time. He said again that he would let me know as soon as he knew anything. I called back again on Tuesday and left a message for *** to say that the USGB was stalling and had no intention of doing anything about the diamonds and that I would take whatever action I could to at least expose their business practices. Thus, I am submitting this complaint.

USGB Response • May 04, 2018

Ms.,

We received your inquiry through the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) communication platform, and I have reviewed the details available to me about your interactions with our Company.

When you first contacted us you did so because you had purchased $90,000 worth of overpriced precious metal products from another precious metals dealer – and you requested our help to spread the remaining value out into products that would diversify your holdings. At that time, we worked with you to get you the highest price we could for the items you had purchased at the other company. Then, we worked with you to take the funds from those items and spread it across a diversified portfolio of products. At the time, we worked with you to create the portfolio we suggested numerous different product types, which you ultimately decided to get a blend of gold, silver, platinum and some diamond products.

We cannot control the market factors for any of these products, the prices do go up and down based on market demands and other factors. This is why we recommend that consumers plan to hold the items long enough to allow appreciation to occur. There are times in the market when prices are compressed, which is currently happening in the precious metals and diamond markets. (This is primarily due to the stock market performing well, which is resulting in lower demand for alternative assets.)

As evidence of our efforts to help build you a balanced portfolio, we were very pleased with what you stated in a previous email communication to us. On June 16, 2017, in an email communication to our representative you stated, “By the way, I told you that I had the diamonds appraised and they turned out to be worth MORE than I paid.”

While we can’t control the markets, we are always happy when items in our clients’ portfolios are up in value. You did not mention in the email what diamond company quoted you the higher price, nor did you mention whether or not you had offered to sell them at the higher quoted price.

We have submitted requests for quotes from numerous international diamond distributors for your two diamond products, and we are awaiting their quotes. We apologize that it is taking longer than usual, but it is likely due to those distributors researching where they can place the diamond and get the highest price.

I have personally requested that our buying department follow up with those international distributors on Monday to get you a price for your diamonds.

If you would truly like to sell your diamonds I would encourage you to contact the business that quoted you the higher price you mentioned in your email of June 16, 2017.

Additionally, all of the items in your portfolio you have held for less than 1 year. We recommend that clients buying precious metals and/or diamond products plan to hold them for at least 5 years.

We will get back to you with the prices we receive from the international diamond distributors as soon as it is available to us. And, we will do our absolute best to get you the highest price we possibly can.

Best regards,

The U.S. Gold Bureau Team

Customer Response • May 04, 2018

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The higher price you talked about was a quote by a jeweler was for insurance purposes only and *** was aware of that information. When I decided to attempt to sell the diamonds to another company that was when I was told the diamonds were only worth $568 because of the size and difficulty in mounting them independently. I am well aware that the diamonds value depends on the market. It is very interesting that I was quoted a buy back price last year of $8000 which was only days after the diamonds were sent to me. Again, this is not a fair settlement by USGB and they are responding now only because of the complaint to the Revdex.com. These are not the practices of a company that professes to be above board and transparent as quoted to me by *** and ***.

Regards

USGB Response • May 07, 2018

Hi, Ms. –

I do not have enough information about the quote of $568.00 that you received from the other company to confirm anything about that offer. However, I did receive good offers back today from the international diamond traders we worked with on your behalf to try to get you the best price.

The quote we received was for $6,293.80, which is more than 11 (eleven) times the amount quoted by the other company you referenced. It seems that the company you received the quote from was not giving you the best price possible.

Again, keep in mind that the market for alternative assets is slow right now – so prices are depressed from their highs. The prices can go up and down at any time, but sometimes stay the same for a while as well.

We’re sorry that it took a little while longer to get back to you with the BID prices from the diamond traders, but sometimes things can take a little longer when working internationally. We’ll take a look at our process and see if there is any way to speed things up a bit in the future.

Please let us know if you’d like to proceed with selling your diamonds, or if you were just looking for a bona fide quote.

Best regards,

The U.S. Gold Bureau Team

Thank you for your kind review of our business. We appreciate your business and will work hard to provide you with great service.

I was promised delivery of my gold shipment within two weeks. I ordered from these people on March 27 of this year, paid, and as of April 16 I am STILL waiting for some notification of delivery time. They promised to email me the shipment date with a tracking link for Fedex. Their customer service extention (number 5 on their phone menu) says the number is inoperative. I am worried I may have been ripped off of nearly all of my life savings, 18,795 dollars. The order number is ***.
On or about 4/12, I had an email from another salesperson from the same company, I think her name was ***. We talked on the computer chat line and then by phone. She was unaware of my order status, but looked it up and said it would be at my place by today (4/16/2018) but that way before that I would recieve an email with a tracking link on the day it shipped thru Fedex.

USGB Response • Apr 18, 2018

Hi, *** –

We’re very sorry that your order did not ship within the standard two week shipment period quoted for most orders. The reason for the delay was due to one specific product you had ordered that we were waiting to receive from the 3rd party authentication agency.

The item that caused the delay arrived today, and your order was processed and shipped. We upgraded your shipment to Standard Overnight shipping to get it to you as fast as possible. You will receive an email with your tracking number later today, and the order is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Please note that you will need to be present to sign for the package due to the value of the contents.

Please let us know if we can help you with any other matters. And, again, we apologize for the slight delay in your order shipping.

Thank you for your business.

Best regards,

I am very happy to post a review of my experience in dealing with your company through the assistance of Tylor P, Account Executive. Mr. has been very informative and patient in helping me understand the fundamentals of purchasing gold and silver. I have purchased precious metals from other companies, but the services and attention to detail from Mr. have far exceeded my experiences with other companies. I appreciate the fact that he does not pressure you to make a purchase which you are not comfortable with. He goes all out to educate you and answer all questions you have. He has gained my trust and I would highly recommend his services.

I have been doing business with United States Gold Bureau for just over 2 years now and I am always impressed with their service and quality of their color diamonds and bullion products. My representative at USGB Joseph K (*** ) has always gone out of his way to help me with any of my questions and concerns. Really impressed with his knowledge especially with color argyle diamonds. I haven't had any issues with my orders and have received my diamond products in a timely fashion. I would recommend USGB LLC to my friends and family.

The most positive & educational talk with any persons within a company happened earlier tonight.
I spoke with Joe K with United States Gold Bureau. He navigated & showed me through the website easily.
Mr. Joe was polite and spoke with me thoroughly about the questions I had for him.
Great Experience

Thank you for your review.

My name is Thomas F from South Florida. I have purchased a fairly large amount of gold coins and have always had a very positive experience. My Advisor, Tyler, is interested in my financial growth and regularly checks in to see if there have been any changes to my situation or my plans. As a former Senior Vice President of a national bank's brokerage program, I would hire an Advisor like Tyler in a heartbeat. My IRA Specialist, Ron, is also client-centric. Both of these men have made me a US Gold Bureau client for life. The company and their employees have earned my trust and my business.
