Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:YOU PEOPLE ARE CRAZY! I NEVER GOT PAST THE GUARDS AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT ON YOUR CAMERAS! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR SERVICES NOT AT 100% TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION....YOU CAN SAY WHAT YOU WANT ABOUT THIS BUT WE NEVER WERE ABLE TO GET PAST THE GUARDS AFTER OVER HOURS YOU JUST GET TIRED OF THE [redacted] AND LIES! I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS YOUR POLICY...WELL YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE I AM NOT\WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANY OF THIS RESERVATION...I WILL NEVER STAY WITH YOU NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND YOUR PLACE TO ANYONE! AND FROM WHAT I READ FROM OTHERS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE HAD UNHAPPY PEOPLE!!! YOU CAN SAY THAT YOU HAD PASSES READY FOR ME AT THE GATE...BUT I DID NOT HAVE ANY PASSES...NOR DID THE GUARDS HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON ME HENCE THE OVER HOURS DEALING WITH THE GUARDS AND OTHERS THAT TRIED TO COME IN HAD THE SAME PROBLEMSAND TO TOP IT OFF I NEVER RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS BACK SO I JUST STOPPED CALLING VACATION RENTAL PROS I AM 100% DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY..WOULDN'T YOU BE UPSET AND WANT TO STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU GOT TREATED LIKE I DID..THAT'S WHY WE LEFT AND STAYED AT OTHER HOTELSYOU THINK YOU HAVE A RESERVATION AND BAM YOU GO TO CHECK IN TO FIND THE GUARDS TELLING YOU WE HAVE NOTHING ON FILE FOR YOU....COME ON NOW THIS HAS BEEN SINCE OCTOBER 19TH ...THIS IS A LITTLE RIDICULOUS..JUST REFUND MY MONEY ALREADY! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The advertising needs to stopIf I agreed to have $taken out of my account and then over $is attempted to be withdrawn out of my account and I receive a penalty from my bank over an UNAUTHORIZED amount attempting to debit that is fraudI have uploaded copies of confirmations, copy of emails that show an unauthorized amount was attempted to be withdrawnThen the secondary reservation confirmation was not honored because of some day waiting period nonsense Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made a reservation and received confirmation on May This reservation showed the $deposit but as shown by other emails the total amount was attempted to be debited from my accountPhone calls went unanswered and emails went unresponded to regarding the payment amountAfter moving funds and clearing with the bank for the entire amount to be debited, I received ANOTHER confirmation on June [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we lost beneficial use of the house for three daysThe mulch odor was aband horribleThe number of bathrooms stated was misrepresented as there was only 1/2, not as listedThe house had not been cleaned properly There were filthy patio chair cushions, and with cigarette package, contact lenses, pacifier, food debris on the floor and greasy kitchen areaWe waited two days for the pool filter to be fixed and could not use the pool during this time after the mulching VRP refused to come and inspect the odor with us Calls made to them (23) over four days did not result in correcting the problemsThe inadequate $offer was contingent upon our signing a release not to leave negative feedback anywhere At this point we are willing to accept $to end this matterWe had paid over $10,for this rental Regards, [redacted] ***

One day before the home [redacted] revealed to vacation rental pros that they were installing a poolWe updated the renter as soon as we were informedOnce contacting by the [redacted] the renter we updated, that they could cancel their reservation and or they could stay thereI did everything in my power to make sure that the property was clean and ready for their stayThe property was exterminated 12/as well as cleaned 12/12/- The property was then viewed by an inspector the day of arrival to let us know that there were no issuesAfter talking to the renters they agreed to sign the addendum asking for no further compensation for this rental.With even this email back from the renter- Thank you for this informationI will contact you or someone else on the team if we have any troubleI have signed the agreement and received confirmation that it was sentThanks for your help,Family was at the location from 12/7-12/and at NO time during their stay did the family reach out to anyone at vacation rental pros to state of the property inside and or any more bug and or cleanliness issuesThey were issues a credit of $credit for a day stay with no reported issues

The guest made a value reservation for nights As we described prior, all of our properties are shown and listed online for guest to review We had reservations prior and after Mr [redacted] ' stay Neither guest had mentioned anything that would cause illness, effect their allergies or indicate strong odor in the condominium It is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] became ill during his vacation but we cannot assume it came from something inside the property

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Vacation Rental Pros has failed to address the problem They continue to say they have no way to resolve it and that is not true They now want me to provide a letter that they will sign without any details on how to achieve that end The longer they delay, the more loss of business for us All communications with [redacted] assure me that it has to be resolved on their end They have my contact information and if they are sincere in resolving the problem they can call me The longer they delay, the more business for them - or perhaps retribution for leaving their agency I can not contact them because they have accused me of harassment.A key word search of "***s [redacted] ***" results in many links to Vacation Rental Pros with directions how to rent properties that are similar to ours - " Please call us at [redacted] or contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you! " is how these searches link to their contacts -- Other links now include ' [redacted] ', [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] all have Vacation Rental Pros phone number attached to our property name So now the problem is getting bigger Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com,Most of our properties require a Saturday arrival and a Saturday departure to rent the property during the Spring and Summer.We understand the customer wanted to book from Wednesday March 30, to Tuesday April 5, - and those dates do not comply to our Saturday to Saturday requirement.We discussed this with the guest, and that the property is not available for rent from March 30, to April 5, 2016.I want to apologize if email correspondence indicated the property was not available to the guest if they want to book from Saturday March 26, to Saturday, April 9, 2016.This was an error made by the staff, and I apologize they provided the wrong information.Clearly the property is still available as per our web site, and the customer can book it on the web site if they are willing to book from Saturday March 26, to Saturday, April 9, 2016.As an act of good faith, we would like to offer the guest a 20% discount on the rate if they would like to book this property from Saturday March 26, to Saturday, April 9,

We advertise the property on our website and there is nowhere indicated that the property is handicap accessible nor equipped None of our properties are equipped since all vacation homes and condos are residential properties owned by individual ownersWe relocate the property what we have in our management and sent cleaner back with arrangement with the guest.If guest is still complaining about cleaning, we are willing to pay cleaning fee We believe we have been accommodating with the guest very fairly

This proves to me that they are accountable but not willing to solve a problem that they know to be true!
