The property that Mr*** rented had a large combination gas stove in the kitchen. There is a large center stove and a smaller side stove.The center stove malfunctioned and could not be used, however, the side stove was fully functional but smaller. The *** is going to
repair/replace the stove but this couldn't be done a day before the Thanksgiving holiday. We certainly understand Mr***'s concerns for a larger stove for cooking and we will follow up on the credit $

I am rejecting this response because: on Friday you said my review was to be posted on your site Saturday Today is Tuesday and my review is still not posted Once again, poor follow through I see you have removed the sentence about the baby gate in the listing as requested Do you now see how it was falsely advertised? Again, no one from customer service has called me or offered any compensation for the house not being as stated in the listing and causing extra stress to my familyAnd as mentioned there was a house that was less money we would have booked had we known or found another house without a pool since you knew since MayWe paid over budget for this house because of the gate Thank you Revdex.com for your help or I feel I would have never received a response from the company otherwise
