To the Revdex.com, we indicate this is NOT a valid complaint at all.*** is a 3rd party and has no affiliation with Vacation Rental Pros Vacation Rental Pros delisted this property several weeks ago on the Vacation Rental Pros web site once the contract with the *** expired.Vacation Rental Pros category refutes that the *** Mrand Mrs*** own the customer list created by Vacation Rental Pros The customers were booked by Vacation Rental Pros and signed guest contracts with Vacation Rental Pros and accepted our terms and conditions which include receiving electronic communication (emails) Vacation Rental Pros operates within contract law We ask the Revdex.com to have Mrand Mrs*** provide any written signed documents that support their claims of wrong doing.In terms of a 3rd party site like ***, Mrsand Mr*** need to contact that site if they feel they are improperly listing their property We will support them with whatever written communication they need from our company But, properties listed on a 3rd party web site are not the responsibility of Vacation Rental Pros

I am rejecting this response because: To be clear, the business did not state they required Saturday to Saturday rentals until AFTER they sent an email notification that the property was AVAILABLE for the dares requested and AFTER they quoted a rate for those dates If it is the policy, then don't commit otherwise My position does not change If they had sent the first email saying a Saturday arrival was required, I would have moved on In fact, I did so with several other properties

I am rejecting this response because: Vacation Rental Pros has failed to address the problem. They continue to say they have no way to resolve it and that is not true. They now want me to provide a letter that they will sign without any details on how to achieve that end. The longer they delay, the more loss of business for us All communications with *** assure me that it has to be resolved on their end. They have my contact information and if they are sincere in resolving the problem they can call me. The longer they delay, the more business for them - or perhaps retribution for leaving their agency. I can not contact them because they have accused me of harassment.A key word search of "***s *** ***" results in many links to Vacation Rental Pros with directions how to rent properties that are similar to ours - " Please call us at *** *** or contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you! " is how these searches link to their contacts -- Other links now include '***', ***, ***, *** all have Vacation Rental Pros phone number attached to our property name. So now the problem is getting bigger.

Upon guest request, our service department sent our vendor and cure the situation within hours which is very reasonable response.The pool always regular maintenance scheduled and cleaned on 12/ . And the mulch was a routine landscaping item that is
done for all addresses within the association. Although guest agreement guest signed, there will be no refund due to maintenance and cured within hours in timely manner, we offered them $refund for showing that guest might have inconvenience.And also, management has control for the construction and we fully disclose on the guest contract guest were signed

We advertise the property on our website and there is nowhere indicated that the property is handicap accessible nor equipped. None of our properties are equipped since all vacation homes and condos are residential properties owned by individual owners. I am sorry to hear the guest was upset but management offered to relocate and sent cleaner back immediately upon guest request

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by agents that I was to receive compensation for our stay in March of this year, not for a future stayAfter they way this agency handled the problem I don't think I would book another vacation with themI also have a contract stating the problem was to be fixed within 48 hours and it never was by the time we left. *** ***
