The customer’s allegations are unfounded on all accounts, starting with the purchase date of the vehicle, which was over year ago, on 1/21/Furthermore, 100% of this transaction was in good faith, and 100% compliant with all laws that govern this industryThis customer was super happy about the purchase, signed off and approved in writing that the vehicle was 100% perfect on the test drive report, also signed and approved the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that properly discloses that the vehicle was Front wheel driveIn addition, during the delivery process the customer was explained in a detailed and overly thorough process on all the aspects of the vehicle, to include drive train etc..., and signed off and all details were approved by the customerAll documents proving this have been forward to the Revdex.com.Tell us why here

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I spoke to the person named "Pam" (199ride sales manager) at ###-###-#### at approx4pm in the afternoon(after she contacted me over times)I asked her to locate a specific car and gave her the stock number that was postedShe put me on hold and said she'd call them right while I was on the lineShe came back on, said she had just spoke to the Antigo lot manager, the car was sitting right there and that they would put a 'hold' on it if I made an appointment to come down the next morningI made the appointment for 10:15am the next morningI told her this was a long trip and I didn't want to waste time, gas, and perhaps miss workShe guaranteed it would be waiting and it should be exactly what I was looking forWhen I arrived at 10am, I found a salesman, told him I had an appointment, and gave him the stock number and car descriptionHe informed me the car was not, in fact there...never was there, and there were no intentions of it coming there( said it was in Green Bay)I told him that it was very poor business practice to trick me into coming down, he stated that this happens on a regular basis and he wasn't surprisedHe then said he had many nicer cars available, (at much more money)If this isn't a classic 'Bait & Switch' scam, I don't know what would beTheir answer to my complaint is ridiculous and quite obvious they never actually looked into this matter Regards, [redacted]

After further review, customer agreed to cosign for her son and understood that we only looked at her credit information onceAll other inquires are from us submitting her and her son off to see what available financing there was for them that customer agreed toPlease consider this matter

After further review, The customer is approved, but he doesn't qualify for the $down and the $amonth programAll sales and promotions are subject to approval and credit worthinessWe do not determine the customers worthiness, the banks doYou can not compare one customer's experience with
anotherEvery customer is different and the banks will always determine what we can and can't do for a customerWe do apologize for not being able to show the customer a better solution, but the customer was given a proper approval with money down or a qualified cosignerIf the customer chooses to come back we would love to show him his options again and let him choose what direction he wants to go in

This complaint is simply not true and is unfoundedYou were offered GAP Coverage at the time of sale…you signed a waiver of coverage denying and stating you did not want GAP coverageWe have this document on fileWe are in the business of selling GAP and most banks want GAP coverage unless there

*** *** I don't think this is right, we could have come on the weekend and not missed two hours of work, I want to also report when we giving our information at the dealer he was on his phone with his daughter on facetime or something I could see and hear her all of our personal information was being said, who knows who was with her at the time, very messed just like your other place in antigo where the guy swore the whole time, you guys are very messed up, I will go somewhere else, make up all these lies and deny everything so you don't ever have to pay anybody, cant even fix the cracked windshield from when I bought it from you because you want me to take off work with no pay to drive hours to have fixed near you,
