The Director of Operations has tired to contact the consumer multiple times via phone and the calls remain unanswered or returned regarding a resolution of the issues stated by consumer.Tell us why here
The allegations are UNFOUNDED, cause this customer was approved on a Chevy Cruze as she statedWe guarantee our staff is compliant with all regulations that govern this industry when helping our customers finance a vehicleTo be clear… we would NEVER quote payments over the phone as we are
not the banks. We are a Dealer For The People changing lives every day, and helping 1000's of people every year
Again, customer is approved for a vehicle loan, but because of how much income we can actually prove to the banks, we were limited on which banks we could useIn all of our advertising we always 100% state that every one of our promotions are subject to approved creditThe banks required the customer to be at a lower payment for a vehicle purchase because of his incomeThey didn't want him to be at a high debt to income ratio, therefore, they were requesting more money down to get a deal doneCustomer is approved, but has to again either come up with more money down or a qualified cosignerWe will be more than happy and willing to show the customer that he is approved and that he can drive away in a nicer newer car
