AFTER ADVISING THE SALES PERSON ON THE PHONE OF MY NEEDS FOR AN INEXPENSIVE VEHILCE WITH PAYMENTS NOT TO EXCEED $PER MONTH, I WAS PRESENTED WITH A CHEROLET CRUZ WITH A STICKER OF $20,AND A PAYMENT OF $PER MONTHTHAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND I TOLD THAT TO THE SALES PERSON WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIPTHEN, I DISCOVERED THAT THEY TRIED TO GET FINANING AT A NUMBER OF FINANCE ORGANIZATIONS FOR $9500, FAR MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY SAID I WOULD WANT TO PAYTHE PEOPLE THERE JUST DON'T GET ITTHEY WANT TO SELL CARS NO MATTER WHETHER IT IS CONVENIENT FOR THE BUYERWHEN THE CAR I CAME IN DID NOT RUN, THEY OFFERED ME ANOTHER VEHICLEBY THAT TIME, SOMEONE WAS COMING SIXTY MILES TO PICK ME UP AND THE SALES PERSON SAID TO TAKE THE CAR ANYWAYI WAS NOT RAISED THAT WAYI WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO SOMEONE WHO WAS DOING ME A FAVOR BY NOT BEING THERE WHEN I SAID I WOULDTHE SALES MANAGER SAID SINCE I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH YOU, HE WOULD NOT PAY TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED BACK HOME BECAUSE HE DIDNT DO FAVORS FOR PEOPLE WHO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAIN THE COMPANYNEARLY ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PEOPLE HAVE FILED COMPLAINTSTHEY DO NOT RESPECT PEOPLE, IT IS ALL ABOUT SELLING CARS AT ANY COSTWHY THEY HAVE A PLUS RATING WITH YOU, I DON'T KNOWI NOW HAVE PURCHASED A VEHICLE AT THE PRICE AND PAYMENTS I WANTED ALL ALONG, FROM PEOPLE WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME SINCE I HAD NO CAR AND THEREFORE NO TRANSPORTATIONTHEY ALSO NEED TO TELL PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THEIR PHONES, TO STOP GIVING INFO OUT TO CALLERS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE NOT INVOLVED WITH THE SALEMY CAR IS HOMETHE TOW BILL WAS $AND I THINK THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD PAY IT*** ***

*** *** I just want what is owed to me, review your camera and see what was going on just couldn't believe it, very unprofessional should of walked out then, I just cant believe its run like that, when I walked in felt like I was in the Antigo office,

In regards to this complaint, the Dealership respectfully disagrees with the allegations. We are A Dealer For The People, changing lives everyday and helping thousands of happy customers every year.The quality of this vehicle was excellent at the time of sale, as evidenced by a Properly
disclosed and compliant WI State Buyer’s GuideThe same buyers guide of which this customer signed and agreed to the same, and the test drive report was also signed by the customer stating the vehicle was in excellent condition and no problems foundFurthermore, the customer bought a 99,mile vehicle and was offered an extended warranty to further protect the vehicle and himselfIn writing, he declined the extended warranty, deciding not to protect the long term value of the vehicleAlso, to additionally vouch for the quality of this vehicle we provided a month/ mile powertrain limited warranty at no charge to the customer at the time of delivery.The customer has successfully owned this vehicle for almost years now, with no prior concerns of any problems. We are a dealer for the people and we would be willing to invite the customer to our service shop where we are sure we can save him money on the repairs

The response given by Wausau Auto does not state how they will repair this mistake on their part, or give any further details as to what they will be doing for future clients or myself to fix their errorsI would like some sort of verification and clarification as to what will be done for me and how this will be made better

The customer’s allegations are unfounded on all accounts, starting with the purchase date of the vehicle, which was over year ago, on 1/21/Furthermore, 100% of this transaction was in good faith, and 100% compliant with all laws that govern this industryThis customer was super happy about
the purchase, signed off and approved in writing that the vehicle was 100% perfect on the test drive report, also signed and approved the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that properly discloses that the vehicle was Front wheel driveIn addition, during the delivery process the customer was explained in a detailed and overly thorough process on all the aspects of the vehicle, to include drive train etc..., and signed off and all details were approved by the customerAll documents proving this have been forward to the Revdex.com.Tell us why here

Please note.....your own radio ad claims that "I will give you $over the *** *** *** value of your trade-in, regardless of its condition or whether it is paid off or not." You would not even consider my trade in which is contrary to what your advertisement claims. And your ad says nothing about having to be approved for the $down paymentYour ad says"All you need is $down with payments starting as low as $199." I didn't expect to drive off with payments of $199, as a matter of fact I told you I budgeted myself to be able to afford $350. But the kicker still remainsmy employee who makes less than me, has worse credit than me, had a lesser of a vehicle for trade in than me (which you took) was able to drive off the lot with a Volkswagon Passat with only $Don't give me the run around about banks and approvalsSomething is not right! If you would have adhered to your own advertising, I would have used the money from YOUR offer for trade-ins to be used for down payment

I have two hard inquiries in my credit from Wausau Auto and I never stepped foot in either of their locations or gave any verbal consent to a credit check for any reasonSomeone called from Wausau Auto about this complaint and said he would have those hard inquiries removed from the credit agencies, but nothing has happened yetIs it not illegal to just run someone's credit without their permission? Should I file charges? This is fraudThey are in the wrong and I want them to take those inquiries off my creditAsk them for the proof of why my credit was run?

Tommy the sales rep would have actually had to explain to me what gap insurance is where I had to have my insurance company explain it. I'd love to see where I signed this as I have no record of being offered and declined gap insurance. What a great pr it would be to actually make this huge error on your part right...but again I see many many dissatisfied comments and no resolution but you are for the people. prove it.
