Critter Control's staff (Zac, Tim, Cameron and Pam) were extremely courteous and professional helping me handle a bat infestation I was terrified especially since one got out into my living room I was an anxious wreck and they did everything they could to respond promptly and answer all of my questionsThey were so patient and proffessional with me and I feel they did quality work I am hopeful that with all their hard work the bats will be gone once and for all after hibernation

We have done business with Critter Control for a couple years and highly recommend their services We live on five acres and have a mole problem and Critter Control has been extremely successful in catching and removing the moles This year is the worse year for moles and they have removed moles from our property.so far this year

When I heard a thumping sound in my attic late at night I called Critter Control Dayton Jeff Tarrived after midnight and did a very thorough search inside, outside and on the roof He identified the problem (raccoon), explained how/why it would be in our attic, set traps and recommended a course of action One raccoon was trapped the next day Jeff returned daily for the next week or so to reset the traps and fix the entry point in the soffitHe also recommended cutting back or removing some trees that would allow raccoons or squirrels to get onto our roof He discussed the damage the raccoon caused and showed us photos he took inside our attic Jeff suggested, without being pushy, that we tear out the old insulation and have an attic restoration done He explained the procedure and suggested we check with our insurance company to see if it was covered by our policy We could not have received better service Jeff was very personable and professional We would definitely use Critter Control if we have another problem

I recently had an issue with a raccoon getting into the attic of my home and I hired this company to take care of my problem Everyone that I encountered with this company was very good and nice to deal with My technician Zac was great! Wildlife Damage Control Technician, Amanda Q***, at Critter Control provided outstanding service in ridding my property of raccoonsShe was cordial, knowledgeable and diligent in her daily duties, removing caged animals and re-bating for two weeksAfter all of the critters were captured, she thoroughly cleaned the areaI definitely will recommend Critter Control to anyone who is experiencing problems with intrusive wildlife

We recently had a raccoon in our attic which ended up having babies - our technician Jeff Twas able to find the babies and remove them before any significant damage occurred We are currently working with them to clean our attic and seal the entry area Jeff and the other staff have been very professional

We have used Critter Control on and off (first raccoon problems and now moles) for five years and have always been very satisfied This spring Tim has caught two moles (so far) and was good at checking the traps and leaving notes to communicate with us Very pleased with their service

This evening I was searching for someone to remove two skunks that were in my box trapWithin and hour and a half from first speaking with Amanada she was at my house to take care of my very stinky problemShe was very professional and answered all of my many questionsA lot of companies would have told me that they would see me in the morning which is not what she didShe definitely knows what good customer service is!!! I highly recommend her and the company that she works for!
