We were happy with the serviceAlthough we originally asked that they focus on removing raccoons, we asked the technician to remove all wildlife except squirrelsUnfortunately they released a possum stating that if they took it they wouldn't have a cage to leaveWe would have had them take it if they told us before they released itWe would still recommend Critter Control to any oneI wish that Villages, and Cities when making improvements that run the wild life into the neighborhoods would contract with Critter Control to rid the residents of the disease carrying & potentially destructive & nuisance wildlife Thank you very much Critter Control!

I had asked to have a raccoon removed from under my deck After taking raccoons and opossums away and charging me for the removal of the opossums I cancelled their service Opossums were NEVER mentioned when I asked for removal of the raccoon but I was charged anyway! Poor business practice!

Critter Control is fast, friendly, and get the job done Kenny was my field service guy this time and he was thorough in checking things out and made good recommendations I'm not for spending for a monthly treatment, but all else was good

Steve came over within a few hours of our call and explained the processhe's a very good communicator and a fun guyHe did a great job setting three humane traps, explaining the process and checking our house for possible places critters could get into our homeOur groundhog was caught within one day, and Steve came out a few hours later to pick him up and leave some cardboard in the opening to the groundhog’s tunnelHe left the other traps for two more days to see if there were additional groundhogs on the propertyOn the third day, he saw the cardboard had not been disturbed, so he knew there were no additional groundhogsThen he put wire mesh and concrete into the burrow to seal up the entrance, and he removed the rest of the trapsWe’re very pleased with the serviceHighly recommend!

Cameron at critter control came out to my house as scheduled and inspected the property and proposed a reasonable solution to deal with mice He’s been back monthly to inspect traps around perimeter and leaves me with feedback I had hired the company a few years ago to help with wood peckers pecking holes into siding and was pleased with their work then as well
