We have been using the water filtration system since October (months) and we have been very happy The biggest difference I have noticed is the absence of the hard water build up around our sink faucets I also love the taste of the water from the reverse osmosis system Our ice is clearer too I think it's worth the money I'm excited that we are able to take it with us if we decide to move The extra product it comes with us worked well for us We are still using the soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, etcmonths later and still have so much left over I give this product thumbs up

The installation was easy with the team that was sent out, they had it installed and completed within the same day of ordering our system! When I first got a call from a sales person, I almost hung upHowever, they said that I had been referred to by my sister and her husbandThen was offered a $gift card to have someone do a demonstrationI agreed, with the expectation that I was going to watch, but not buyBy the end of Roy's presentation, I asked "where do I sign?!" I knew the quality of water in our area was bad, so the demonstrations were not that surprisingWhat sold me was the money and time SAVED by using less cleaning productsThat and the environmentally friendly soap package that came with itWhat a deal! My parents and grandmother had identical systems installed into both of their houses within a week of ours! We sure can see and feel a difference almost immediately! Roy the initial salesman, and Bob, the follinspector, were both great to work with and so helpful!

Valley Environmental Resources came out to our house to do a "water review"My husband and I knew that it was a sales pitch but were curious as to what exactly was in our waterWe have been drinking bottled water since moving to the area as the tap water is simply not palatableBob, the marketing representative, was very knowledgeable and very entertainingWe have been looking to get a water softener for a while and the ability to get such a high quality one at reasonable cost was very appealingWe were paying to have bottled water delivered to our house and the monthly cost for the water softener loan is just a few dollars moreIt is well worth it to have water that is drinkable, will not destroy our appliances and dry out our skinWe have not regretted our purchase for one minuteNothing Bob said was wrong or misleadingMy husband and I have suffered from dry, itchy skin for yearsIt is goneIt is really nice to not have to deal with the large gallon water bottles anymore and being able to drink our tap water is wonderfulOnce we decided to go ahead Bob made it easyThe installation crew was at our house the next morningThey were very fast, efficient and professional
Our water conditioning system was installed on March 21, [redacted] our sales representative was professional and informed about the issues with the water in our area The installation team was courteous and professional They did a great job with the installation and clean up Right away we noticed how much easier it was to clean the dishes Our glassware is less cloudy and we have noticed a large reduction in spots Keeping our shower door clean has also become much easier Regular cleaning has become faster and spotting has been greatly reduced after we use the shower, which makes it stay cleaner, longer We notice also the reduction in soap sm residue as well My wife is enjoying the taste of our drinking water Our need for purchasing bottled water has been reduced We often need to use a humidifier in the dryer months of the year, and it has been great not having to buy distilled water The savings on money and time has been great Another great benefit of the water conditioning system has been the benefit for our skin Our skin does not dry out as much as it used to We also notice that we donâ t have to use as much soap and shampoo any more We are glad we purchased our water conditioning system and would gladly recommend the system to others The immediate benefits combined with the cost savings in the future make the system well worth it
This company came to sell us this water system and made sure that booth parties were here at our house to pitch us this systemThen when it came to installing the system they just made sure my wife was there and not my selfThey told my wofe that they recommended the two units in the garage in the corner by the doorWhen I came home from work I couldn't even park my vehicle in the garage and when I finally got the vehicle in the garage I couldn't even get around the system to get inside the houseThey ran a water drain line above some electrical that I have installed and to see a water line just thrown across the garage ceiling and not supported neatly made me very unhappyThey came out and moved it a week later after this complaintI contacted the company a month later after not seeing anything change with the dish washer and laundry washing machineThe dishes are still dirty and clothes are not as clean as we expectedI then called and told them we are not happy with this sy
