We had it installed in September 'and so far, many of the calcium deposits and stains have disappeared off of our shower and kitchen sinkLaundry detergent use is much less, and skin feels considerably better after showering/washing handsWe also purchased the optional Reverse Osmosis drinking water filtration system, and to us, this is the best part of the productUnless it's RO or bottled, water tastes bad anywhere else! Our salesperson was Wayne, and he is a down to earth, great guy and easy to work withWe asked some pretty specific questions and he was able to answer them allAs he mentioned during the demonstration process, the system sells itselfAlthough expensive, we are pleased with our purchase of the system and would do it againThanks!
On February 9th, we had VER representative David come to our home to present to us the Aqua Guard water filtration systemThe very next day, we had the equipment installed first thing in the morningThe installation was quick and the workers were nice I left to run some errands later that morning and when I returned home I discovered my kitchen floor and living room floor covered with water which then also managed to seep from under the wall into the adjoining bedroom that was behind the fridgeI called the owner and they managed to send someone out to fix the problem withing the hourThe next afternoon, the same thing happenedI called the owner again and he had someone there an hour and a half later The owner guaranteed me that he would replace the baseboards if they developed any mold or water damage The filtration system is wonderful and I have definitely noticed the differenceI have noticed I clean the mirror less than beforeI can easily wipe the occasional water spot with a cloth rather than having to pull out the WindexThe dishes are cleaner than before and my glass has never looked so shinyI am pulling out less lint from the dryer and the clothes look and feel betterOur skin and hair feels softer and rinses quicker in the shower than before we had the water softener I am an avid cleaner and since installing the system I find myself using less cleaning productsI cleaned the grout in between my tiles using nothing but warm water and a toothbrush! Me and wife had a great experience with this company, and mind you we had our doubts going into this We are not they type to deal with pushy sales people and that's what we were expecting at first But the staff was a complete pleasure to deal with from the sales person doing the in home demo to the installers and everyone afterwards They explained everything very clearly about the annual maintenance and the cost associated with it The guys that came to do the installation were on time and professional and very friendly In fact I think I slowed them down talking to them so much because they were so friendly and helpful The product itself is great, compared to other systems you can not beat the warranty, in fact I could not find another product with a warranty that even came close to the one this company offers But I think the most important thing about this company is the fact that you feel like as a customer they care about you and keeping you as a customer They operate like an old fashion company that values their customers and offer you a good quality product that they are willing to stand behind as shown with their warranty Doing business with them has been a real pleasure

They were quick and to the point, explained everything and showed us just how much hard water was effecting usthe install was the next day and only took about hours! I am very pleased with my water system, especially the RO systemI admit, I probably was a difficult customerAt first I was excited, then I had called to cancel(and I must add, each time I contacted them, everyone was very professional)Another man came out: Richard D., to review my concernHe and I worked together and agreed on a solution, and I was set, I was getting installed(I must add in here, I thought this was going to be installed into my outside "storage room" where my water heater is.) When installers came out, they said because of the roof above my storage room was flat, they would need to install outside on side of my houseIf they were to install in the storage room, they would have had to go thru my attic,and have pipes coming out the opposite side of my house, down wall, in the ground, to have work properlyI have a puppy, that would have dug that up, not to mention the sight of pipesI decided to have them install on the east side of my home, but then I was concerned my pup would digaround itThey actually went to [redacted] ***, bought a small plastic storage unit, that stands upright, with a doorThey actually cut out the back, so that I could go thru this, meanwhile having it installed where my pup could not get to it...Sorry, a bit hard to explain, but it worked! She cannot get to the side of the house and dig, or bother it at all!! I love the fact that I use less of everything!, less shampoo, soap, be it laundry, liquid or bar in shower!
