I am rejecting this response because:
What should have taken minutes to fix took years and caused me much aggravation and time.  During the course of all my wasted time and phone calls to Vanguard they have proven their technical incompetence and indifference to the people that untimately decide whether they succeed or fail as an establishment.  On top of that they continuously LIE and practice DECEPTION all in a feeble attempt to deflect all responsibility and blame off of them and onto the customer.  Case in point, even in this final response from this woman at Vanguard she makes another bold faced lie saying that Vanguard contacted me directly informing me that this issue was resolved when in fact she or no one at Vanguard ever did reach out to me and let me know this.  A sincere apology would have been the proper thing to do but these companies don't care.  The only thing they ever care about is their bottom line and their year end bonuses all at the expense of the customers they [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: the settlement date in late July or early AUG was 3 days after the sale of my stock, yet Vanguard declined to transfer my funds to my bank until 2 or 3 days later citing admin process.  I say they wanted to obtain free interest on my funds along w/ thousands of other Vanguard customers by loaning our funds to other financial institutions, etc.  Naturally, this was illegally obtained interest funds.  The admin process that she explained was a bunch of gobbly-gook as my English professor used to say = nothing.
