Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:they sent me via email a receipt for $249.95, transaction # [redacted] , authorization code [redacted] , invoice # [redacted] The number they gave me to call for assistance was [redacted] At first it just rang with no answer, then I got a message about not taking blocked numbers, our number is not blocked. I then tried the instructions given for the call to go through, it cut me off. My bank is in the process of working with me. This company has charged my account. The only thing true in this statement is the first sentence Two years ago, she did become a VapBlaze customer We performed our service to remotely fix her computer and she signed an electronic statement saying she was satisfied with our service In April of 2015, she called again Again we fixed her computer and again she signed an electronic statement saying she was satisfied with our work and that her computer problem was resolved All other statements are patently as far as anyone from VapBlaze entering her computer, router or anything else is concerned Her electronic check from the April of service did not clear the bank She was notified and agreed to send us a replacement check and she did That check bounced Instead of rectifying the payment, she has taken the course of falsely accusing us with the Revdex.com and our collection agency will be contacting her
