Please be advised we never charged her $799.95 for computer services. Also, we do not see any proof in attachment. She paid us $199.95 more than 2 years for 2 years support or service contract with us. No one can offer life time subscription plan in just $200.

This is a mistake from our billing team and we apologize for the same. We would like to request customer destroy the check we have sent with wrong name. We are going to send her new check with correct name on it ([redacted] of $549.95 today. We also like to inform customer this is not a scam if we do not want to refund her we would not be here to answer her complain. This was a mistake done by our billing person and we are going to send her new check today.

The only thing true in this statement is the first sentence.  Two years ago, she did become a VapBlaze customer.  We performed our service to remotely fix her computer and she signed an electronic statement saying she was satisfied with our service.  In April of 2015, she called...

again.  Again we fixed her computer and again she signed an electronic statement saying she was satisfied with our work and that her computer problem was resolved.  All other statements are patently false as far as anyone from VapBlaze entering her computer, router or anything else is concerned.  Her electronic check from the April of 2015 service did not clear the bank.  She was notified and agreed to send us a replacement check and she did.  That check bounced.  Instead of rectifying the payment, she has taken the course of falsely accusing us with the Revdex.com and our collection agency will be contacting her.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have not been happy with them in the past year. I was when I first started using them 3 years ago but not in the past months. if there product worked, I wouldnt have to keep purchasing the same things over again. I am done with this cmpany and have moved on to a reputable company. Vapblaze are difficult to work with and to understand

We are here to provide service and support to our customer not to ripoff.  She should check with her bank as nothing has been debited from her account. Please be advised VapBlaze, LLC sent me a refund check.  The refund check was received; however, the check is made out to [redacted] not Kathy J. Arcadi.    My name is correct on the mailing envelope. My name, [redacted] on the refund check is not.  I cannot cash their check. Another scam.

[redacted] is correct, they did not take funds from my account, ONLY because I put a stop payment on the transaction and filed a fraud complaint, got a new PIN number,worked with the REAL Apple support team to get [redacted]'s downloads off my computer
If you google his company, they are a fraudulent company.  They send false emails, are very good at scamming people and getting their computer, credit/debit card info.  You need to do more checking about this company.  How the Revdex.com can give them a high rating leaves me no confidence in the Revdex.com and puts you at the same fraudulent level as VAP Blaze, LLC.  [redacted] is not a truthful man.  He would have taken $249.95 out of my account if I had not filed a fraud report and had my bank do a stop payment.  Do more checking.  I am going ahead with my fraud complaint.  I have also hired an attorney, who we happen to know in San Antonio, to do some checking into [redacted]'s fraudulent company.

Please be advised she is not happy right now with our services but she was happy with us. She should have consulted with my billing team or with me rather then filing complain on Revdex.com. We have thousands of satisfied customers and if she has decided to use another company this is her choice.

I am rejecting this response because:they sent me via email a receipt for $249.95, transaction #[redacted], authorization code [redacted], invoice #[redacted] The number they gave me to call for assistance was [redacted]  At first it just rang with no answer, then I got a message about not taking blocked numbers,  our number is not blocked.  I then tried the instructions given for the call to go through, it cut me off.  My bank is in the process of working with me.  This company has charged my account.  I have filed a fraud report with my bank.  [redacted] is not a truthful man.  I want my Money back.

I have settled with VapBlazeLLC. For no other reason but to remove stress and contact from them.  Nothing is worth how much frustration and simple abuse I have incurred. I pray no one else has to lose their privacy, computer, or well being.  I should have never contracted someone I did not know. I have learned a powerful lesson do to my trust in man kind.  I hope this report will save others from experiencing similar events.
