Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This proposal is being rejected solely because I was promised a luncheon or dinner with +realtors in my area I could have done Welcome Wagon for far less than $and had exposure with every new house sold in my area My concern regarding the printed book is only secondary Being lied to about sitting down and having an audience of +potential new patients was my goal and the value of the $1000! A quick google search reveals that the Coldwell Banker Sugar House Branch does indeed exist, in fact, it's been in the same location for yearsWe have a contract with Craig L***, the managing broker at the office, to produce our Community Guidebook productThis contract was electronically signed on 11/15/2016, is valid for three years, and is attachedWe have, in fact, already refunded Mr [redacted] the $he paid on 12/21/2016, and that receipt is attached as wellVendors United has over 10,clients and the vast majority are completely satisfied with our product and our services

Hello,We did receive the charge back on 3/8/2017, in which the bank sided with us on 3/16/2017 since we are still within our contractual obligations. Per contract, "Delivery of ad to host is estimated to be approximately 120 days from date of signed contract". In this case, it has not yet been 120... days from the date of the signed contract, and we are still in the process of producing the Guidebook for publication. The product will be out in approximately 120 as stated on the contract, which we clarify with each customer before running any payment. Hopefully there are no ill feelings with the customer, we have always, and will continue to deliver our customers products.

This book had a production date of 2/24/2017, which was moved up to 4/21/in order to not have the meet and greet event (which is usually about a month after the production date) coincide with Spring Break holiday, which would severely limit the number of attendees due to the number of participants on holidayThe book will be delivered to the office on schedule, within a month with the updated production date, and we will be in touch with all sponsors shortly thereafter to ensure they have a chance to RSVP to the eventIf the reviewer wishes to discuss this further, they are welcome to call or email customer service

My apologies for the delay in respondingThe business we complained about took months to respond to the Revdex.com and because of that we sought legal advice on next stepsWhen the business finally responded on 1/23/we discussed their offer to release the refund (after months of waiting) with our legal advisorsI did not realize that the Revdex.com would close the case after such a short period of time
We would like to accept the businesses offer to refund our money, but we have no interest in participating in their program, now or everPlease reopen the case so we can receive our refund and we would like to leave the case open until the refund is received by *** *** ***

Per contract with Better Homes Realty, "The initial term of this agreement is yearsUnless written notice is given by either party at least three months prior to the expiration of any term"In this case Vendors United, to this day, has never received written notice of cancellation, we are still in the process of producing the community guidebooks, and the initial contract doesn't expire until November Also stated on the contract with the client, Better Homes Realty, "any efforts by the client or its agents to negatively affect the ability of Vendors United to sell advertising space to sponsors constitutes breach of contract giving rise to consequential and monetary damages", thus making Better Homes Realty responsible for any refunds

filed the following dayThe sponsor purchased to be advertised into separate booksOne of his books was in fact delivered on 12/16/2016, with a tracking number of ***, and are currently being handed outThe sponsor is requesting a $refund which Vendors United has approved and a check will be sent out today

Verbal promises had a part in convincing me to part with my money. When you are providing a service and have my money there is a responsibility to follow up if you believe there is something you still need from me to complete the contract. Not following up for almost days is just poor business and in my business would not be tolerated. I have lost faith in your ability to provide the promised product and want to have my money returned ASAP.It appears the lack of consistency in your customer representatives allowed me to get lost in the shuffle. I am uncomfortable with that, but even more uncomfortable with your lack of consideration towards me as your customer and unwillingness to take responsibility for your inaction. You placed the blame for inaction on me, but you had my money and had the burden to act in a timely manner!!

press on 8/31/(days) and deliver4ed to the office, tracking number *** We have also included the contract with the office currently in questionWe entered into a three year contract with Long and Foster on 3/15/(attached) We have serviced over 10,clients at Vendors United with an exceptionally high success rate and rarely allow a client to slip through the cracksWe apologize for Ms*** feeling like she was treated unfairly and are committed to correcting the situation We would be glad to issue a full refund, and would still allow *** *** to participate in our program if so desired, considering the product is already produced.

On 4/12/2017, the sponsor called in requesting a refund in the amount of $Standard procedure, the sponsor was asked to allow us 3-business days to review the account and get back to themWe weren't given the requested amount of time before this complaint was madeHowever, after further
review, Vendors United did indeed approve the refund, and a check in the amount of $was mailed to the sponsor on 5/1/Check number #***

The sponsor did in fact enter into a contractual agreement on 8/31/2017, an "art hello" email was sent to the client on 8/31/2017, and a pdf copy of their ad was sent on 9/1/and pending approvalPer contract, "Sponsor agrees to send Vendors United advertisement copy within business days
Failure to do so give Vendors United the right to create Sponsor's advertisement." We have yet to hear from the sponsor at all until 12/27/when she called in extremely upsetVendors United advised the sponsor that we have reached out to her on a couple of different occasions and have yet to hear backBefore we send the books to print, we will send a "last chance" email for the sponsors to approve their ad or make any last minute changesPer contract, “Delivery of ad to host is estimated to be approximately days from date of signed contract.” Due to circumstances beyond Vendors United’s control, including compliance issues and lengthy approval processes with different advertising sponsors, and situations similar to this, delivery of ad to host can take sometimes longer than daysWhen the client called in upset, we advised her that we have a no cancellation policy, which is also clearly stated on her contract, however we would submit her refund request for review, and that it would take 3-business days for responseIt has only been day and her request is still pendingVendors United plans to have this product delivered on time per contract, both Vendors United and the client entered into
