Hello,The meet and greet is going to happen late summer/early fall for this years book that we are going to still feature you in. You will be emailed an invite to the event that you can respond with your RSVP. We always schedule the event after the book actually arrives, to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

This book had a production date of 2/24/2017, which was moved up to 4/21/2017 in order to not have the meet and greet event (which is usually about a month after the production date) coincide with Spring Break holiday, which would severely limit the number of attendees due to the number of...

participants on holiday. The book will be delivered to the office on schedule, within a month with the updated production date, and we will be in touch with all sponsors shortly thereafter to ensure they have a chance to RSVP to the event. If the reviewer wishes to discuss this further, they are welcome to call or email customer service.
